To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting.

The movers (Vincen, Mauricio, Amir and Mario) showed up on time - were polite, paid attention to detail and hustled all day - ensuring every box and all furniture were put in the right place! We ran out of space in the truck and arranged for Vincen & Emerson to move the rest of our belongings 2 days later. Again, timely, communicative and hardworking movers!
