Amazing work at this Jamba Jucie. After the experience we had a bad restaurant, we wanted a nice place to get smoothies so we went to our favorite, Jamba Juice. They work really hard at this place. Our cashier, who was Caleb Austin C. He gave solutions and made accommodations to things that were out. Also the other 2 workers, this girl with her side bangs clips and the guy with curly hair. I've been to this location multiple times and honestly it is either a hit or a miss. This last time was a mediocre experience. I put in my mobile order and showed up at the time it said my order would be ready. It was not ready. When I first arrived there was a cashier and 2 people making the smoothies. They were clearly in the weeds. Then about 3 other people strolled casually out from the back. And proceeded to make conversation instead of jumping in to help. I dread coming to this location EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! You walk in and the energy is low, NONE of the workers greet you, and there is ZERO sense of urgency. I like to drink orange carrot juice and I usually go at night. One time I went around 8pm (they close at 9pm) and I ordered. They look at each other like I inconvenienced them bc they took out ONLY 1 part of the carrot machine and had to put it back to make my drink. Couple days later I went during the day time, the same female says "oh you were here on Thursday" with an attitude. She remembered my order. I just went recently and bc it was only 7pm I figure I go bc it's early enough for them NOT to clean the machines. Got there at 7:10. There were 3 workers. I order my drink Orange carrot juice with extra ice. 3 of them look at each other like dang. I asked "did you clean the OJ machine already? She says yes! Don't you close at 9?" She says yes. I asked well can you make my drink? Her response was "I can if you want me to" LOL I couldn't believe she said that. 7-15-21 Although chocolate is a favorite, I gotta be honest, an Orange Dream from Jamba which reminds me of a creamsicle from childhood days and a slice of toasted banana bread, can make a nice refreshing snack on an ordinary day. But on days like today, which don't happen too often, it can quel a set back and disappointment. Due to this horrid pandemic that has overstayed its appearance, foreign travel has been put on hold almost a year and a half. Hubs kept asking me where I wanted to go for my bd. Recently I found a cruise, the travel agent was contacted and she held a suite for us with deposit due tomorrow. Long story short we cancelled today based on CDC warnings. I'm trying to see if they have gift cards to purchase for presents and don't want to drive there to find out (because Ewa is out of physical cards). I think customer service and info is priority. I walked in close to closing, and was greeted by the worker with the hat and glasses, as in my pictures and review. I was helped immediately and not rushed at all even though it was almost time to close most people went to go home. These people were hard workers as you can tell. They were working hard to complete my order so I can be on my way. I really appreciated that and they did not rush me at all even though I did not really know what I wanted they took my order and made it quickly and accurately. I had a recommend this place. Conveniently located at the waikele center this jj has excellent customer service. Although they do not answer their phone, while walking in they have a mask policy as well as social distancing. Although they were sold out of their bogo small pumpkin smoothie towards the end of the special, they let us use the BOGO for another flavor. To me that is great customer service because the JJ in town did not offer the BOGO for any other flavors other than the Pumpkin smoothie Service is fast and employees are friendly and accomodating. read more

Horrible customer service at this location. My family and I ordered a few things, which we were paying for with a gift card and the remainder on my debit card. I explained this to the cashier as I handed her the gift card. The cashier told me my total amount due and so I tapped my card. That's when she realized she didn't actually use my gift card. Ok no big deal as I figured we'd have to do the transaction again, but based on her attitude, she seemed to think it was my fault. I'm guessing I was supposed to scan the gift card myself and not hand it to her. I don't know what their process is, but they shouldn't expect me to know it. Their job is to guide the customer. Anyway, another worker came over to help her void the transaction and it was apparent he was hating life. No smile, no positivity whatsoever, just more attitude. I placed my order again, and my family and I waited. And we proceeded to wait and wait. Finally we could see our açaí bowl and 3 smoothies were ready, but they continued to call other people while our order just sat there. After our frozen items were sitting out for about 5 minutes (and melting), my husband came over to ask them what was going on with our order as it was just sitting there. They said they needed to warm up the bread that we ordered. My husband was livid and let them know they should've done that early on. I have a feeling they made us wait on purpose because of the transaction issue. Just petty. The açaí bowl was only filled half way and our smoothies were thinned out as they had mostly melted. Did an online order... estimate pick up time 11:54... arrived a little early so I sat and waited. This location is very busy with long line and lots of people waiting for their order and 4 employees working. Few minutes passed and an employee asked if I placed an order so I gave him my name and he informed me that they were waiting for one bowl ( which was being tossed and twirled in the air while he was walking to the counter) ALL bowls were customized but I'm guessing they don't really read their paper good because ALL bowls were WRONG. My husband and I walked in at 8:20pm, they close at 9:00pm. We opened the door and immediately a young lady sweeping the floor froze, stared at us with her jaw dropped in complete annoyance that we had just opened the door. Her reaction caused me and my husband to stop mid way through the door and stare back. After a very awkward few moments she collected herself and walked away. I looked at my watch and yep, they don't close for 40 minutes, so we continue walking in. The man taking our order was whispering and neither of us heard a single word he said. Watched many commercials with all the new menus they started to offer and finally got the opportunity to finally go and try the Lava Flow and Peach Green Tea, low fat Oats (mom's favorite) and mini scones. Workers don't smile or greet. I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and I noticed they used a black banana and only put 1 strawberry cut into 4 pcs. The banana they used on my bowl was so MUSHY, tell me how can I even eat that? So I threw it away and not even bother to ever go to this location again. I would just like to say that I went into the store thinking I was gonna buy and enjoy a large orange dream, but as I walked in, as soon as I opened the door I immediately turned around. The place smelt as if something is rotting and/or not being cleaned up like supposed to. I don't think any customers would wanna smell rotten food once they enter the store.
