They have several dessert offerings such as banana bread, pumpkin bread, different cheesecakes, rice crispy brownies, and way more. All look good and they offer some samples to taste. What really stood out for me, and I ordered a whole bunch of them (20 bags) is their freeze dried pumpkin crunch cake to give as Christmas presents. They were to die for! I've had freeze dried candies before, and maybe other vendors make freeze dried pastries, but Pami's was the first to offer me a sample and I was sold! Light, crisp, airy, and so sweet and tasty. None of the flavor of the pumpkin crunch cake is lost in the freeze drying process. (They have a freeze drying machine.) I ordered them one week, for pick up the next, putting down half as down payment. The following Saturday (today) I went to pick them up and they were nicely bagged, waiting for me. They even gave me a thank you gift bag of their freeze dried malted balls (said to throw a couple in black coffee - can't wait to try it - sounds so delicious!) and a bag of freeze dried croissant bread pudding - yum! They said several other customers were picking up orders, too. They offer freeze dried banana bread and rice crispy treats, too. Have tried the banana bread and it takes banana bread to a whole different level when it's freeze dried. The flavors are much more concentrated, and turns it into a unique treat or gift. Will definitely return in the future when I need a gift, or want to treat myself!

One of the sweetest parts of the experience was the owner -- a sweet older lady who takes your order herself and carefully packages everything up for you. It feels very personal and old-school in the best way. Here's what we tried: Long John - The star of the show. It's served chilled and doesn't look like your typical long john. The donut itself was light, pillowy, and slightly crispy. The texture contrast was perfect. We'd honestly come back just for this. Mochi An Pan - Really good. The mochi had that satisfying chew, the red bean wasn't overly sweet, and the bread was soft and fresh. Mushroom & Onion - Savory and comforting. The cream sauce was flavorful and paired well with the soft bread Ham & Cream Cheese - This one was a bit too dense for us, likely because of the cream cheese topping. Not bad, just heavier than we prefer. Parking is easy and plentiful since it's in the same lot as the movie theater. Saturday: KCC Farmers Market near Diamond Head (7:30 AM - 11:00 AM) My first taste of pastel de nata was on a day trip to Belém, Portugal. Our first stop was, of course, Pastéis de Belém, home to the original version of Lisbon's famous custard tart since 1837. I tasted the Avo's original right out of the toaster oven and sprinkled with powdered sugar. So yummy, delicious! You can taste the rich, sweet egg custard combined with the flakey pastry crust. If you're looking for their factory outlet store, you can't miss their bright yellow building. A handful of parking stalls right out front - enter through the red door that is unlocked during their store hours. Lots of items that you can get at a cheaper price than in the retail stores. You can also buy items in bulk. My favorite area of the store is the research and development section, to which they currently have dark chocolate covered animal crackers, yum! Please put them on the shelves permanently! When purchasing items from this store, don't forget to ask for a stamp card that earns you 1 stamp for each $5 spent = $10 off when you have 10 stamps.
