The Dubai Chocolate Stuffed Cookies were amazing!! I bought them at the UH Volley Ball Game ( we beat Long Beach!) this past weekend and was blown away!! I went back not even 30 minutes later and they were sold out!! I was a little upset but they said I could buy their cookies online through Gold Belly. But I checked the website and the Dubai Chocolate Cookies aren't on there. ‍. I guess they're at Wai Kai in Ewa Beach every Thursday but that's too far for me. Interesting concept. They have a number of flavors or stuffings. I decide to try the lemon bar cookie. It had a mild lemon flavor. I think there was a few white chocolates chips mixed in. I thought I was eating a scone. Overall the cookie was good but not what I expected. A bit pricey so I don't think Ill be back. For the price I could bought a big bag of Oreos. Attended a What the Truck event at the Waikele Center and I alway wanted to try the stuffed cookies from These Stuffed Cookies and was glad that they were the one of the vendors there that night. I arrived to the event late so there weren't much choices to choose from but lucky think they did have my go to cookie flavor in any cookie still available, the white chocolate chip macadamia nut ones. I love how the cookies are soft batch and when you bite into them, it's like your biting into cookie batter which I love! I also got to try a bunch of their other flavors that the had left like the Brownie and PB Cup, Ultimate Peanut Butter and stuffed mochi. I'm not a huge peanut butter fan, but the Brownie and PB Cup cookie was so good, I need to get more when I do attend the next What the Truck event. Me and my cousin were having a yakiniku food date and we were wanting dessert after our heavy meal so she suggested to go support local with 'These stuffed cookies'. I was apprehensive because I was like "What's so great about these cookies? Its just cookies?". So my cousin took me there, its a small kiosk stand that's right in front of Macy's on the 1st floor and next to that candy snack stand called Seed City. Me and the cousin took advantage of their buy 3 get the 4th free anniversary sale (Sept 13-19, 2021). The cookies I bought were the Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake, Fruity pebbles cheesecake, Circus animal cheesecake, and Ultimate ube cookies n cream. I just really love the creativity, concept, and design of the cookies! My favorite cookie that I really enjoyed was the Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake and the Circus animal cheesecake. Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake had a really nice soft chewiness that I like and it was like eating a huge piece of the cinnamon toast crunch cereal but in cookie form. I also really liked the Circus animal cheesecake but it was a bit dry but the chewy center of cheesecake and frosting drizzle helps makeup for it (hopefully in the future, please make all cookies chewy hehe). I was pretty sad that they sold out their Birthday cake and the cookies that had the cookie butter filling inside but I will come back for them on another time. Thank you once again! read more

I've been following them on IG for a while now. I didn't exactly know how it all worked so I never went along with ordering. As soon as I saw they'd be at the Waikele What The Truck gathering, I made it a point to get my hands on some treats I've had my eyes on. The line was long, they're high in demand. It took about 10-15m to get to the tent to take a look at choices. I chose 4 regular sized cookies for $15 and the two different variety mini cookie packs there were available for $10 each. Since I stood in line and built up anticipation, let's just buy everything at once! I've only dug into some of the mini packs and tried something with Oreo and Hershey's cookies & cream with sprinkles. The cookie isn't overly sweet which was surprising. They all look soooo sweet and decadent. Its not really a cookie that needs milk. Not dry and not undercooked. How its perfectly cooked and not crumbly or mush is amazing! I can't wait to try the rest of the flavors. The regular sized cookies I chose were brownie & pb cup, oreo & brownie, brownie & nutella & ultimate cookies & cream. I will update when we're done. As far as the operation goes, looks like orders are placed on IG. Menus are posted weekly and deliveries go out on Fridays (all over the island). These cookies looked good and I hoped that they would be, but for the price and the taste, this would not be something I would purchase again. I ended up buying three cookies (the unstuffed chocolate chip, brownie and peanut butter cup, and an ultimate peanut butter). The total came out to $24, which is $8 per cookie (quite steep, but the price of ingredients could be a factor, as well as the size). I love a good chewy cookie and these were definitely chewy, but they were also underbaked and the flavor seemed to be lacking. I had two family members try the chocolate chip and we all agreed that it lacked any sort of depth...the flavor was flat, like something I'd expect from a grocery store-branded cookie. We then tried the brownie and peanut butter cup, which was not much better. We didn't even open the ultimate peanut butter, since we were wary about its taste, after having been disappointed twice at that point. It's so strange that even with all the extra additions (peanut butter, chocolate chips, brownies, etc), the flavor is still not delicious, which leads me to wonder if it's the batter? No one wanted to finish it after taste-testing it, so not sure what I'm going to do with the rest. read more

Who doesn't love cookies? These stuffed cookies are stuffed with goodness. I've been to both their pearlridge and Windward mall location. I believe the latter recently closed. Price points are good for what you're getting. Not a fan of the s'mores cookie though because the marshmallow was hard and not eatable. But I really like their matcha and ube cookies. So good! Gifted a cookie from These Stuffed Cookies and it was awesome! Walk past this place every time I'm at Pearlridge Center just outside of Macy's and always wonder how their cookies are. Found out - they are great! Had the Brownie & Nutella stuffed cookie that's sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles over icing. Be prepared to be hungry or plan to share - the cookie is very substantial and if you eat it all by yourself in one sitting you'll probably get a sugar rush, but you'll be very happy! One cookie is like eating several regular sized cookies because they are at least 1-1/2" high and probably a little more than 2" in diameter and very rich due to the stuffing inside. Went to Pearl Ridge and happened to come across These Stuffed Cookies, a kiosk just outside the 1st floor exit of Macy's. I've never tried or heard of them but I'm a sucker for small local businesses and will always support, especially when the products have a unique twist. The girl at the kiosk was really nice and gave us recommendations of popular items or things to try for first timers. The cookies are priced between $4-5. Considering each cookie is like 4" in diameter and 1" thick, one cookie is probably equivalent to 3 standard sized cookies. I've only tried 1 cookie from the batch we bought and my god, it was good. I tried lemon bar first and it's the best lemon cookie I've had. I love a good lemon bar, and this cookie gave me all the feels of a good lemon bar. Just the right amount of lemon taste, nothing sour, chewy with an outside crisp, and just the perfect sweetness. I'm very excited to try the other cookies we bought. They had more than a dozen different flavors so it was hard to choose just 6 cookies to bring home (I didn't wanna go crazy, lol), but definitely plan to try more in the future. read more

Went to all 3 locations and everyone of them was closed , two mall carts with no one around and no goods on the cart, and the store front that the sign says open but door locked and no one to be found the hours on yelp page say open at 10am I guess not, very disappointed was trying to support a local family owned business but they are making it impossible so we went to the cookie company instead and had so delicious fresh baked cookies. Would be nice if they posted a sign on the carts or door to there store front to inform customers that they are not going to be open. I finally decided to try These Stuffed Cookies after walking past the mall kiosk numerous times. The cookies look delicious, and I was excited to try them. It was difficult choosing which cookie to get, but I eventually decided on the Un-Stuffed White Chocolate Mac Nut cookie and the S'mores cookie. The Un-Stuffed White Chocolate Mac Nut Cookie is a giant cookie with some weight. It looks good, but it didn't taste good to me. The taste was similar to a sugar cookie--although you can see the white chocolate and mac nuts, I didn't get much of that flavor profile coming through from the cookie. The inside of the cookie was soft and seemed undercooked--I wondered if it was raw because the texture was similar to eating raw cookie dough. The S'mores cookie was the one that I was looking forward to eating the most, but I ended up being so disappointed with. The cookie, again, tasted similar to a sugar cookie--I didn't get the "s''more's" flavor profile at all. I actually enjoyed eating the Hershey's Chocolate on top of the cookie more than the actual cookie. I also had cut a piece of each of the cookies to give to my family members to try, and each had said that the cookie wasn't good. And since no one wanted to finish the cookies, I threw them away. I really wanted to like this place because I love cookies, but it isn't worth it... I much rather go to Cookie Corner, where the cookies are not only good, but the customer service is great. read more

I throughly enjoyed their Taro Mochi cookie. It was delicious! My husband isn't much of a dessert lover but I had him give it a go & he was shocked how good it was. We both were blown away by this flavor. The cookie was thick, soft, gooey & stuffed with Mochi which was 10/10 for me because I love Mochi. I bought some of these cookies for my sister on Maui. She'd had one, and said they were good. So I got 5 of them. 4 to bring to her and 1 for someone else. I was quite disappointed to find that one bag wasn't even closed properly. These cookies are NOT cheap. And I had no idea when the bag was open from, so I wasted one. Very disappointing. I rushed to get them on my lunch break and was getting on a plane early the following morning. They were already closed when I found the bag open. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. The cookies for me was okay. I ended up getting the fruity pebble, brownie Oreo, brownie Nutella, & cookies & cream cookies; all were great. However I wasn't a fan of the brownie Oreo only because for me it was slightly to much brownie in the cookie & a bit to chocolatey and dry too. These stuffed cookies wasn't what I thought it out to be, don't get me wrong they were big they just wasn't stuffed as much as I hoped it'd be, the cookies that were stuffed with Oreo's were only stuffed with one Oreo let alone the Oreo was just a regular size cookie not even a double stuffed or two regular ones. So I was kind of let down there. All in all it was a great experience and not bad tasting however it was not the greatest as well, I'll try maybe other options they have in the future. I was super disappointed but kinda forgot about it and just figured that was the end of it. A few days ago I get a message form Barbara ( the owner) and she lets me know she saw my review and would like to replace the cookies and that I can come pick them up fresh!! I thought that was SO NICE! I just have to say also OMG ... eating them fresh was amazing!! I got to try 3 flavors and my son adored them as well. Each cookie is sealed for freshness and last one week at room temperature or 2 weeks refrigerated!! All 3 were delicious in different ways so it's really gonna be about personal preference. I would not buy these from any other vendors I would get them directly from the owner so you know what your getting is quality and fresh. During a recent trip to Hawaii, my family and I went to the local Swap Meet where we met one of the owners of These Stuffed Cookies. He was welcoming, friendly, and engaged in a great conversation. I purchased the sampler pack of brownies and immediately had to try one. Holy smokes, it was amazing! The very first one I tried was the Nutella stuffed one. The guy selling them wasn't particularly nice or helpful but because it was for my granddaughter, I bought some cookies. All I can say is that they are too sweet. So sweet that you need milk or vanilla ice cream to level the taste. I expected the same quality as I get from Levain bakery or Schmackary's in NYC but sadly it wasn't. It wasn't bad just too sweet. My wife loves chocolate chip cookies, so for her birthday, I ordered cookies from a couple of places around town. One company we had never tried was These Stuffed Cookies, so I ordered about a half a dozen of their different flavors. There were so many others that I wanted to try, but I had to at least show a little self control. You can order online and then they'll deliver them right to your house on the weekend. Our favorite flavors were the Brownie and Nutella and the Butter Mochi. All of the flavors were amazing though, especially if you put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds before eating them. Highly recommend if you need a little guilty pleasure or some sweets to keep you happy during quarantine. read more

I came across this kiosk a while back and although I was intrigued I did not buy anything. Partly because I was a little hesitant to pay between $4.50 and $5.50 for one cookie but also because I had already purchased some goodie from Kris a little further down the mall. But yesterday after leaving Macy's but before I hit Kris' I decided to buy a couple. I got the taro mochi and lemon bar cookies. They were very good, moist and sweet. So sweet that I could not finish my cookie all at once so I had the other half today. It was still very good. I did not even get a little bite of the taro mochi but was told it was good. I heard from one of the local food bloggers that they usually sell out so that the flavor you want might be gone but early in the morning the selection was all available. So if you want a particular flavor I would go early. My one suggestion would be if it were possible to make smaller cookies. A combination of small and larger cookies could entice me to buy flavors that I might not otherwise try. read more
