Giving 3 stars because it varies who's working their shifts and I like the food and drinks...but this morning, the cashier seem unsure if I was ready or not so why not ask instead of walking away to take care of something else? When taking order, there was no thank you at all.. Please know without customers, you won't have this job so at least say hi and thank you. I'm a critical individual when it comes to customer service. I'm not sure if Mariah is a manager or a customer service representative but her attitude sucks. First off greet the damn customer and stop giving attitude. Second doesn't matter what day your having because your AC is off, broken, or your just having a shitty day fix that attitude! Additionally no one greeted no welcome no nothing! Fix it or I'll continually complain about the service your receiving until you eventually get replaced. The Jamba Juice location is conveniently located at the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center that is right across from Windward mall. It is right next to Starbucks of course plus other surrounding stores like Walgreens and there is a decent amount of parking around the area. The staff and customer service is pretty good I would say. I do not think that they are busy often because everytime I come it is pretty mellow. Other than that I do not know what else to say. I guess my favorite drinks are matcha green tea blast, orange dream machine, and some other few. Just like most Jamba Juices there are just a few amount of table and seating areas. read more

This place is terribly understaffed! The mornings get busy and they only ever have two workers. The line is always long and people walk out because of the wait. Understaffing causes errors. Worste Jamba Juice EVER. The employees are extremely rude and treated their blenders very badly all I heard was loud crashing sounds the entire time. I ordered 2 acai promo bowls on with extra acai easy on the nuts and gronola the other regular. The regular one tasted like crap every bite had so much gronola and nuts it hurt my teeth the specialty one was okay nothing great. I went in to get an acai bowl and the pineapples were spoiled and didn't put in any blueberries, I also I asked for no almonds but was given almonds anyway. When I went back to get it fixed I got it without pineapple, and they put in blueberries this time but the blueberries were spoiled as well. Dis juice is dope. The only issue i have is that when they make my juice it doesnt seem to go down right? Its not normal it seems thicker than a regular fruit smoothy. This particular jamba juice i must say i was quite satified in terms of quality but the quanity of the juice was a little dissapointing i didnt seem like i got enough for what i payed for, the worker here seems a little too depressed like they hated making particular things. This location has the worst service. You can obviously tell that workers are only there for the pay. Horrible customer service and they don't care if you wait too long. I've gone to this location couple of times because it's more convinient for me, but besides they're horrible curtomer service, they do serve horrible smoothies too. I came in today and another day and have had bad experiences with the manager I believe her name is Ona. One time when I came in, I could hear her screaming in the back on her phone. Obviously having an argument. Very unprofessional and quite uncomfortable. Today when I came in, she was quite rude to her coworker which also made me very uncomfortable. LOVE Jamba Kaneohe! Staff is friendly, it is conveniently located, and always clean. The quality is also always good! I don't think I have tried something that I didn't like. My morning favorites are either the banana brown sugar steel cut oats with a fresh squeezed orange juice, or an apples n greens smoothie with a cheddar tomato twist. Yum yum!! We had been going here for an after school treat for the school year. The last time I went I found something that was inedible in my smoothie. I thought it was fibers from the fruit but it wasn't. And there was a bunch of it. I even dumped it out into my colander. Now there is weird crap stuck in my colander I can't get out. I made myself throw up afterwards :-/ it seemed like some sort of nylon!! I tried to take a picture and it didn't come out. I would guess that it was something that got caught in the blades of the mixer. I called and the Manager offered a replacement drink or refund if I came back. Um, no. I was already home and didn't want to leave again. They said I could come back the next day. I really didn't want another drink and the refund would have been like $5 and I honestly just didn't want to ha go there again. Bummer. My son liked their drinks and I have points in my account. I like Jamba juice and though this Kaneohe location has always been mediocre, I've gone there for the location. I won't return however. I believe customer service still matters,but not to the young snootycashier Justine, if that's her real name. Im guessing she doesn't wear a name tag because of the other complaints for this location. I also asked her about using multiple coupons and she whispered 'take advantage'. I asked what and she ignored me. I was unquestionably not being rude while trying to use two different discounts. If Jamba juice offers multiple discounts they will find people thinking they can use them. Who does not love Jamba juice? Fabulously fresh ingredients served with a smile. Jamba Juice has come a long way from wheat grass juice shots (WHO thought to throw grass in a blender and drink it???) and a handful of smoothie flavors. They have something for every palate...fruity smoothies, creamy treats and fresh juices. I love that they have the calorie content on the boards. It is easy to think that everything fresh and healthy is low in calories. As you will see if you read their menu board this is not true. What you will find though is that they can make virtually any smoothie light. Yipeeee! Combine a 16 oz. light smoothie with an oatie or two and you are down for a treat. Their steel cut oatmeal is the best ever and if you make it after 11 am (when they stop serving oatmeal) go for the flatbread. Low in calories but not in taste. I love the Medditerane-yum! Employees are friendly and efficient. Why the one star deduction? There is virtually no where to sit. Plan on getting your smoothie to go because dining in likely will not happen. read more

Bad Customer Service and Rude Employees. We ordered two medium Orange Dream Machine, they made it in the same blender but added more ice before serving the second order so it didn't have any taste at all and when we told one of the Employees she gave us an attitude and told us how we should order it next time and told us it was made in the same blender so it should taste the same I guess she didn't know I was watching the whole time the other Employee was making it. read more

Love getting the acai bowls here. I usually call ahead since I'm so busy but today when I tried calling (since I was already in a rush and didn't want to wait any extra time) the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing... no one answered and I called about ten times before I finally arrived and decided to go in and wait the extra ten minutes. After I ordered I called while waiting and realized they must have muted the phones cause the phones weren't ringing. id give them more stars if they didn't mute their phones. Also, sometimes when I get the acai bowls they charge you more for the bigger one when the bigger bowl has just as much as the small one. I asked for an extra bowl in the smaller size so I could share and everything in the big bowl fit into the small bowl..... so we are really just paying extra for the same size. read more

I do not recommend this location the register girl which who was the manager on duty at the time today had a very bad rude attitude. Didn't smile and also to didn't even greet when we first walked in the doors. The worst thing about it was there was no one at the register waiting to place an order. Yet then when other people walked in the door in the middle of helping us she greets them. So honestly I didn't even put my own personal order in but I did put everyone else that I was with their order that wanted a jamba juice. So honestly I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone. Originally I had nothing nice to say considering my previous visits here, most of the employees were grouchy or at least looked it, and I didn't appreciate the eye rolls and the tone in which they talked to one another.. obviously we(customers) can clearly see & hear you acting that way. BUT, decided I wanted to try again tonight & give it another shot cause I was really craving a smoothie.. gotta say, the staff was awesome.. although these were different girls then my previous visit with the exception of the girl who's usually at the register.. (girl with the colored eyes) she's always been really nice when I've come in, today she was helping prepare stuff behind the counter & another girl I've never seen was at the register.. she was SO nice, took my order very accurately and made sure everything was correct before I paid.. it was really her positive attitude that stood out though, the other two girls were great as well..smiles on their faces & were efficient in getting my order done, greatly appreciated! You commend those 3 girls who were working tonight (Friday, August. 4) night shift.. I went in there around 7:50 pm. When someone goes in with their own 16 oz double-wall insulated cold cup to order a drink, you would think they would get great service, especially when bringing your own cup to save the business money and the environment. Not in my case. Somebody there has trouble understanding volume. I ordered a 16 oz drink and they only filled it halfway. When I approached them about this, they replied, "That's a 20 oz cup." Not so. It seemed obvious to me that a double wall insulated cup would be skinnier and taller, and that if they weren't sure, they should either check the bottom for the size or ask. I assumed ordering a "16 oz" drink would be good enough, but not in this case. After explaining, the employees just looked at me like they didn't know what to do. I have had experience with this as a former food service manager, and they should have apologized right away and filled it all the way as I would have done. Instead, they stared at me with no answer. So I gave a sarcastic "thanks" and walked off in not a very good mood...a $5 drink that wasn't even as big as I ordered. I'll take my money and environment-saving cup elsewhere.
