Awesome service. Stopped by for soda crackers and left with some great snacks. Usually just go to the store but been wanting to stop by their shop to see what offered in shop vs in grocery stores and I'm glad I went. Tried few samples, checked out seasonal products. Got to mix and match some cookies. Joined their rewards program. The gift shop has lots of parking. The shop is clean and organized. Very friendly customer service. You can even do will calls, order online pick up in their shop.

Diamond Bakery products for the most part can be found in many supermarkets, box stores and other retail locations. BUT the retailers don't carry EVERYTHING. That said, you'll want to visit this place and check out the items not seen in retail outlets. PLUS you get a $10 Reward for every $50 purchase. In addition to Diamond's own baked products, they offer Asato Ice and Huff n Puff rice crackers. They deco and sell some of their own swag. Located in the heart of Kapalama, on Moowaa Street, you will not miss their BRIGHT YELLOW building. Go and check this place out

"If you know...you know." If you grew up in Hawai'I, you have snacked on DIAMOND BAKERY treats! Animal cookies, soda crackers, royal creem crackers, saloon pilot crackers, graham crackers, ruff and ready cookies, candy bead cookies and so many more. As a child, I remember enjoying the saloon crackers smothered with butter and dunking it in hot cocoa. The crackers would get a little soggy and the butter would slide into the hot cocoa. Ummmm, I can still remember that! It was so simple, but ono! Those were the dayz...the good 'ole dayz! Now, back to the new dayz, lol. Years back, I remember watching t.v.and a commercial came on promoting DIAMOND BAKERY store in Kalihi. I've bookmarked it, but I never got around to going there. One day, I was thinking about it so I called the store to see if they were still opened to the public. A sweet lady name...TRACY answered the phone and reassured me that it was opened to the public. Tracy told me to just look for the bright yellow building. It reminded me of The Wizard of Oz movie, lol. Just follow the yellow brick road. In this case, just follow the yellow brick building. Tracy mentioned to me if the door was locked, just ring the door bell and she would answer. Finally, I was able to make my way down to...DIAMOND BAKERY in Kalihi. It was pretty easy to find. Just be aware that there are very limited stalls in the parking lot. Luckily when I got there the door was opened...WHEW! Once I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly lady. That friendly lady was Tracy. She is so nice and welcoming. Thank you Tracy for your kind hospitality! I was pretty excited and overwhelmed seeing all the cookies, treats, cute displays and photo ops, too. Everything was nicely displayed. I did see familiar cookies and new products all reasonably priced. They also had treats on sale that were very cheap. So, if you are looking for reasonably priced and yummy treats, go and check out DIAMOND BAKERY. You'll thank me for that!

Great little store with friendly staff. They have a large assortment of baked good and a vast variety. When we went in there were free samples of guava cookies and Kona Coffee. Small parking lot and easy to find Yellow building.

I placed an online order for pick up at their warehouse. It's very easy to find because the building is yellow. I had to park on the street because their parking was full. Turns out the day I went they were filming some kind of ad in the store, which is the reason why their parking lot was full. The store is really clean. For the brief time I was there they seemed to be well stocked. I wish I had more time to browse, but I didn't want to get in the way of the people filming. The small snack bags are my go-to for goodie bags and treats.

7/15/2025- Almost missed this cute bag of bite size Kona coffee Hawaiian shortbread cookie with chocolate chips-.. Don't worry, it came home with me.. I love the fact of serving size 15!! Immediately the aroma of butter- coffee and cookie fill the air once the bag is opened.. If they came in bigger sized cookies I'd be thrilled.. Still a great way to enjoy with bite sizes..

Friendly service and great deals for May 1! If you wore a lei it was 30% off your total, so of course I wore a lei! I bought 3 big bags of Kona coffee w/chocolate chip shortbread bites these were on special for 40% off. I also got 3 bags of blueberry animal crackers, 4 boxes of Hawaiian macadamia shortbread brownie cookies, 2 boxes of Hawaiian macadamia nut shortbread chocolate chip cookies, 2 boxes of blueberry royal cream crackers, and 2 0.8 oz kakimochi cookies. All this came up to $61.60 which I thought was reasonable. They also had a freezer selling Sage Creamery ice cream in a variety of flavors. My husband has been wanting to try it but when I told him the price he said hell to the no. Overall, great experience and I'd definitely go back. Follow them on IG so you'll know when there are special sales and discounts!

I saw some reviews of this Diamond Bakery factory on IG. You can't miss this building on Mo'owaa Street. It's a huge yellow building with red trim. And for those of you like me, it was near our Mikey's cookie who have since retired. This factory is a cute little shop that has all their cookies and crackers out on tables for purchase and the prices is cheaper than longs. I specifically went in to purchase the little red box - their lunar new years shortbread almond cookie. It's a great gift to give anyone to celebrate Chinese new year! And the lady who assisted me was really helpful! Promise I'll be back because she mentioned that Diamond bakery will be coming out with doggy treats in the near future! stay tuned!

Going crackers... Seriously as I had no idea they existed here! As I entered i was so surprised as I expect a basic warehouse setting to only be shocked how beautifully it was set with a summertime vibe decor. A gentleman approached as I gazed at a screen filled with the creative process of making the treats he explained the original location was at Makiki ZIPPY'S until their current location here in Kalihi and how they kept it all the same but have done some small changes in the packaging which is nice and gave them more space to add information as they were part of the Children's Miracle Network and to support the local kids. I came here as they were at the Made In Hawaii Festival that we had recently though I rushed through it and skipped them hoping to return was lucky enough to get a 25% off coupon from a friend that provided me with a shopping bag as well got me here and in Kalihi it's so easy to find their huge yellow warehouse even in the distance..ahhh there it is lol!!! With lots of other fun merchandise available as well this is must see stop to see what's new and i found that as well along with buying mix and match cookies which are $5.99 for any twelve which they'll pack it all in a cute mesh bag. Support local that's been around for generations and am so happy to have found this Diamond in Kalihi. Thank you!

Good service friendly and fresh products. Today only Sage ice cream truck with royal creem flavor. Did not win the golden ticket so 2 more left - 100 dollars each. Three won already. Little after 12 now.

Found out about the Diamond Bakery factory from a social media post and I put it down as one of my stops during my trip to Honolulu. The large factory is located in an industrial area and is this easily identified with its bright yellow paint. There is a small parking lot and we were fortunate to get a space. Signs point you to the door to enter The Shop at the Factory. As we entered the lady at the counter had a sample tray and offered samples of several of their products. The store is like a showroom with tables and displays of all their products, shortbread cookies, biscuits, crackers that came in boxes, bags and individual sizes. They had a Year of the Snake Hawaiian shortbread almond cookie box for the upcoming Chinese New Year. You see varieties and flavors that you don't see at the stores. The prices were better than what I saw at Long's and ABC. Glad I made the stop here as I was able to pick up some items to bring back home.

These are delicious parcels from the beautiful island, our very own paradise here on Earth. A variety of tropical flavors the true gem of the islands, other varieties in crackers and biscuits. The factory itself is not to be missed, offering array of transit ready and packaged delectables prepared and baked onsite. #LOVEMaui. It is without a doubt heartbreaking for the devastation in Maui, especially our beloved Lahaina... Aloha aku no, Aloha mai no. E hoomau, maua kealoha. (I give my love to you, you give your love to me. May our love last forever.)

Seeing the location I fully expected them to phone in the coffee, but it's clear that coffee comes first here, even if many of the guests are trying to get pastries! You'll be shocked by the line, but just know the staff is efficient and it moves fast. They offer a variety of their own locally roasted beans here, with options for batch brew, espresso drinks and even pour overs (impressive considering the volume of customers). The coffees are well described and the baristas have the additional knowledge you may be seeking when you order, and all in all this went as quickly as I could have expected. Truly, the coffee was delightful, and the fact I was drinking a hot drink on an extremely hot day didn't even phase me. I wanted so badly to bring home a bag of each one, but given that everything is more expensive in Hawaii, these were all 4x the price of the specialty coffee I buy on the mainland and I just couldn't make it happen. We took the opportunity to stop by for a pre-dinner snack since they closed at 6PM. It's a cute shop with multiple sweets including quite a selection of housemade ice cream and delectable mouthfuls called Cake Bombs (Photo 10). We decided we would be good and ordered one unfilled Malasada each. Dusted with various sugar flavors, they were just $2.65 a piece. I went for the Coffee, while Jamie chose the daily special, Cinnamon (Photo 6). They were soft and tasty, quite comparable to Leonard's albeit a tad smaller. That wasn't necessarily a bad thing since we had dinner ahead of us. However, we let temptation get the best of us and shared a $5.50 slice of the Ube Haupia Mac Nut Bar, a yummy combination of sweet potato and ube topped with haupia (coconut milk pudding) on a macadamia nut crust (Photo 9).
