I think they give a pretty good amount for a single scoop size. Service was quick and ice cream was good. Would be cool if they changed out their flavors but I do like this oreo cold brew flavor! read more

Visited on July 17th, 2026 for our regular Friday family ice cream night. When we walked in, extremely loud music with constant profanity was playing. There was one adult Filipino employee working the counter -- she's always friendly and helpful. I told her the music was inappropriate, and she pointed toward two teenagers behind the large freezer and said it was theirs. I could only see one of them at first. I mentioned again that the music was inappropriate, especially with little kids present. She said she was off the clock. I went back to the adult employee and asked if she was the manager, but she said the manager was not there. I approached the teenager and repeated that the music was inappropriate. She responded, in her exact words, that she "didn't give a shit." She said it belonged to the other teen who was still hiding behind the freezer. He eventually came out after changing the music and lowering the volume. I asked for the manager's contact information. The adult employee called him, and he spoke to the teens, who then turned the music off. However, they still refused to provide the manager's contact information. Overall, the adult employee handled the situation as best she could, but the behavior and attitude from the teenage staff were unacceptable for a family establishment. read more

I love ice cream and love Baskins. BUT who are hiring the employees? Kaneohe had a real good summer. Every visit I made they were always crowded and always had a line. Their staffing is never appropriate. The service hasn't been well either. And their serving scoop sizes got smaller and the prices went up! Why are they squeezing a two scoop ice cream in a small cup? I'm not ordering kids size! read more

It's 10/25/25 (a typical Saturday night) and it's Kaneohe Baskin-Robbins and there are families out as well as young couples wanting to partake in some great ice cream. We go into this local favorite and there is a line at least 8 deep already. As we stand there, 8 more groups come in after us. Behind the counter, one lone employee. He's young. Mid-twenties. One would expect him like any other But that was far from the case. Wesley had a GREAT attitude. Greeted everyone with a smile and really showed that he enjoyed his job. Yes, it would have been easy for him to have a crappy attitude and who would blame him? Nope. The owner of this store NEEDS to give him a raise. He had great customer service skills and he is an asset to this shop. Whatever you need to do, you need to reward him and retain him as long as possible. He will be the reason why people will come back to this shop. Period. Wesley, if you read this......keep up the great work ethic and attitude and know that this place is just the beginning and if you keep this up, a company will be lucky to have you as their employee. read more

I love the service and quality of the products at this location. This was the first time I ordered an Easter decorated cake. I ordered the Jamoca with chocolate cake it for a pre-paid pick up in their 24 hour turnaround time. It was delicious and so nicely decorated. There was a very large layer of ice cream and equally large layer of chocolate cake. I noticed there are now 1/8th sheet cakes in the display cooler. That's fantastic that a smaller portion is now available! Thank you for the great cake and service! read more

As a Baskin-Robbin's customer of over 37 years on Oahu this one in Kaneohe is by far the best baskin-Robbin's we have ever been to! I bring my kids here all the time they treat all their customers with so much Aloha! They don't mind giving out samples and accommodating to your requests. They are generous with what they serve and love what they do there! My kids always ask to come to this spot because of how they are treated there one time my son dropped his ice cream they seen it and without even asking they served him a brand new cone! Much Mahalo to all you workers you always do such a fantastic job on serving the people of Hawai'i. Terrible workers, not helpful at all. I asked for a product and she just stared and laughed awkwardly at me

Bought a cake for my son's birthday. Label on the box reads "Winter white chocolate" Would've been nice to include that the ice-cream part of it was cherry-like flavored. Son hated it, like eating cough syrup cake. read more

Ordered a cake for my kids birthday. The cake in the box was a cake I've seen there before and requested. The cake I got was the unboxed cake. I was very disappointed with how it came out as it looked nothing like the one I requested. The letters were also stuck to the box which I understand can happen but the fact that the cake looks nothing like a musubi when the theme of the party was musubi was very disappointing read more

The Windward city location has more flavors (usually stocked with my favorite chocolate royale mousse) and the customer service is always awesome. Quick and friendly service. Today I got the cookie dough layered sunday. It is very high in calories, but today is my cheat day. Cookie dough pieces are my favorite part of the baskin ice cream, and this feeling like it's half extra dough ball pieces makes it very good to me. The added caramel drizzle is nice too. Service is always fast for me, but I tend to go before or after the post dinner rush, so the two people on staff are able to help me quickly. There are three tables, two two seater and one four seater, but most people will eat outside. read more

I spoke with Janine over the phone and she was absolutely wonderful. Her friendly disposition and great personality was truly appreciated. Once we arrived to purchase an ice cream cake, she made us feel valued and took her time explaining our choices. She also advised us about the specials through the App and downloaded it to get our choice of treats. So "thank you Janine" for being so hospitable and personable with us. I appreciate you so much! read more

It was a hot day here and I was craving some ice cream. I ended up treating hubby and daughter to whatever they wanted. I decided on getting two scoops of the Reese's pieces ice cream. I got two scoops in a regular cone. This was so good. I wanted to treat myself since I worked so hard at work today and I ended up burning up my calories later. It's perfect to eat ice cream on a hot day. The ice cream had pieces of chocolate and peanut butter inside. The cone was a little stale. I still ended up eating it anyway. It's pretty spacious inside to have around 10 people inside. My daughter got one scoop of jamocha in a waffle cone. She managed to finish it. Her dad also got her a large mangoenada. It was pretty good cause I took two sips of it. It's basically mangoes and tamarind sauce mixed together. It's pretty good but filling. The lady at the register was nice. read more

The workers at the Windward City Shopping Center location r awful. There were 2 guys and 1 girl "working" and none of them greeted us when we walked in. Very poor customer service. They also seemed to be whispering about us and would turn and look at us while making our sundaes. Over the years, we've noticed a decline in the quality of workers. Won't be going to this location anymore. read more

I've got a short and sweet review for this place -- when I'm on this side of the island and looking for a sweet treat for the drive home, sometimes I end up getting my beloved turtle cappuccino blast from this Baskin-Robbins. Unfortunately they were out of the pralines and cream ice cream that usually goes in that drink, but the worker very graciously apologized and suggested the next closest flavor (caramel), and it was delicious. Can't ask for much more than a tasty product and excellent service! I'll be back! read more

I SCREAM. You SCREAM. We all SCREAM for ice cream!!! You just gotta love Baskin and Robbins (BR) $1.31 per scoop special that is offered at ALL locations on the 31st day of the month. Although I'm a townie I've been spending a lot of time in Kaneohe so this location in Windward Shopping Center is quite convenient. It's located just next to McDonald's so it's easy to find with lots of shared parking. Compared to some other BR locations I found this store to be larger with several tables and chairs if you decide to dine-in. Just the other day I saw a fellow Yeep's ice cream pic posted on Yelp that made me want to SCREAM. I reached out asking if they had MATCHA (green tea) available and when I found out they had it I stopped by for an afternoon Scooby Snack. My previous attempts for green tea on $1.31 days have resulted in disappointment as they (Kamehameha Shopping Center location, which is closer to my home) ran out multiple times. I found the staff here at Windward Shopping Center more attentive as the staff acknowledged my presence as I walked in, rather than chatting with fellow employees or preoccupied with their cell phones at my previous encounters at other locations. Management at this location is doing their job. With the tip that green tea was in stock I ordered a double scoop and I was so happy. The ice cream was rich and creamy. It had an "adult" taste of a slight bitterness and found bits of actual green tea leaves. To me the scoops seemed smaller than usual but it's hard to complain at $1.31 per scoop. A customer before me was with her young son and unfortunately his ice cream fell off the cone. The mother asked for extra napkins but the staff advised her to leave it there as they'll clean up. It was nice to witness great customer service. Overall I've had great experiences here. Large selection of ice cream flavors and products with attentive staff will result in a great time here. How great? Really great! So great that you just wanna SCREAM! read more

I'm so glad we have a B&R in our neighborhood. It's a great place to take the boys when they are deserving of a treat. It's never crowded, it's always clean, there are always open tables and chairs, and at $3 for a kiddie scoop, it won't break my bank. The workers here are friendly and accommodating (they were happy to give us an extra bowl so that my boys could share their scoop of ice cream). Don't forget, on Saturday 12/31/16, all scoops are $1.31 (plus tax) at participating locations! read more

Thanks to Kim S.'s posting in the "Events" section of Yelp Honolulu, I found out about Baskin-Robbins' $1.31 Scoop Day! One scoop is regularly $3.19, but on the 31st of every month in 2015, ice cream is just $1.31. I had to check it out! Luckily, there is a convenient location in Kaneohe. In the Windward City Shopping Center - across from McDonald's and almost right next to Ross, the pink and blue logo of Baskin-Robbins welcomes everyone! With free parking and great air conditioning, this is a real treat on a hot summer day! The interior is bright, clean and festive with cute decorations! The workers were so friendly and helpful! They approached me as I was scanning all of the flavors, trying to narrow down my selection. They offered me samples, but I just wanted to jump in and "chance 'em"! Greek Sunset sounded different, but not too weird, so I had that peach/mango/orange scoop in a sugar come - YUM! Then, I topped it off with another cone: Pineapple Coconut, but it was a lower sugar content... awwww.... but I was full and happy, so I continued my day with a satisfied tummy... Note: I was worried about a crowd, but I got there at a good time: before school let out!! Plus, the shop was prepared with 4 employees! Good planning! Will be back on October 31 and December 31, 2015! Yippee!! See you there!! read more

we came around 930pm, ordered a drink and a warm brownie sundae. the worker put the bowl with the brownie in the microwave, and took it back out (she didn't warm it up at all) and still gave it to me thinking we wouldn't notice. disappointed with the service, she was in a rush to get us out as if we were a bother and gave some attitude. read more

I'm not going to lie and say I'm not a fan of this place, because I am! I think Baskin-Robbins has seriously been looked over. I also think this location in particular is pretty great. I've always had great experiences. A couple of praises.. The workers have been really nice, and very open. They don't mind your sampling, and actually sometimes encourage you to sample before you buy. I'm always encouraged to try the Flavor of the Month when I walk in. I think that's really great! Speaking of Flavor of the Month, I love that Baskin-Robbins has this! Not all places take the time to find and incorporate more flavors in their selection, but Baskin-Robbins does! They're actually pretty interesting too. Oreo n' Cake and Dunkin' Donuts Coffee N' Donut are two of their more recent flavors of the month, to name a few. I also love that you can get cakes from Baskin-Robbins, along with shakes, malts, and sundaes. They're usually open until 10pm, which is an advantage of not being in a mall. Sometimes some of the workers, the older ones usually, give smaller scoops than the other workers. It depends on who's working when you're there, but this isn't really anything anyone can fix. I also don't really care for the location of this Baskin-Robbins, however I do like that it's outside. All in all, a great place for a scoop of ice cream. I'm definitely going to be back! I'm the duchess, after all! (for now, at least!) Btw, I highly recommend trying the Oreo n' Cake flavor if it's still there. I love it! Also, their mint chocolate chip ice cream is my favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream of all time, and it's great in shake form as well. Treat yourself soon and get some ice cream! read more

Now I LOVE ice cream and have had my fair share over the years. My absolute favorite is Rocky Road and a close runner up is Jamoca Almond Fudge!! I have come to this location twice in the last 2 months and have been very disappointed with the Rocky Road. The flavor just isn't what I remember from years past. I thought the first time may have been a fluke but when the second was the same... ugh! I would prefer to get a store bought carton over Baskin Robbins one. However, 2 thumbs up for the Jamoca Almond Fudge!! The other flavors are probably good, but when your favorite doesn't match up... well it's quite a bummer! The past few times i've been here the a/c has been broken...it's a bit odd to walk into an ice cream shop that is warm. At first I figured they were trying to get people in the mood to eat ice cream but finally I asked and the girl behind the counter informed me the temperature was not intentional. I can't fault the store itself for that, maybe its the building management (this whole shopping complex has its share of technical difficulties) but I can fault them for their mediocre-service. I agree with Terri that their attitudes could use some minor adjustment but who wouldn't be pissed off at having to work in such conditions? I'd just stick my head in the 31 flavors cooler for some relief but i'm sure that would violate some kind of food safety standard. I did thoroughly enjoy my ice cream cake though (pralines and cream) and it was really pretty: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/oLp5fBuzoDY4M6iQpYBmxQ?select=zUUHITCQwmWxzLVjQ6MgHA It was delicious but not as firm as it should have been, pretty melted even though we popped it in the freezer a while before we cut & served at home, probably due to the a/c inefficiencies in the store. I do like that their frosting isn't overly-thick or too sweet and the cake is the perfect thick, spongy vehicle to soak up the melted ice cream. I do love the B&R chain's birthday club! Free scoop coupon is emailed to you the week of your birthday! Also, extra star for having the greatest jingle! ICE CREAM and CAKE and CAKE, ICE CREAM and CAKE and CAKE!
