12/04/25 First time to this location and since today was National Cookie Day, I wanted to indulge. They are located in the Windward mall at the food court on the 1st floor. They carry a small assortment of cookies in the display case and in different sized boxes. I like their cookies because they are on the crunchy side, not soft. I was looking for something wtih macadamia nuts and the only ones they had were were with chocolate chips. I was disappointed that they did not have any white chocolate macadamia nut ones. I opted for a small container of mini chocolate chip macadamia nut ones which ran about $7. I was helped by a young girl who at first didn't seem friendly because she wasn't smiling but once I told her I couldn't make up my mind, she smiled, was nice, and answered my questions. The cookies were ono with just enough crunch. The container had 16 small cookies, more in there than I thought. The Cookie Corner always makes delicious cookies. I was just disappointed that the one I really wanted was not available. read more

I can't visit this mall without stoping at The Cookie Corner for a fresh baked cookie or their magical mini bites. My faves are the chocolate covered peanut butter and snickerdoodle. So soft and chewy! But I also like the cups of mini bites - oatmeal and the chocolate chip. The prices have been increasing but I can't resist their cookies. Great for gift giving too! read more

One of my must-stops when visiting Oahu is The Cookie Corner! With 12 locations on the rock, you're likely to come across one, found mainly in malls. If the oven is on, you will be lured into finding where that heavenly aroma is coming from. That's how they got me. THE GOODS: Chocolate Chip Walnut My holy grail cookie that is a buttery, chocolatey and nutty trifecta of perfection. Not chewy, not crunchy, but right in the middle. Heftier than the norm, they satisfy me every time. Cornflake (7 pcs.) My suitcase needed filling so I grabbed a package of these to try. Thinner but wider than the aforementioned, it's crunchy both inside & out and of course, decadently buttery. SERVICE: Welcoming, friendly & efficient. OVERALL: Local chain with homespun taste. read more

I got a email again from the cookie corner website. Buy 6 regular cookies and get 3 free. My husband said let's go and buy it. So I got my stash and he got he's. Haha. It was pretty busy but I guess they had alot of people making use of their email coupons. But good thing they had 3 workers behind the counter so the line went fast. Their cookies are good if you like a little soft in the middle and crispy around the edges. read more

Wow, what a deal, Buy Six, and get three for free coupons. Used the coupon to get my favorite cookie. I picked up six peanut butter, two of which were chocolate dipped. For my freebie, I got three oatmeal. That's my second favorite from the Cookie Corner. The service was excellent. There was a line, but it went pretty fast. The server was asked if I wanted my cookies separated by type. So I asked that my two dipped cookies be put in a separate bag. Fast friendly service and yummy cookies. Enjoy read more

Cookie Corner will always be my go to spot for cookies. They're just so good. And consistent. And available like in most places I go to for shopping. This cookie corner is located in the heart of Windward mall, next to Starbucks. My usual order is the red cup of mini chocolate chip cookies or the mix of mini cookies because I like the dark chocolate cookies with walnuts too. The oatmeal raisin ones are good, but not as good as the other two. I've gotten the regular chocolate chip or dark chocolate cookies before, but the normal size ones make them a little soft. I like the crunchiness of the mini cookies. On my most recent visit, I got tried the seasonal snickerdoodle cookie and the chocolate with cherry cookie. Both were delicious. I don't think I've ever tasted any bad cookies from this place. The workers are children, but they try their best. They're not the best at customer service, and putting cookies on a counter isn't that hard. But it is what it is. They have kind of cute things for Christmas, but prices have definitely increased over the years. Cookie corner cookies have always been expensive, but I feel like they're even more expensive nowadays. read more

The customer service sucks here. Me and my mom just bought a box of cookies and never know where the line was. We stood behind the person who was paying. The rude girl goes "sorry back of the line because this lady was first" and I did not mind letting the lady go first. The other cashier, this boy was apologetic about it and taking the blame but it was not his fault. But you know if you were nicer about it and not yell at the other cashier, everything would be good. This the worst cookie corner on the island brah read more

This location is SUPER friendly (specifically Dustin), the only draw back is they SELL OUT FAST!!! SO if you want the smaller cookies in a cup, specifically the chocolate chip...get their EARLY!!!! They are $$ a large cup is $11 plus tax, so closer to $12 each!!! One individual cookie is over $3.50!!! I always buy a ton of cookies before I go to the mainland but I think this is the last time...I spent $150!!!! read more

I la-la-love Cookie Corner! Any reason to get a fresh, soft cookie -- Why not!? Some cookies are paid for based on weight while others have set prices (Example is that their Smore's cookies are 2.65 each). Tons of awesome gift ideas at a wide range of prices. They have some cold cookie bars and the lemon flavored ones are the best! Little bit sour with a sugar cookie base, really clears your palette after a meal. Stars deducted as the staff are not always professional or customer-focused and I noticed that the staff member who grabbed my cookies for me this past week wore the SAME gloves for all her orders so my cookies were wrapped in a bag that had chocolate chip smears all on the outside. I had to ask them for another bag. It was very messy and wouldve been a disaster had I not noticed that and threw my cookies in my purse. Wish they were more attentive to those types of things. read more

These are some of the best cookies ever! If you like crunchy cookies, get the bite-sized version! The regular sized cookies are thicker and a bit chewier. If you like fruity cookies, get the Lemon, Lilikoi, and Lime flavored bar cookies... yum! I like the regular sized oatmeal cookies and chocolate chip cookies. I eat them every 8 weeks at the Blood Bank of Hawaii where The Cookie Corner donates freshly baked cookies daily for blood donors! Isn't that awesome?! Wanting to share some chocolate dipped macadamia nut cookies with my friends in LA, I purchased a box of 30 and gave them as party favors at Craig's birthday dinner. (These are individually wrapped for easier handling!) Before distributing them, I arranged them in a heart shape, took a photo, and entered the Cookie Corner contest... and my photo won! I got a 2 pound box of bite-sized chocolate chip cookies through Instagram! Yay! There are several Cookie Corner locations. This one is very convenient for me since it's at Windward Mall, on the Lower Level, at the edge of the Food Court. With free parking and friendly service, it's so easy to enjoy the fragrance of baking cookies and turn them into a happy, tasty treat! read more

The Cookie Corner is my favorite place to get their plastic cup of mini chocolate chip cookies, ever, unless it's my mom's. When the corona virus forced Windward Mall to close I went to buy a cup and it was a surprisingly poignant moment. I remembered all the times I bought omiyage over the years for my visits back home to Sweden between 2002 and 2014. I truly hope they reopen in Kaneohe after the Covd19 pandemic and urge people to continue to buy from them. The packaging is simple and attractive, the taste of the snickerdoodle the reeses pb the mac white chocolate, the lilikoi, the shortbread dipped in chocolate, are all winnahs. The staff has always been friendly and it's fast service. read more

I'm not a big fan of cookies but the ones from Cookie Corner are some of the best that I've tasted. They bake their cookies on site so it's fresh. The smell of the fresh baked cookies are intoxicating, especially when you're at the mall and you get a whiff of it. I prefer my cookies crunchy. Keep the chewy ones far, far, away. That's why I always buy the bite size cookies that come in a cup. They're crunchy. The big cookies tend to be on the softer side. The only ones I get are the chocolate chip and walnut. I used to get the chocolate chip and mac nut, but they did away with it. I guess mac nuts costs too much. They have combo deals. A small cookie cup with a 22 oz. drink for $5.99 and a large cookie cup with a 32 oz. drink for $7.99. The cookie cups by themselves are $5.00 for the small and $7.25 for the large. If you like the regular sized cookies, they sell those by weight. It'll cost about $1.50 per cookie. read more

Oh WOW!! Cookie Corner, why does your cookie taste so good? A must stop for cookies when I am here at this mall. Cookie Corner is located at the corner of Windward mall food court, right next to Subway. Cookies, cookies, cookies, so many varieties. Chocolate chip, chocolate chip with walnuts, snicker doodles, double chocolate, oatmeal, M&M's, all baked fresh daily. Their cookies are by the weight. My one cookie usually range from 1.50-1.71. (I either get just one for me or sometimes 2) If my son & other half is around I'll get them a treat too! Their cookies are so good!! Although I am not a fan of chocolate, I always get the chocolate chip cookies. They taste so fresh, soft, & Cookie Corner makes chocolate chip taste so good. They also have lilikoi, lemon bars, chocolate macadamia nut short bread cookies & packaged mini chocolate chip cookies in cup or tin, great for gifts! Cookie Corner has Lion coffee & Pepsi products. Don't forget to stop by for a cookie treat before you start shopping or after your meal. I always stop by for a cookie before I start my shopping, my Windward mall tradition. 2016 #54/100 Yelp Challenge read more

Cookie Corner cookies are always good and this shop has what you want in stock. It smells so good it's hard to walk by without stopping. The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving, they are very professional kids and they're working hard. There is one guy who is very attentive and friendly all the time. By the way, people complaining on YELP about customer service should remember these kids are getting paid minimum wage. You may be buying an expensive cookie, but you are certainly not paying enough for brown nosing. You want that you may want to try Neiman Marcus or something. read more

Sunday little after 2pm, this is Black Friday weekend, so understandable lots of people around. But the clerk there packed and tossed the cookie bag on the counter (toss means here is through on the counter) should be nicer than this. There are lots of people want to work and try to do better/ sharing happiness through work. No Smile, No greeting, no saying thank you.... All of these are normal social skills to communicate with people. He didn't speak at all to your customer and keep talking something else to other workers about them watching?? I don't mind if you folks are having great time that's nice place to step in and purchase something but this boy seems don't want to be there... I'm sorry to write something bad, but we support our local business and we all have lots of memories with this place. Please make sure you have proper training or make them grow. read more

Ok....I have such mixed emotions about this CC There can be no denying that the cookies are delicious. If you happen to be lucky enough for them to be fresh, they're warm and gooey and fantastic. And the mini cookies are crispy perfectly flavored. They're perfect for small hands like those on my boys (who would eat the entire cup if I let them). You can buy one or as many as you want. They are the perfect treat to share or to even buy for yourself when you are craving something sweet. But the people who are behind the counter are so hit or miss. So are so kind and wave and smile at my boys and others are so rude and serve our cookies with the feeling of doing us a major favor. Fix the tude and I'd happily raise the stars to a 4. I can't give a 5 because it's way too expensive without coupons or "specials" which you can sign up for to have come to your email address. Those are pretty good when they come thru! read more

I don't care what anyone says. These cookies are my favorite here at home. It's the closest I'll get to Levain in NYC because of the crunchy outside and soft, fluffy inside. The chocolate chip without walnuts is indeed my favorite. It's superior. I also love the tiny, crunchy chocolate chip ones! Their pre-wrapped cookies and fruit bars also make GREAT gifts, might I add! I've given them many a time to my friends and their families in the mainland, and it's a hit with people of all ages! So remember this in the future. I don't have much else to say about Cookie Corner because it is what it is, but I just had to give it a shoutout because I see so many people hating on it. I've also found myself reaching towards it a time or two recently, and felt as though the love needed to be spread.. read more

LOVE their cookies. Always have, always will. While they have a large variety of cookies, my favorite has always been the bite-size cookies in a cup. Great to give (or receive) as a gift. In fact, most of their items are prepackaged and ready to gift. We always stop here with our girls to indulge in their sweet treats. On this occasion, it was a rice crispy square for one twin daughter, a chocolate covered rice crispy square for the other twin daughter and an M&M cookie for later. Service here is usually pretty good - fast and friendly. read more

Love the cookies, but at this location, the variety of selection is very limited in comparison to Ala Moana or Pearlridge. And not to mention this location it always seems like every time I go or pass by, it always seems cluttered or messy looking. And sometimes, (most times), their display case barely have cookies in it! Unlike the other locations. Their staff is not so friendly either, but hey, it's only a cookie. Yea, it takes 2 employee to help 1 customer! So rarely i go to this location. I think they can do better. read more

Zero for customer service. The young people "working" here don't look up unless you speak to them and when I asked Harmony a question as to where to stand in line for service she said..."anywhere" and looked back down to continue writing. She did not ask if I wanted to order and just ignored us.. UNBELIEVABLE!! There were stickers on the ground creating a "line".. but according to both females behind the counter at 2pm today, it's not the line to receive service. I asked what the stickers were for and they just stared and shrugged their shoulders. Also, it seems like only one person out of the three people there would actually take your order, while only one will ring you up. The boy just stood there doing nothing. We won't be coming back. read more

Cookies are good but they need to really train their workers to properly handle food. I watched one guy handle the cash register and cash/coins, didnt change gloves, and went on to grab my cookies. I came at closing today hungry for a cookie but sadly, they were already closed for the evening. We sat nearby and waited for our daughter in law to get out from work at a nearby store and while we were waiting, one of the employees came out and gave me two free cookies. They were in a small baggie and delivered with a smile, which absolutely warmed my heart. I just want to say Thank You, and that small act of kindness truly meant a lot. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! yes, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! The Cookie Corner is a staple when it comes to delicious cookies, and this location is no exception! Located in the Windward Mall, near the downstairs Food Court. If you're a fan of the chocolate dipped shortbread cookies made by another cookie place from the Big Island, you have to try The Cookie Corner version! I think they give this other cookie place some mean competition and the prices are a little better, if you ask me! There's not much other stuff I buy here, honestly, and I'd rather go to The Cookie Corner for the dipped shortbread than the store which made it famous! And if you're anything like me, after you've enjoyed a decent meal at the Food Court at Windward Mall, you'd walk a short distance and BAM! there it is! read more

I was standing in line and the cashier skipped me, so I just waited until she was done servicing the person after me and then she skipped me again and went to the next person. I then said "excuse me, I'm waiting" and she looked at me with a "uh-oh so what?" kinda attitude and said "ok yea". I ordered 3 cookies, she charges me $22. I just give her my card and while she was ringing me up, i thought "wow, that's expensive". I asked her to recheck my order and she said "oh... $16.xx".
