All my food plus my service was awesome. I have no problems in the restaurant was clean.

They have a nice variety of options, which makes it great for a small group. The service was slow and the staff seemed confused as to what needed to be prepared and what was already prepared, which made the wait time long. The food was average. The potatoes in my vegetable soup walked a fine line between raw and al dente. The restaurant was extremely tidy and clean, as usual. The pastry case was emaculate.

Can't give them a 5 just yet cause I have not tried their food but their desserts..... AHHHHHH! Absolutely delectable. They REALLY hit the spot. I personally ordered the key lime cheesecake and it probably one of the best key lime-flavoured things I've ever tried because other places have a tendency to over-sweeten them. This was just right. I've had take out from here a couple years ago and I remember enjoying it, but haven't had their actual savoury food in a while. Hopefully I head back one day and I'll be sure to update what my experience was like then! In the meantime, buy their desserts. They are amazing!

I come here for the delicious potato soup, it's creamy and smooth. I like the strawberry romanoff I always get extra sauce. Come give 'em a try they also have chocolate torte cake so if your a chocoholic you gotta try it.

This was not my first time here but the experience this time was horrible! I stopped by to get some croissants but took forever for the staff to come and help with the order. After got the order I said thank you and got nothing back, not even one smile.

Supposed to be avocado toast, but nothing like the menu photo, or expectations of a smashed avocado on toast.

I'm sorry to report that this visit has ruined our faith in the quality of food provided to an order. My wife order avocado toast and the picture shows our result. We were shocked. I suggested we send it back, and my wife was just disgusted with the small single piece of $4.89 toast with a small semblance of avocado on it. She did not want me to cause a scene. I went myself and considered talking to someone, but could not identify anyone in charge, so we let it go. Why even put us in this position? Why even send something like this out of the kitchen? Where's the quality, excellence. It's as if they ran out of avocado. If so come and tell us. My food, breakfast croissant sandwich was good. Unfortunately my wife's order was so bad, we will not be back for the foreseeable future.

I struggled with choosing a rating because I normally eat here in person and everything is fine, but placed a to go order for the first time today and it didn't go very well. Of the 5 items I ordered, all had something wrong with them compared to what I usually receive when eating at the restaurant. 1. French Dip Sandwich was missing au jus and there was way too much mayo. 2. Potato soup had bacon but no cheese (arguably the best part of potato soup). 3. Green beans almondine portion was tiny and had no almonds. 4. Cranberry pecan salad portion (full size) was so small it would barely even pass as a $3 side salad. 5. Sea salt baguette was significantly over cooked. That being said, the staff tonight was very friendly as usual. I will continue to come on my lunch break but no longer consider this as an option for takeout.

La Madeleine has a lot to recommend it. They are a good place to eat, having a selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, and more robust entrees. They are also a French bakery, offering breads, desserts, tarts, croissants, and other delicious delicacies. They are of known quality and have a nice French country interior to their restaurants. There are some specialties that people always come back for, like the quiches and tomato-basil soup. There are light choices, like the three salad plate. Then there are hearty pasta and roasted dishes for serious suppers. They are also a great place to eat breakfast, offering omelets and my favorite French Breakfast Plate. Some people are confused about the ordering process, but it is actually really easy. First grab a menu from the rack and decide on something, then go to the cafeteria-style serving line and place your order. Items that are ready will be served to you there, you will receive a numbered wooden spoon for items that require preparation-these will be brought out to your table. Pay at the end of the line, and go get your drink and seat yourself. Make sure to visit the bread-bar by the drinks to get sliced goodness and jams to nibble on or to accent your meal. Soon, you will have your prepared items brought to your table and traded for the numbered wooden spoon. It is pretty easy once you get the hang of it! There is a separate area for to-go meals and bakery items. This is for picking up that tart to take home! This doesn't have a serving-line so it can be distinguished from the eat-in ordering area.

My friend and I came here a few weeks ago for our post workout meal/ pre dinner. We were greeted when we walked in and immediately helped by the manager who took our orders. We both ordered a salad sampler with Caesar salads (I added chicken to mine), strawberries romanoff, tomato basil pesto pasta salad, tomato basil soup, and French onion soup. Everything tasted amazing as usual and the portions were very generous. The customer service was exceptional as there was also a staff member walking around willing to assist anyone who needed something. No complaints here, just happy tummies!

Paid extra to get a "bowl" of soup. I expect that to be enough for one person. This tiny portion wouldn't feed a child.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stellar customer service that set the tone for our entire experience. Our waiter, Justice, was truly delightful. It was an absolute pleasure being served by him. He was incredibly friendly, patient and attentive, especially with our party of 14, which included children. His attention to detail and welcoming demeanor stood out, and his positive energy elevated our experience. Justice went above and beyond, and his efforts did not go unnoticed! The entire staff working on Saturday, April 4 was top notch. Everyone we encountered was warm, helpful and professional. From the food and drinks to the atmosphere and overall service, everything exceeded our expectations. I can say this was a 5 Star Brunch experience. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Louisiana!

We specifically found this restaurant because we searched online for gluten free restaurants, so we were excited to see that you offered a separate gluten free menu. However, there are some serious issues with the accuracy of that menu that need to be addressed. When we asked about the pork rinds brought to the table, we were told they are fried in the same oil as everything else. That in itself is your choice as a restaurant, and we understand cross contamination can happen. We were also told the french fries are cooked in beef tallow in a separate fryer, but they are not considered gluten free, which is why they are not listed on the gluten free menu. Again, that is completely understandable. What is not acceptable is having items listed on the gluten free menu that are not actually gluten free due to cross contamination. The pork rinds and cheddar filled tater tots were both listed on the gluten free menu despite being fried in shared oil with gluten containing foods. For someone with celiac disease, this is not a small mistake or a dietary preference issue. My husband has celiac disease, and if he had eaten the pork rinds based on trusting the gluten free menu, he could have become extremely ill and potentially needed hospital care. Our daughter has gluten sensitivity, and she would have been sick for the rest of the night as well. Many people still treat gluten free as if it is just a fad diet, but for people with celiac disease, it is a serious autoimmune condition that causes real physical harm. To the OWNER: please educate your staff and kitchen on what gluten free truly means, and update the menu so customers can trust it. People with celiac disease should not have to risk getting sick because menu items are mislabeled.

I'm pretty sure the baristas remember my order better than I do. Here's what makes Reve worth the visit: - The coffee is legitimately phenomenal. This was a nice to along with the unlimited mimosas, meals, and the hot chocolate bar. Our waitress was amazing! She was pleasant, kind, professional, and attentive. We stated off with the shrimp corn dogs. They were fried to perfection and the corn dog taste was great. They were hot and fresh. The tenderness of the shrimp was also great. The only feedback is that it would have tasted much better had the shrimp been seasoned. Without the creole mustard dipping sauce, there was a bland taste. For our main dish, I had the crawfish omelette. The sauce was good, however the texture of the egg was less than desirable. It was made perfectly round in a skillet and gave the texture of powdered eggs. When I inquired about it. I was told that it was mixed with milk, whipped, and baked. I would have preferred it with a regular egg. My significant other had the smoked salmon and avocado toast and thoroughly enjoyed it.
