Yes I had similar experience with my app order today, as I tried it for first time. Luckily, there was no one else in front of me, so they made my order right away when I arrived. They were very apologetic and explained that the company is still working out the kinks in the app and connections to stores. They also informed me that the full store menu is not on the app as well. This is helpful and I'm sure they'll work it out. The friendly staff made me more understanding to their efforts to make future orders more convenient and efficient. read more

Tried to mobile order for the first time today. My order was placed at 3:06. It is now 3:32, and my order still has not been completed. Several orders placed in person were made and picked up BEFORE me! I even asked the young girl about my mobile order as soon as I walked in, and she said, "OK! I'll have them start your order". Well, 20 minutes later, and it still wasn't done. Asked the same young lady again, and she tells me that my order doesn't appear on her screen. I showed her my email, and only AFTER asking (twice) does she maybe begin my order. I'm sure mobile orders aren't THAT difficult. I mean, c'mon...Starbucks has it down to a science. Did you know that if you peel a banana backwards you don't get the stringy things? How about that one banana is called a finger and a bunch of bananas are called a hand!? Neither did I! Jamba juice actually has this written on their jamba kids meal bag under fun fruit facts. I thought it was super clever! And I'm happy to know about the stringy things on the bananas as I'm not sure why but I hate them! Anyhoo, this Jamba Juice is delicious, as their reputation holds. It is also clean, and customer friendly. The workers are on it, prompt and kind. I like that I can get my son the kids meal for five bucks and change and it comes with a drink and a food item. They were out of pizza but my son happily ate the cheesy stuffed pretzel. He especially loved his strawberries gone bananas smoothie. I got the peanut butter mood and a brie, apple, and sweet fig toasted bistro sandwich. It was kind of weird, but good. 4/5 stars because there isn't very many places to sit, but it was still clean. I even dropped a piece of food and quickly picked it up, looked around, dusted it off, and ate it off the floor :/ shame on me!! read more

Let me start off by saying I normally enjoy the product and service I get at Jamba Juice. But it was my first visit to this location and I have no interest in going back. I walk in and Chynna (making the smoothies) gave a warm greeting. She's the reason why this review gets the 2 stars. The negative 3 stars are thanks to her seemingly miserable colleagues, Brycen & Karlee. I walk up to the register, Brycen looks up at me, doesn't acknowledge my presence, looks down to keep counting his register, shoots a glare toward the back of the store and continues. Finally, another employee (Karlee) walks up to the register and just stares at me- no greeting, no what can I get for you. I ordered the smoothie then asked for an immunity boost. Her only response was an increase in my total after swiping my card. I asked about the free boosts and she flatly said no, do you still want it. With how I was being treated, absolutely not. In fact, if the drink weren't for someone else, I would've left. Then she crumples up my receipt without asking if I want it. While waiting for my drink, 2 more people walk in to order. Brycen did the exact same thing to them that he did with me. Rude! Thank goodness for Chynna for being there and trying to make people feel good and worth something. This location really stands out in terms of customer service. Throughout high school, and every time I'm back in town, I frequent Jamba Juice Kaneohe. The staff is always friendly and efficient, they serve you with a smile and extra spring in their step. The only other location this friendly is the one in Downtown Disney, and I'm pretty sure that an explosively enthusiastic attitude is mandatory if you're in that area. The location itself is pretty convenient, right in the heart of Kaneohe. All in all, this is one of the best Jamba Juice locations. read more

Rudest girl at the cashier. She didn't even say hi, she said "you ready?" I wasn't ready rto order and then she left. Another nice girl with her name tag on (maile) I think saw I was ready and told the other girl to come out (she has blues eyes and loads of makeup on.) She just had a stuck up attitude. After I ordered she said, "That's IT?" And I was trying to order the energy boost correctly. Her overall attitude sucked. I will never come back here. First off, their smoothies and oatmeal are SO good! Acai bowls aren't that great, can definitely get better ones elsewhere. However I suggest that you stay away from their breakfast foods. I have had 2 different bagels and they were both stale and seemed old. The one that takes the cake is when I ordered their "Petite Ham and Cheese Croissant." I was given one with ham and egg instead but not the biggest deal, I'm not very picky. It looked absolutely NOTHING like the advertised picture. The croissant was hard and completely flat. I'm also guessing that the store receives them frozen and they reheat them because my egg was still partially frozen in the middle and it was all wet everywhere else. If I hadn't immediately driven off I would've asked for a refund because it was that pitiful. Save your $4. read more

Worst Jamba experience, ever! I went in with my daughter and a friend this morning, excited to start our day out right with our Jamba. My friend put in the order and handed the cashier the coupon (well, fundraiser card). We had intended to use the buy-one-get-one-free, as well as the free small. The cashier told us that we couldn't use two different coupons on the same transaction, so I asked her to delete the third drink and put it on a separate transaction. We pay for the first transaction (~$6.00, which seems about right as it was two largest but with the BOGO), and then she proceeds to the second. She asks us to repeat the order for the third drink, which my daughter did. She then tells us our total for the second transaction was ~$5.00. I asked her why there was a charge, when we were using the free small drink coupon. She stated that she used the free coupon in the first transaction, and was using the BOGO on the second. Ummmmm...hello? We are ordering three drinks - why in the world would you use the coupons that way, especially when it was specified otherwise? Either way, I kept my mouth shut and just said that I'd pay for the second transaction as well, as she was completely clueless. She then calls her co-worker over, and very loudly explain to her that we weren't clear about how we wanted to use our coupons, and therefore she didn't know what to do. At this point, I turned around and told her, "Your attitude absolutely sucks!" She stomped away and proceeded to let her co-worker figure out her mistake (which common sense dictates to me should be pretty easy, as there should have been two free drinks total). Her co-worker apologized and quickly fixed the total with a smile on her face and apologized for any misunderstanding. I wish I could have got the cashiers name, but as she stormed away I didn't see her name tag. However, my daughter said that she helped us the last time, so she must be a regular. Reading these other negatives on here makes me believe that their experiences must have mirrored mine - Jamba, you need to weed out the scraps, pronto. I guess I'll continue with everyone else's rants. Arrived around 5:40pm 04/26/2016. My order was taken at 5:46pm. From that time, it took the local looking guy 15 minutes to JUICE a SHOT of something. The only girl that was there made all the drinks and the bigger haole guy took the orders, so I don't see what is so hard about juicing?! She even made my acai bowl!! All he had to do was put granola and bananas on! When he FINALLY finished that, he just dropped it on the counter and 'started' helping the girl make drinks.... Like he was actually doing something.. As if!! So I had to ask the other guy if that was my acai bowl, at least he apologized. Overall local boy needs to go, haole guy needs a little more training on customer service(mainly greeting) and trained to make drinks..he was at least trying to help, and the girl needs some recognition. I wish I could have retrieved the dollar tip I gave them. I went in about 6:00pm on 1/25 and saw that it wasn't very crowded. It looked like someone had swept the floor and left the mess without picking it up right in the middle of the floor. I placed my order for one drink and it took longer than I have ever had to wait before. There was part of the drink all over the outside and bottom of the glass. Terrible experience and I will never go to this location again. If I could rate this place as a 0, I would have because the employees do not deserve any stars. My family and I arrived at this location on Christmas Eve, we all had colds so we ordered Ginger Shots. We also bought 4 gift cards, we would get 2 free smoothies since we bought the gift cards. We placed our order of smoothies along with the Ginger Shots. The cashier (Justine) never cracked a smile and since they were busy she acted as if we were unconvincing her. Yet, the customer before us must've been an employee because she was talking up a storm with her and asking her how to ring up her own order with the discount. While waiting for our order, the girl who is passing out the order is either yelling the complete order and you can't understand a word she is saying because she does not speak well or she's saying the completed order but turning her back to the customer and you can't hear her. Oh! And by the way, I don't know who the girl was, her name started with an A, she told the cashier, "because there is a line, don't take coupons." She said it, we heard it and who is she to decide when coupons can be accepted. If you have a coupon, unless the coupon gives specific days or time of use, she can't deny a coupon. This place has HORRIBLE customer service, everyone of the employees were rolling their eyes and YES! We the customers could see it. I wish we could have gotten a refund and walked out but the line was long. The owners should be well aware of this because they will lose customers as long as they employ these kinds of people. Dont get me wrong, I love getting a smoothie from Jamba, but I am so tired of Kaneohe giving me a frozen spinach egg & cheese wrap. I dont know if their oven works, or if they consider changing the time and temperature because putting two in at once changes the output, but GIVE ME A BREAK, this happens every single time!!!!! You would think I would've learned the 2nd 3rd 4th....time around, but when my child has to go to school with a still frozen wrap and hope that one of the teachers will let her use their microwave, the frustration turns into madness and despair. This past Sunday I was craving an asai bowl and went to the Kaneohe location. I have purchased here in the past but this was the worst asai bowl I have ever had anywhere. The asai was frozen so I ate the fruits and toppings while waiting for the asai to defrost. I was sitting outside in the sun so didn't think it would take as long as it did - the rock solid asai turned into an icy slush consistency that had no taste. Very disappointing. Please look at your supplier and/or the handling of this product at your store. As for the service, let's just say that it is time for customer service training. No smiles, no thank you and certainly no interaction. Sunday's gal expected everyone to know what they wanted and made no helpful suggestions to those who dared to hesitate at the counter. I love this location. .whenever I come to the Windward Mall and go pay a sears bill I really like the people because at least you can sit down and enjoy the smoothie before you go anywhere else. I am glad that they doubled the Matcha Green Tea blast to make it actually more greener and it does taste better when you double the smoohie and it goes better with the mini blueberry scones too. I am glad that I can enjoy the smoothie and add chia seeds, vitamin and zinc lean advantage 3xs and believe me it is very tasty and it's been 10 years ago since they introduced the matcha green tea blast and it was a long time since I had this smoothie because I was soooo hooked on the Kona Berry Blast Smoothie with plain sorbet and I do miss seeing the plain sorbet too. I am glad that they gave me the remaining left overs because not all jamba juices do give the remaining leftovers and just toss it saying that it has to be a "perfect smoothie". Junk customer service. It's like the workers aren't happy to be working there and it's quite annoying. This one girl made it such a big deal that I asked to be rung up on another register with the working points monitor so I could redeem my $3 off and get my points to my next reward. As I sat waiting for my pretzel and smoothie, the worker just tosses my pretzel onto the counter, bag open, so I walk over there and ask if I could take my pretzel already (don't know why they'd prefer it sit on the counter if I'm sitting right in front of them!)... There were about four of them working but only one making smoothies, don't understand that logic. Bad service and the smoothies come out slightly different each time. I LAAAV going to Jamba Juice. During this past summer, I went to Jamba all the time (especially at UHM because I was dorming and received a meal plan). The workers at this location are nice. Unfortunately I don't stray too much from my usual (Strawberries Wild Light), but from what I can tell, they make a REALLY good SW. (Making it a light cuts almost half the calories!) They don't have too much of a sitting area, but there's enough for people that want to enjoy the Jamba ambiance. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and it's pretty noisy if there are a lot of orders. I wish they had a drive thru like Starbucks. If you're looking to try some food, I'd definitely suggest getting a California Flatbread (I like the Four Cheesy), Sourdough Parm Pretzel, or the Chedder Tomato Twist. read more

When I went back to get it fixed I got it without pineapple, and they put in blueberries this time but the blueberries were spoiled as well.
