Giving them my two cents... Literally as I got there it was somewhat full though most already are enjoying their drink and I was behind a couple who ordered some egg waffles and drinks. I'm basically a purist and am detoxing from too much sugary drinks so with a simple order thought it'd be fast...Taiwan Soring Tea no sugar no toppings...just tea he says...yup! Gave him $6.30 since it was $6.28 and next thing I know he was checking on what seems like a new staff and didn't give my change lol! Used to come here a lot and thai tea smoothie with boba is the best! Always got it every single time. Would say this was my favorite boba spots but this time I went it was not the same. Always quick with great service, my daughter's favorite boba place. I've tried multiple drinks and none disappoints. Knowing that most of their drinks are dairy free except for their lattes and calpico drinks there's lots of variety. It's located in the same parking lot as Times, Kizuno Sushi, and 7-11 with a laundromat next door. Parking can be dicey if you go during a busy time, but worth it if you can find parking. Inside is small, there's 4 tables to seat 4 people each but it's a cute atmosphere. If you're ever in the Kaneohe area give these guys a try. read more

Saw they have "non dairy drinks" they use "non dairy creamer" but since I have a severe "allergy" to dairy I asked which non dairy creamer they used. They wouldn't tell me. I explained I have a severe allergy and use an epipen so I can't safely order without knowing what was in it. I asked if I could just see the ingredients on label of the creamer then because "dairy" is listed as many different things on labels now and I really wanted to order their coffee boba. I was told they can't show me. I wasn't trying to steal their recipe if that's why they're being so secretive, but it's kinda important if you're running a business for FOOD that people can know what's in it........ My favorite boba place on the island! Their boba is consistently a great texture with a sweetness that compliments any drink you get. I always get a milk tea and because the boba is sweet I can get a lower sweetness level which is nice so I can also enjoy the flavor of the tea. The store has some indoor and outdoor seating with tables if you can't wait to drink your recently purchased drinks. I attended the "Bun Mi" Yelp Elite event, so since we were on that side we Yelped the nearest boba place from there & it took us to Tea Home. It's in the same shopping center as Times and Sikdorak. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. They have a lot of items that looked interesting and different but I decided to copy my mom and go with the passion fruit yogurt smoothie with boba. You can order it without the milk if you'd like so we got one of each. I really liked the taste of the passion fruit! However, the boba was really hot that it was melting my smoothie really quickly. And it melted even more since I waited till we got home to stick in the freezer to try and make it slushee again. My mom enjoyed her drink and said she would come back again. It was nice to try two different places in Kaneohe that we've never tried before. So many great things to say about this place! My sister, who's not particularly picky per say, but has a very difficult-to-please palate said this place was really good, so of course we had to check it out when we were in Kaneohe! First off, I love that their menu is super diverse with drinks that I don't see at other places, like Charcoal Milk Tea, Ice Cream Tea, Ume Drinks, etc. I also love that there's ample parking, since it's a share lot with a few other stores like Times Supermarket. I got the Lava Latte (large, $6.25) and it comes with boba or honey boba, organic whole milk, brown sugar walls, cheese foam, and your choice of crushed mac nuts or oreo crumbs on top. I got mine with regular boba & macadamia nuts, with no ice. My sister got the Mung Bean Smoothie (large, $5.25) at 75% sweetness. The mung bean drink was just like consuming a drink version of our favorite Vietnamese dessert, Che Dau. I liked it at 75% sweetness but my sister said she'll probably get it at regular sweet next time. The Lava Latte was delicious. The boba was super soft and chewy, the cheese foam wasn't abnormally salty like some other places, the milk was very fresh and flavorful and the crushed mac nuts on the top gave it a nice texture at the end of the drink! Won't be going back here.. My 9 year old daughter Ordered a lychee fruit tea with boba.. They gave my daughter a lychee smoothie.. My daughter doesn't like smoothies and didn't care for the texture of it.. I tried to pursuade her to just keep it as it wasn't a big deal but she said she really didn't like it.. we went back to the cashier and she said my daughter ordered the smoothie and not the tea.. and then pointed to her head like she smart and remembered my daughters order.. Order the strawberry smoothie with lychee jelly. Ask for a small but the only sizes they have are large and jumbo. The wait wasn't too long so the surface was good, and there's only two tables inside so the ambiance is pretty much for to go. They allow you to pick the amount of sugar you want and I asked for 25% which made the drink sweet enough but not too sweet. It was about $8 for the drink so it's kind of pricey but it's something that you can get when you need a fix and you haven't had it for a while. read more

I get the Lava Latte with boba and for topping I usually get Oreo but you could also get macadamia nuts!!! so delicious and the price difference between the regular and jumbo is 1$ I usually get a jumbo of this since it's so amazing! I've gone to Tea Home since they've opened. I used to work at Times so it was convenient. Last night was a trip though. I bought 3 drinks - One Regular Milk Tea with Regular Boba, Regular Milk with with the smaller pearls and One Large Oreo Smoothie. All with 75% Sugar. Now, I already don't like Milk Tea which I why I opt for a chocolate based smoothie, but there was no flavor?? It tasted like a watered down oreo. My two friends who had the Milk Tea also said there was no flavor - to which I tried - and yes, there was no flavor because I was willing to drink it. Albeit, we came at 8PM so there was only one worker, but I feel that if there's a recipe to follow it shouldn't be too difficult? He was also a little rude when asking about the drinks and what I wanted in them. At the end of the transaction he didn't even give me my total just showed me the screen. (Which is fine, I can read) Customer service was a 2 and the drinks made me sad this time around. I guess I either won't be back if I see that guy in there or just go earlier in the day time since I know who'll most likely be working. I guess we'll try again next time. read more

Bf got the Tea Home specialty lava latte, which comes with your choice of boba (regular boba, honey boba, mix boba, or Agar boba (+$0.75) and choice of nuts or Oreos on top (price includes the topping). This drink is pretty much a brown sugar drink, which is the bf's go to and you can never go wrong with ordering this drink (thumbs up emoji). I got the mango lemon smoothie with boba and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. The lemon definitely comes out more than the mango, but I liked it! Tea Home has always been a spot for my friends, family and I to enjoy after a nice dinner at Sikdorak next door. Tell me why when I went today, it was the worst boba/macaroons I've ever tasted. First of all, it's $2.50 per macaroon like...what? It's so tiny and doesn't taste anything like its flavor because it taste like a refrigerator. I don't mean to be rude but I miss the young locals who first worked there... the boba was always on point, everyone was inside playing games and hey actually USED THE AC!!! Giving this place 5 stars because its my daughters new favorite boba spot. Im not a huge boba fan, and actually she loves their lychee jelly more than anything but they are always so friendly and helpful as I am trying to try something new that I like. They have been busy everytime we gp but it doesn't take long to get your drink at all. Im looking forward to try their honey toast one night on a daddy daughter date, but will continue to take her there for her lychee jasmine tea with jelly that she loves so much.
