Orange C-Booster and acai primo
Peter P.

Jamba Juice is always a go to smoothie place for us as they have good standards. We ordered the Orange C Booster and Açaí Primo Bowl. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. The inside was clean and maintained. Customer service was great and the three employees handled the business really well. The prices are a bit steep but like I said, this place is a good standard for a good smoothie.

Chunky strawberry with unappetizing banana. Yucky

Banana that the guy used is not appetizing at all. It was a day old and brownish. Not going in this establishment. They should at least cut off the brown part of it.

Fast service here doesn't get too busy unless it's really hot outside or they have promotions . I always place a mobile order and overall my service is quick

Staff not paying attention on what hes doing. my peanut butter chocolate love doesnt taste like peanut butter it tastes like water. I know how it taste because ive been ordering this smoothie for five years! I want a refund.

Medium white gummi bear! ;)
Shayla B.

Jamba Juice has stolen my heart! Hands down, the BEST smoothie chain around and you know it! Most Jamba Juice chains are fairly consistent when it comes to the quality of their drinks, so I won't really focus too heavily on this. But what separates this location from the rest for me is strictly the service! Yes folks; good service is still a hot commodity these days. And, this Jamba serves up waaay more than just smoothies and juices. I absolutely love coming here. I never have to wait long. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in with bright smiles and happy faces. The staff here is extremely pleasant! They work well together and you can tell that they enjoy working here. They are quick to let me know about their new drinks and current promotional offers and discounts. Coming here made me learn that not all Jamba Juices are the same. This location isn't too far away from me, but there are two other locations that are actually closer. I pass both of these up just to come here because the people who work here are super friendly. Everyone works hard too. You won't find that one lone employee who's sitting around doing nothing. They really know how to maximize their time and I think that's why the wait isn't as long as it would be at some of the other locations. It's always scrupulously clean inside! It's tinier than most, but you can still enjoy your smoothie indoors if you choose to. Parking can be tough if you're trying to park right in front, but I'm always able to find parking in the back. Heeey, party in the baaack! I'm sorry... I had to do it. So, I can't end this review without putting in a little blurb about what makes Jamba Juice so great! Their SMOOOTHIES! Heeelllaaa good! My all-time favorite will forever be their white gummy bear flavor! Tasted it for the first time back in 2005 and I've been hooked on it ever since! If you've never tried it before, you better get on it. I'm about to put you up on game right quick! You might never go back to your regularly scheduled program after this! I also adore banana berry and their great greens juice. I've recently started drinking more juices and I really enjoy Jamba's green juice selections. Pretty much any smoothie or juice that you'll get from here will be golden. I'm a huge fan of their oatmeal and their delicious baked goodies! Banana and brown sugar oatmeal all day, errryyyday! I always try to snag one of their apple and cinnamon waffles when they have it. They usually tend to sell out of them in the morning. God, I could go on and on and on about my faves, but I'm sure you get the gist by now. As long as the great service and delicious smoothies continue, they will have me as one of their lifetime customers.

Watered down watermelon breeze. Smh

Never again will I be coming here. Today I ordered a watermelon breeze L size. Almost $8 .... it was watered down pink drink they gave me. I was in a rush going back to work that I didn't realize it till I got there. I was so disappointed & felt I had no choice but to drink it since it was an expensive drink. Smh. I usually go to the Walnut Creek Lafayette & Brentwood jamba & I've never been disappointed. Every time I get this drink it's red, not light pink. Didn't have that "smoothie" texture. I basically was drinking water with strawberry artificial syrup sauce. I was so pissed! Tasted like sweetener ....

My husband arrived around 8:10 AM, after the store's posted opening time of 8:00 AM, only to find the business completely closed with no communication whatsoever. No call. No email. No cancellation notice. Nothing. What followed was somehow worse. I called the store multiple times throughout the day and left several voicemails that were never returned. I also emailed both the location and corporate customer service and received no response. Corporate didn't answer their phones either. All of this over a $35 order that the business happily charged for but never fulfilled. Today, I went into the store in person to ask for a refund and was met with attitude and defensiveness from the manager instead of accountability or even a simple apology. I was told they "do answer their phones" despite my multiple unanswered calls and voicemails. I was then told they could not issue a refund because it had been "more than two days," even though the delay was entirely caused by their complete lack of response and failure to handle the issue. The store being unexpectedly closed is frustrating enough. Ignoring customers afterward and then treating them poorly when they ask for their money back is unacceptable. I'm still waiting to hear from the "other manager" or "boss" who is supposedly able to process my refund. Who apparently already had my information but was "too busy" to respond to me sooner. Give me a break. At this point, it's not even about the $35. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service.

It kept on moving the pickup time progressively. after another 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if they even started making my order. One employee said it's coming right up. After waiting for another 10 minutes AFTER that... it still said "preparing your order" so we asked a second time, and lo and behold it was sitting in their freezer. Way to waste our time. Edit since I can't respond to the business owner: This happened today September 4, approximately noon. I was there to pickup at 11:56pm which was initial pickup time, afterwards it kept on moving progressively. I actually talked to the staff about it afterward. All they did after hearing me, was mark the order as complete after I gave them feedback. I was particularly frustrated because I ALREADY followed up on my order only to be told it's coming up, but that employee had no way of knowing that. Nothing in the process mitigated this issue. They also didn't even seem to notice that i was there in the store waiting for quite awhile.

Let me start by saying I absolutely adore this place. I found this place on yelp and sent my…read moreboyfriend to pick up smoothies one morning on a whim. The first time got us hooked. The morning ritual is the best smoothie I've ever had. It's hard to balance health and flavor, but this was both healthy and incredible. They list the ingredients used in each smoothie, so you know all of what they contain. You can even add different boosters such as mass muscle, etc. It's located inside of a gym, to the right side of it. Don't be thrown off, you don't need a membership to enjoy the fantastic smoothies. The workers have been really sweet each time we've visited, and when we ordered via Uber it was ready upon arrival. One of the only drawbacks is how expensive it is. I also really wish that they listed their nutrition facts online. For such a health oriented company it's shocking that they don't, and especially a company of decent size. The smoothies contain dates, nuts, etc. So although they are good ingredients they can be high in fats, so it's important to know. Our smoothie also has coffee as well which we enjoy, but knowing the caffeine content would be appreciated. My last order also had huge white frozen balls that were unblended in it which was odd, I'm not quite sure what they were. If the price was lower, we would come here much more often. It is a great way to start your morning, and makes you feel fantastic afterwards.

The smoothies themselves - extremely good for $1. If I had to pay full price on these (my real opinion), I thought the Mango was very good, but a little on the sweet and runny side. The strawberry was a little lacking in flavor (almost no strawberry, a little banana) and too icy. I started going to Jamba Juice when they first moved into the Crescent Ave location in Pleasant Hill, when I was still attending the Teen Scene in Pleasant Hill Park. It's certainly been a minute since those days, and while I've been to this location three times this year, I don't know why I keep coming back. I think I'm searching for something that no longer exists - a reasonably-priced, fruit-packed meal in a cup. It feels like each time I go to 'Jamba' (now ostensibly not a Juice place), the menu looks more and more like a fast-food dessert menu - which I'd have no problem with if I weren't wanting the good old Jamba Juice of yore. I'm now finding myself browsing smoothie recipes on the Internet, ready to dust off the blender. If you're in a pinch with the kids & need a quick sugar fix, Jamba will cut it. If you're looking for relative health, ditch the waffle-whip bowls & stay home.
