I've been a CAVA stan since 2017 and I always get a variation on the same bowl: arugula, splendid greens, lamb meatballs, tzatziki, crazy feta, pita crisps, and tomato and cucumber. After a few days of eating nothing but fried food and beignets, this was the high protein, fresh salad I needed in my life. Their lamb meatballs are delicious, I love how spicy they are so there's just a little bit of a kick that's balanced out by the creamy tzatziki and crazy feta. This location was clean, bright, and spacious. The line was a little long when we arrived around lunchtime but the staff kept things moving quickly. Highly recommend if you're shopping or working nearby and looking for a spot for a quick, fresh lunch! read more

Let me start by saying that this used to be one of my favorite spots to grab food quickly in BR. The food itself is good, plenty of healthy options, and the staff is friendly. BUT they have recently gone up in price and their portions were cut in half. I ordered kid's meals for my two girls and they were the saddest little things I've ever received from there. I was told this was the new portion...it was less than half the food they used to get. I had to make them a second dinner when I got home. I'm much more likely to forgive if it doesn't evolve leaving my kids hungry. I will not be going back or catering from them anymore. I'm not mad about it, more disappointed and sad. Loved the Mediterranean food! Made us feel like we were back in Israel. It's nice to be able to eat something different. We both had bowls. Mine was the chicken and rice bowl. I wish I could this place 10 stars!!!!! I have gone here way too many times and it has hit EVERYTIME. I have seen the managers exhibit the best customer service. I love Cava on Corporate and I'm other cities, but this one disappointed me! I think because this location has a much smaller staff, their timing is extremely off and it shows. I placed an online order and waited almost 20 minutes for it at the restaurant which was a big bummer. I know at other locations, they have a separate staff in the back making more food who works on the to-go orders so it doesn't cause back ups. They were nice people which I loved but it just ruined the vibe of the meal having to wait so long for something designed to be quick and easy. read more

Everything was so fresh and flavorful! The sauces, the chicken, the lamb, just everything! I meant to take pictures but I ate it so quickly. Going to their tiktok really helps to get an idea of what's in each dip and sauce. Definitely get the side of pita chips! They're very salty and fried. They could fill the bowl up a little more, especially for the price you pay for the food. A bit overpriced, but tasty, fresh food nonetheless. I'll probably come back to try some other dishes. I love Cava but this location needs some help. I went around 6:30pm and they were out of so much. No corn, no harissa chicken, no tzatziki, no falafel, no avacado. The workers weren't very personable either they barely spoke. The saffron rice had almost no color. Im sure it was regular rice. My food was overall pretty good but the service and lack of ingredient's is concerning. read more

My food was delivered. It was packaged with care. The Greek Chicken Pita was delicious, and large enough for lunch and dinner! I also had the Blueberry Lavender Drink. We decided to give Cava a try, something new is fun! The directions on two apps send you to the middle of the street where nothing is, place is in the Perkins Row mall. We both got bowls Julies was a build your own and I had the lentil avacado. Mine was good. There was tastes of horseradish and a deep pepper and this and that, all mixed around. Their falafel is really good! Julie liked hers. A down side is the soft drink selections next time I'm going to have to stay with iced tea. Another down side was they were out of napkins I could see a bag of them but the cashier... well he couldn't make the connection. We had fun. I've only been to this location twice and I can already attest to how incredibly worth it it is! I've been wanting a Cava to open in Baton Rouge for the longest time and I'm so glad it is finally here. I like to order my own bowl and sometimes build my own pita. This location seriously does not skimp on the toppings. I found that the Highland location near Blue Bayou did not fill the bowl up as much as I would've liked. All of their ingredients are fresh and they let you know when things are extra so that they don't add them without you knowing. The service is always super fast and friendly. We were some of the first people to test out this location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had never been to this restaurant before and they were very patient explaining the different items. Cleo was the one who invited us and she greeted us by name and welcomed us in. That was a very special touch. Shows the staff goes above and beyond. The food was fresh and delicious. The flavors were bold and very complementary to the meal. My child kept saying how the food was yummy and it needed to be in her tummy. My husband was a fan and said he would absolutely return. The room was bright and clean looking. A nice casual atmosphere. They seem to be very environmentally conscious they had recycled containers and paper straws which is ice to see. Although it could have been loud with all of the people I didn't feel like I couldn't hear my family talking or have to raise my voice to have a conversation.
