The cupcakes were light, fluffy, and topped with the most deliciously smooth strawberry buttercream -- you could tell it was made with real flavor and care. The banana Nutella buttercream cake was the star of the show! Moist banana cake layered with rich, creamy Nutella buttercream that wasn't too heavy or overly sweet. Every bite was perfect. Beautiful presentation, amazing taste, and clearly made with love. We will definitely be ordering again! Thank you so so so much Cori!!!!!!

Best decision ever!…read more Was going to Cori's cake dreams for my son's birthday cake. He asked for a difficult cake, thinking I would make it. I had to look for a professional. With a friend recommendation, I looked up Cori's Cake Dreams and I now know why it's called Cori's Cake dreams. Cori the incredibly sweet baker will literally make your cake dream reality! From design, to cake texture, to frosting flavor!!! WHAT?! Such talent!!! I've ordered and tried so many cakes and some looks good but overly sweet or the cakes dry or some looks so basic but taste amazing. BUT HERE... the cake looked AMAZING AND TASTED EVEN MORE AMAZING!!! I seriously couldn't believe it. We were party host and we packed our own cake to take home. Lol. YESSS THAT GOOD. What makes ordering a cake from Cori's Cake Dreams, even better... you don't just get amazingly beautiful cakes that taste just as good as it looks. But you also get an amazingly nice baker that takes pride in her work and has such a sweet soul. Thank you Cori for being an amazing person and baker!

Pretty good boba spot! This shop is located along N King St in a small plaza with a shaved ice spot…read morenext door. You can generally find parking in the lot or nearby on the street (metered). The inside of the shop is relatively spacious with seating throughout; it can get a bit busy in the afternoons after school finishes. I ordered the mochi taro milk with boba and no sugar. The staff member helping me was polite, and my order came out quickly. I really liked my drink! The mochi layer had a soft, pleasing mouthfeel, and the boba was nice and chewy. The taro drink was creamy and not too sweet either, pairing really well with the mochi. Would definitely be interested in coming back to get the other drinks on their menu!

The parking lot was pretty empty on a weekday afternoon and there was only one person working. I really appreciated that they offered some snacks as well as their pretty extensive drink menu. There are so many boba places I would frequent more often if they also offered snacks. Uni offers cup noodle, freshly make bubble waffles, takoyaki and curry with rice! They even have combos that will save you a couple dollars if you get a milk tea with the food. Genius. I got the takoyaki and mixed fruit tea combo for $13. It doesn't sound like a deal, but I end up paying way more and wasting time going to two different stores when I want food and tea. The takoyaki was piping hot, piled with toppings and served in a little box that was really convenient for take out. The fruit tea was one of the better fruit teas I've had. I like that it had chunks of oranges and watermelon. The service was a little slow because there was only one worker, but she was really nice and trying her best. I think I'll be back if I'm in the area. They have cute looking desserts too! And plenty of places to sit with free wifi!

Dessert in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawai'i…read more.. I saw this new business when I was at a food truck in their parking lot and I had to return during business hours to give them a try. Pie Coon Bakery has such a clever business name and really cute, professional advertising! Did you see their kawaii racoon mascot??? Their free shared parking lot is right next to Jack In The Box. Inside, the very polite, friendly couple are efficient and helpful! They can do catering, special requests, and deliveries! Wow! I'm gonna check their Instagram page and order for Father's Day! I arrived there later in the day, so, they had run out of many flavors like caramel apple. I got a small coconut cream pie which was delicious with macadamia nuts in the crust! They also gave me a sample of Ube pie that had some bits of pineapple in it! Yum! I'm looking forward to returning and trying all of the flavors, especially espresso!

I was able to try the banana cream in a mini size at Foodie Con and it was delicious. Good fresh banana flavor and a good balance of whipped cream topping and the base pie layer. My partner got an espresso pie and enjoyed his as well. We sampled several of their pies and they were all excellent. The business owners are very kind and sweet and spent plenty of time talking with each person visiting their booth. I'll be visiting again, as I prefer to get a slice of pie or a mini pie instead of having an entire pie around my house. That's just too much temptation. Plus this way I can do several smaller mini pies and get multiple flavors. That's a win.
