Matcha Mochi Smoothie
Arianna C.

Decided to get the Matcha Mochi Smoothie and Mango Rice Yogurt at this small boba shop, and found it was a big mistake. The Matcha Mochi Smoothie was weird as hell and basically had to choke it down to finish it. I have had drinkable Mochi before and this one tasted weird as hell. Also, the drink itself really didn't taste like Matcha. The Mango Rice Yogurt was very forgettable and just very meh in flavor. Have definitely had better. Overall, would not go here again for a drink. You could find better drinks at other places.

Jasmine Milk Tea w/ Boba and Taro Rice Yogurt

Note a 3% credit card fee. No restrooms but a fair amount of seating with outlets available. there is wifi locked behind a password, not sure if offered for use but worth asking. Parking available in a shared plaza. Jasmine Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba is cooked perfectly for a bouncy texture with a light sugar coating. However, the jasmine tea is faint and difficult to notice even at 25% sugar. Would skip the tea in the future. Taro Rice Yogurt - a taro ice blend but they blend very well so there's no chunkiness. Purple rice is an acquired taste as a topping but I'm a big fan as a boba substitution.

It was ok. The counter lady seemed tired but she was still helpful. It was kind of hot inside even though there's A/C The drink is average. Probably might come back to try other flavors.

Mango purple rice yogurt, egg waffle

I've had purple rice yogurt drinks before, from places like cowcow and that one place in ala Moana that's closed now... and every. Single. Time. I hated it. Until I came here, I gave it another shot, I ordered a mango purple rice yogurt drink. It was so delicious, it wasn't too sweet (I ordered mine 50% sweet) and it was so so sooo yummy. The service is excellent, they brought my drink out to me while I was sitting down. And, it's so pretty in there, I absolutely love the interior.

After dinner we decided to go here for dessert. I was too full to try anything but took photos of the menu so I can return at a later time. My kid got the egg waffle with green tea. Best to eat it right away since it tastes best as soon as it's done. Very nice people at the counter and we got our order as quick as expected. Very nice area to eat with 3-4 small tables to sit on and the space is nice and IG and yelp photo op ready. It's clean and fresh looking. Nice to know there's another option for rice yogurt drink in Kaneohe rather than going into town

My Taro drink was so watered down. I think the employee who made my drink today should be trained over again. She forgot to ring me up for pudding and so I paid her a $1 for her to pour some of my drink out to add pudding. Not happy.

They took the name right from my thoughts... Have Some Tea is the most adorable place that I've yet to find in Kaneohe. Located right outside Windward Mall in a tiny square that Yelp pin was a bit off as it took me right back into Windward Mall...don't go there it's right across Ross and you'll see a mini shopping area with red awnings. The signage is quite small and difficult to see but once you're there get ready for some Tearrific drinks. What I love is that the variety they have here I'm more a fruity lover which they did have along with various teas (Black, Green, Oolong, Wintermelon) along with some Sparkling Series. I do love having my tea in the morning as it's so refreshing so I decided to get the "Plum Lemon Tea" with Black Tea with no ice and light sweetness. The cup they use is my favorite which is a removable cap versus the heat sealed so that I'm able to add ice in the morning and still enjoy my drink which was just perfect light and the plum just made it extra yummy. They do have a stamp card as well with a free drink after ten stamps so you know whenever I'm in Kaneohe this is my place. Thank you!

Boba Tea in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii... My mahjong friend texted me about this new business, so I went to "Have Some Tea"... Located in a small shopping area with Wholesale Unlimited Express and Uber Geeks, there's a free, shared parking lot. Inside, the shop is really cute! Look for the decals of kitties peeking out from around a wall and the bunny saying, "Good luck" in Chinese! Little plants are centerpieces for each table. Currently, there are beautiful Congratulatory floral bouquets along the front wall. From now until 12.31.23, there's a Grand Opening special: buy one drink and get 50% off the second one! They also have a Loyalty card! I got a Guava Refresher which is like a guava-flavored soda. It was light and just right! My second drink was Mango Rice Yogurt. It's a seasonal flavor, and it was good! If you're in the area, stop by! I'll be there again soon - before the discount ends!

Egg waffle and latte
Seyoung Y.

Tried their egg waffle and a latte. Egg waffle was subtly sweet. A good snack if you wanna grab something light. Latte was pretty strong, but I liked it. Good place to stop by for bubble tea/dessert if you are in the area.

Nice to have another option for bubble tea in Kaneohe, especially one that has non-caffeinated options. My son loves the strawbery refresher and adds boba to it. My go-to is the mango green tea with boba. They are consistent with the boba - good level of chewiness and not super sweet. I'm glad they put a coupon in the ValPak coupon book that we get in the mail, because that's how I discovered them!

Very clean and cute interior. Service was nice but kind of slow even though I was the only one there. There were two of them and I ordered two drinks. Each person was making one drink and it took a bit longer than it should for fruit teas. I ordered them without ice since they weren't going to be drunk immediately and it seemed they don't have a system for no ice. I could see them pouring the tea into the cups and it comes up to slightly above half and they just poured more sugar water and green tea. I ordered a super fruit green tea and a passion dragon fruit tea. They were pretty good, but they left all the seeds in so I was constantly spitting out the passion fruit seeds. Price is slightly cheaper than nearly all places in town though! About 30¢ less than the cheapest I can think of. The maps won't take you to the right area, so it might be a bit of a hassle. It is pretty close, just the wrong building and parking lot. Decent parking, at least when I went!

I really enjoyed the drinks that I've gotten from this new boba shop! Plus, they are more affordable than other ones in Kaneohe. So far I have tried the thai milk tea, oolong milk tea, and the seasonal mango rice yogurt drink. I like to get them half sweet and it has been perfect every time! The boba is nice and soft and the coffee jelly is also a delicious topping to consider. I have tried the original and chocolate egg waffles. Both were a nice treat and are served fresh! I can't wait to try other flavors!

The long line of cars intrigued me...after 11 AM, nonetheless! The wait time wasn't so bad, maybe no more than 10-15 minutes from pulling in to picking up my order. I asked the lady taking my order of their most popular coffee drinks. She mentioned their banana bread latte and a cold brew drink I forgot about, but I ended up ordering an iced vanilla latte... usually my baseline when visiting a new coffee shop. I believe good quality coffee shouldn't haven't to be masked by all sorts of flavors unless the coffee shop wants to highlight any in-house syrups and flavorings. The iced latte wasn't bad...if anything, the espresso was nice and strong! I didn't understand the long line before lunch, unless Holoholo is the best handcrafted coffee on Kaneohe, or that it's conveniently located across from Windward Mall? This is probably one of those coffee snob reviews lol... my husband makes lattes from our espresso machine every day and I'm in the middle of learning how to make lattes myself. Don't get me wrong though... if you're tight on time, but need caffeine and happen to be in Kaneohe, Holoholo hits the spot! Support local!

We enjoyed an iced Hawaiian latte and an iced coconut milk matcha, both of which were delightful and flavorful. The Hawaiian latte had the perfect balance of coffee and milk, and I couldn't resist adding a blueberry scone to my order--it was absolutely delicious. The service here is exceptional, and the coffee shop also features a small breakfast diner with a diverse menu to satisfy any palate. Even starbucks offers refills on regular old black coffee. My husband used to enjoy going in to work on college or read so it was sad to not be able to refill his coffee. The espresso is still good (usually) and the pastries are good. The food items are also tasty. The seating and overall vibe is wonderful, and the workers are nice (the older staff are my fave tho!). They are still my favorite for a london fog, but I stop by less often now.
