Decided to give Jamba another try... and was unfortunately disappointed, yet again. Are we serious now?? I paid over $20 for this and my drink and açaí bowl aren't full. I could get past my açaí not looking pretty, not being filled is crazy. The drink not even being filled to the top is just the cherry on top too! Please keep in mind that I was the only person there too. Genuinely don't understand what's going on there.

    Wrong drink lol

This is the worst Jamba Juice ever lol It's been the same story every time I've come here over the past year or so. The workers never seem to care about the customer, acting as if we're an inconvenience to their work shifts. Not even the slightest hint of a pleasant tone in their voices and eye rolls for days. Not only do they not help you, they in fact, make it seem like you're to blame if they don't have the ingredients to fulfill your order. Today's example: ordered an electric berry lemonade smoothie and received an electric berry lemonade in lemonade form. The girl shook it in my face to get my attention and told me I had to take it like this since they didn't have blue spiralina or something. Someone needs to talk to the tall, skinny girl w the highlights and remind that she's being paid to do this, no matter how little bit. If it's not worth the pay to be respectful at the very least, get a job where you don't gotta talk to nobody.

    Oatmeal with lots of blueberries

I don't go to Jamba often but I came this week for teacher appreciation week. I was about to get an oatmeal with one topping. The first day I was surprised how tasty the oatmeal was. The blueberries have some kind of sauce it's soaked in. The oatmeal absorbed the blue syrup and blueberries which was delicious. The second time I came in the worker was not friend at all. She didn't greet me or say my order was ready. It was somewhat strange. This time my blueberry oatmeal did not have many blueberries and there was two small chunks of strawberries which I thought was unusual. There wasn't enough syrup this time for me to eat my whole oatmeal cause some parts were bland without the blueberry syrup. I mean overall it is a good oatmeal but it is inconsistently made.

Service seemed a little bit slow. There were 3 people working and 3 customers and there was still a wait. Somehow the cashier felt that she had to make the orange juice and the other two were making açaí bowl and smoothie. It could be a division in responsibilities I don't know. The store front is clean. When we finished the smoothie, there was large chunk of fruit on the bottom. Never experienced this at Jamba.

New Lava Flow & Fire Flow Smoothies with bursting boba!

If you didn't know, now you know that Jamba Hawaii has rolled out BURSTING BOBA to their menu! We tried the: - Lava Flow Smoothie: Pina Colada smoothie with strawberry and apple purée, and strawberry bursting boba. They revamped this drink because that apple was never there before and it hits real nice and strong on this one. - Fire Flow Smoothie: Packed with mango and orange flavors and orange bursting boba. To me, it's like an Orange Dream married Mango-A-Go-Go. But it's missing something. I definitely enjoyed the Lava Flow way more than the Fire Flow smoothie. We ordered 2 medium sized smoothies and it came out to $16 total! Gone are the days when the smoothies used to be $5 each. As for the service, it was a little blasé. The employees were working diligently at cleaning, making smoothies, etc. but with customer interactions, it didn't look or feel too warm, as I remember it being when I used to work there years ago. Nevertheless, you can also add their bursting boba to any of their regular menu items for $1. This promo only runs until March 28, so don't miss out on this one!

Driving around in a convertible in search of Poi Donuts https://www.yelp.com/biz/kamehameha-bakery-honolulu-3 and ube desserts https://www.yelp.com/biz/ubae-honolulu, you get kinda thirsty. Because of the availability of Guava only drinks, I ordered a Groovy Guava drink, which is their all fruit variant which was truly refreshing on a warm O'ahu day. Containing guava, strawberry, peach and ice this will quench your thirst and cool you off. If you don't mind a little extra, the Gotta Guava is the same as Groovy, but adds pineapple sherbet. Service was prompt, and they made my drink quickly so I could look for malasadas next.

There were some customers from the new Planet Fitness... this location is so convenient for them! The service was super friendly, efficient, and helpful! The young gal told me what wasn't available since it was just about closing time and they had run out of a few items. I decided on the #2: Ōhelo Papa Bowl or "Strawberry Bowl" with blueberries, strawberries, banana, granola, raw honey, and açai sorbet. It was very filling, fresh, and beautiful! Thanks for the stamp card! I'll try all of the bowls! Also - thank you for the açai smoothie sample while we waited for our order! Your thoughtfulness is much appreciated!

I love peanut butter on mine so I added that on and it was amazing. My daughter was pretty hyped about her bowl. She got matcha ice cream instead of the acai. Of course we couldn't eat it all so we brought home the rest. The service was relatively quick...we got there before a bunch of customers lined up so we didn't wait that long. The price for $15 a bowl seems about right since a bowl averages around $7 or $8 elsewhere. There aren't any tables to eat at so you just order, grab it and go somewhere to eat. We ate in the car. Lol. The ladies take their time to ensure the order is correct and are very friendly. Love the vibe. They offer a loyalty card (buy 10 and the next one is free)! Lots of parking either on the street right by the truck or park in Windward Malls parking lot. Check them out the next time you're craving a huge bowl and support local.

This place has always been solid for me. It was my first time at the Kailua location, and they were super helpful. I ordered the Kailua Monkey and had them go light on the peanut butter, and they had no problem customizing it. Everything was quick and easy, even though it was pretty busy. Parking was easier than I expected too. There are a lot of shops there, but I didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Inside is a little tight, especially with a couple strollers in there, but honestly it wasn't a big deal. I still got my smoothie fast, and it was really good. Just a heads up -- they may use Skippy or organic peanut butter, so if that matters to you, just ask for organic. I'll for sure be coming back when I'm in the area here, they made it quick easy and I was out the door in no time. Definitely recommend! SYOY! Deb B

It's a gentrified and heavily congested area with all the tourist that visit year rounds. The parking is horrendous so I would suggest visiting mid-late morning on the weekdays or just before they close if you want to beat the rush. I order the same thing from Lanikai Juice because this smoothie is that good! I typically order the Kailua Monkey which consists of soy milk, peanut butter, banana, protein, honey and ice. This is the smoothest and most creamy smoothie you'll ever enjoy. The service was fabulous on the day I visited. The female who took my order was very friendly and they complete my smoothie in less than 10 minutes.

I'll explain later. Before we even went to the location, we yelped it. We saw they had Açaí bowls and shaved ice. When we walked up to the store, the front window had all the items that was "available." I'll post the picture. When we walked in, we asked the older man if we could have 2 Açaí bowls. He yelled and said it's not açaí bowls, it's only the bottom part...NO FRUITS! My daughter pointed at the picture that had an açaí with fruit, right behind the old man. He said no fruits!! Ok fine, so we are still getting charged $8.60 for a medium size cup of only the açaí and no fruits? That's pretty expensive. Even the very best açaí bowls with fruit aren't that much!!! So we decided on the shaved ice, he said we don't sell shaved ice here! Now I'm really confused. Maybe they use too. But all the Yelpers/customers had pictures of shaved ice and açaí bowls. Our 4 girls decided on the ice cream that was in the deep freezer by register. The older lady kept shutting the freezer door on my girls because they took too long to decide. It's not like the ice cream was going to melt in 30 seconds, but whatever. Never again will I come here! The pictures I posted are of the front windows. Each picture, I zoomed in closer so you can finally see the "sign" that says no açaí bowls! I circles it in red. They definitely need to update pictures inside and out as well as the yelp account.
