What really bothered me was that A LOT of people who came in after us received their drinks within just a couple of minutes, while our order kept getting skipped. I also noticed the employee watching my boyfriend closely when the tip screen came up, and he chose not to tip. Due to there being no service. They're just doing their job (making drinks). Not bringing it to my table, not giving me a show, nothing but just doing their job. While we were waiting, another customer who had also been waiting a long time told me he hadn't tipped either. At that point, it was hard not to question whether customers who don't tip are being pushed to the back of the line. I brought my concern up to the employee, and he was essentially speechless and repeatedly apologized, but never explained why our order had been left waiting while newer orders were being made first. Another customer there also agreed with what I was pointing out. I understand that tipping is optional, and customers shouldn't feel like they'll receive slower service for choosing not to tip. I can't say for certain that this was intentional, but the situation was concerning enough that I felt other customers should know about our experience. Hopefully management looks into the order times and what happened tonight.
