This is a very interesting ice cream/boba spot…read more It's actually a pretty small shop, but there are a few bar stools and bar table (6 in total, I believe). Upon entering, there is a table with an ordering menu that you fill out for the ice cream. There are no cones and no "parlor" for ice cream- only written options. The standard flavors of vanilla, creamy strawberry and chocolate are available as base choices. There were two "special" flavors of the day that was kona mud pie and another unique option. You can check off on the menu PER item how you want your ice cream in regards to toppings, syrups, in a cup or bubble waffle, single scoop or multiple scoops, etc. Hubby ordered a boba tea that you don't need to fill out on the menu sheet. I'm personally not a huge fan of boba, but he enjoyed it. The lime grape boba tea was what he ordered. As for ice cream, we ordered the following combinations: -Red velvet bubble waffle "cone" with kona mud pie ice cream and chocolate syrup - Classic bubble waffle cone with vanilla ice cream, strawberries and rainbow sprinkles - chocolate bubble waffle cone with creamy strawberry, oreo cookie crumbs and chocolate syrup The red velvet and classic bubble waffle were my favorite. The creamy strawberry ice cream was really good but the other flavors were on the sweet side- no additional toppings were necessary- in fact, I think it was overkill (though beautiful in presentation. I would probably come here again with the kids, but these are a little challenging to eat, in all honesty. The bubble waffle as a cone is nice, but not sturdy. The ice cream is nice, though options of flavor are limited. The ordering process is a little tedious when ordering multiple items, but it's understandable in order to get each one right. Cool stop if you're in the area. We walked there from Whole Foods Kailua main road (back) entrance.

Love this yummy froyo spot! I always enjoy coming here for spontaneous froyo dates with bae hehe. I…read morereally appreciate that they have quite some options and choices when it comes to flavors. My go to flavors here are Strawberry & Ube (Get it,You won't regret it)!! I got those two ever since my very first visit here and never changed it up since! Plus it was the two flavors that caught my eye. I also think it's amazing that this establishment caters to those who have dietary restrictions (so there's really something for everybody) for example Non diary/diary options! Their topping bar is immaculate ... they have almost everything you'd dream of to add to your froyo , from Sprinkles,Cereal,M&M's,Nutella drizzles, etc etc. My go to toppings (that nobody asked for but I think is THE BEST in my opinion) : Sprinkles,Lychee Jelly,Lychee popping boba,Mango Jelly& Mango popping boba! I occasionally add Passionfruit popping boba from time to time or even fresh strawberries! Also... I recently discovered in this visit that they have condensed milk that you can add on to your froyo ??? It was a perfect addition that made my froyo even more complete! And it will be in my future topping rotations in future visits lol. Oahu only has a few froyo spots unfortunately .. so it's good to have Frost around to hold it down! Prices do vary but it can be pricey at times .. although I feel like that's the case for any froyo spot anyway. But still worth coming to here and there every so often. Staff is pretty average and decent , they are really just there standing around to weigh your bowl and to ring you up. Pro tip: They have happy hour DAILY 8PM-9PM (Closing) , you buy 1 and get the other 50% off!!! Super cool deal and such a steal! If you do come around those hours just make sure you come in on time since the place can get packed for those who are there for the deal!

They definitely have a lot of choices. However, the shaved ice was absolutely atrocious. It's a make-your-own setup with a machine, but the ice melts almost immediately as soon as you pour any flavor on top. Instead of having that soft, fluffy shaved ice texture you expect in Hawaii, it just turned into a watery mess within seconds. For how expensive it was, the quality really did not match the price at all.

The girl that was working there was very nice and let us sample a few items. We decided to do a triple threat, lol. Flavors: -Ube - 10/10- it tasted just like ube, but better. This flavor was so yummy and just the right sweetness -mango- 10/10 - this had chunks of dried mango. It also tasted just like mango and it was delicious -honey dew - 10/10 - had Mochi on it and it was mild, but the taste of honey dew. It was refreshing! We literally ate the whole thing! This triple scoop was huge and it was hard to stop eating it cuz it was so incredibly delicious! The girl told me that their ice cream was voted the best in Oahu. The flavor and texture of the ice cream was so yummy that it tasted savory at the same time. We were literally chewing this ice cream. The best ice cream I had in Hawaii!!! We will be back!

I also love their teishokus which you can choose 2-3 choices. I ordered the miso butterfish combo and chose the teriyaki chicken and shrimp tempura. So much food!! I couldn't finish it lol. They also offer an awesome kids' menu that I would even order from because they have a pretty good one. My daughter loved their kid's ramen and was scarfing down the noodles. My husband also enjoyed his meal and raved about the food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with a baby which is a huge plus! They have an awesome tempura ice cream dessert that looked good but we were to full so we'll have to try it next time!
