Updated review: this is the 3rd time I ordered a acai protein BOWL but they made a DRINK instead. After the first time it happened I make sure to emphasize bowl. Today I even made a hand gesture of a bowl as I said bowl and the cashier shook her head yes. But they still made a drink. I'm speaking loudly and clearly so I don't know how you can confuse bowl and drink. It's so irritating and a waste of my money. Maybe they should start reading orders back to ensure its correct and give receipts with every transaction so the customer can see what they were charged for so we can speak up before the wrong order is made. I stopped going as often but now I'm so done with them! Previous review:They put their flatbread pizzas in a package instead of a box now. So when we ordered multiple flat breads they laid them one on top of the other in a bag. What happens when hot sticky cheese touches paper? The cheese sticks to the paper. When we tried to take our flatbread out of the package all the cheese was stuck to the package. We were left with a naked flatbread with no cheese! I was also disappointed with their new sandwiches. My husband and I went into Jamba Juice Kaneohe yesterday around 340pm. We ordered 2 acai bowls. They didn't have strawberries so they said we can get extra fruit. I got extra blueberries and he got extra bananas. We started eating our bowls and he said he didn't have extra bananas. I told him he could have mine because mine were hard and I didn't like it. When he looked at his banana there was still some green peel on it. We went back in to get a refund in our bowls and when I asked the girl if she was the manager she didn't know how to answer me then she said yes. Another girl took over and refunded us. When I asked her if that girl was a manager she said no she's just help. She told me she was the assistant manager so is asked her what the other girls name was and she said she couldn't tell me. The girl with the attitude looked at me and said what? Lifting her hands to me. I couldn't believe it. What kind of customer service is that? The 2 girls didn't have hairnets on and their hair was hanging in front going in to the juices. So unsanitary None of them had name tags on. Place was clean, teenagers with awesome friendly costumer service, and the smoothie for once was THICK. I don't usually write reviews but I was really put off by the workers and the blatant either lying or complete incompetence of the smoothie maker. Pictured here is what they said is a White Gummy Bear. After having ordered this for years, I know that this drink is not this color but a more off white color. Friendly service but there was a wait, which is understandable since they are short staffed. I knocked off one star because they forgot my food. We had to go back up to ask for it after getting our drinks and the customers after us already got their food and drinks. We got the 2 medium smoothies for $10 deal which was a really great deal! Easy Pickup on the app, there is no drive thru like the popping Starbucks next door. There is a small little waiting area/loading zone to park your car real quick. But its super illegal. If you're looking for a smoothie place in Kaneohe, don't come here. Worst service. The workers here obviously hate their job and don't want to be here. It shows through your drink too, they make you pay an arm and leg for it and then don't blend it well nor do they fill it completely. This situation has happened to me multiple times already but I kept coming back. After my LACK of interaction last week Friday, I'm never coming back to this location. I wanted to get a smoothie before work on Friday morning and so I checked online to make sure they still opened at 6, which they do. I decided to show up at 620 because I thought that would give them enough time to prep and be open and all that. I come up to the door and it's lock. I see a girl working at the front counter and so I shake the door a bit to make some noise and get her attention. Nothing. I proceed to start knocking loudly on the door. She turns around and starts playing around with the oranges. Next to the door they also have a list of their hours where it clearly says they open at 6:00 AM. I continue to shake the door and knock loudly because I'm like "well maybe she can't hear me". But she turns around and looks at me, and then turns back around and continues to play with the damn oranges. Im furious at this point. I have to get to work and I've already been standing there looking stupid for 5 minutes. I go to the side door so I'm in her peripherals and I'm met with the same attitude. Bottom line: she never opened the door for me and I never got my smoothie. Jamba Juice management: make sure when you hire people, they understand that if the store opens at 6, they have to actually OPEN the store at 6. Don't work somewhere if you don't want to abide by their operating hours. And stop hiring such rude people. Ok so I thought the girl who was working at the register was maybe having an off day so I gave her a pass but the second or third time I realized she's just miserable. I spent $15 for two drinks and it wasn't worth it. honesty you might as well go to Safeway or 711 next door and pick up one of those bottled shakes. The place was filthy. This Jamba Juice has been in business for awhile. They have always been kind, carrying the Aloha Spirit. It was exemplified today as I have had trouble with the Jamba Juice app. On a previous day, I ordered from the app, but when I got to the Kailua Jamba Juice location they did not receive my order. I had to order it again, but unknowingly it charged me twice. I brought up the mistake today to the employee at Jamba helped me write a report on the app and refunded me. I appreciate this very much. Jamba juice Kaneohe is located in my One stop Shopping center of Kaneohe Bay. This is a 5 star location with great service, plenty of parking and never crowded. I run in, no lines, order my usual 16 oz. Mango Mantra light (only 160 calories), and they always serve it up with a pleasant smile. I can walk it off by walking to Walgreens, Petco ,check out the Vitamin Store or have a seat outside if my dog Louie is with me. They have plenty of nice oudoor seating, where you can sit, read a book, or chat with other neighborhood locals with dogs as well! We also have a MINI Cooper Motoring Club that meets once a month for a Coffee Meet( Starbucks next door), and the Kaneohe JJ location is a nice central location with ample parking to meet and group up and pick up a wake-up shake before heading out for a North Shore Rally! read more

I'm a Starbucks fan. However, since I've been feeling under the weather, I decided to go to Jamba Juice to get a smoothie and load up on some vitamin c. I get to Jamba Juice and the staff there are up beat and welcoming. I decide to order their Sweet and Spicy Chicken on Artisan Bread along with a Tropical Harvest Smoothie. I didn't have to wait long to get my order. I promptly left to return home to enjoy my meal by myself and not spread my germs to anyone. However, I should have checked my meal before I left Jamba Juice. The Tropical Harvest Smoothie was really delicious and made the drive home pleasant. However, when I got home and was about to eat my Sweet and Spicy Chicken - it was the most unappetizing meal ever! The bread was burnt along with the vegetables and the chicken was tough! It was like eating a burnt, dried biscuit! I've ordered these sandwiches/flat breads at other Jamba Juice locations and the presentation and taste was always good - except for today. This has been thee WORST customer service experience I've encountered in years. I was 2nd in line, watching it grow longer as the cashier and the girl making the drinks joked and hi-fived each other, pretending not to see any of us. By the time I got to the register, I had a good 8-10 people behind me. This cashier is one of those sloppy, lazy looking ones that like to hang all over the register while taking orders. So I get to the register, order my drinks, and before I could ask for anything else, the cashier rudely blurts, "Your name?" %#?!@...I wasn't done yet!! You see me looking at the bake case, didn't corporate teach you how to look for signs or up-sell!?! Next, I proceed to punch my phone number in for my points. I asked, "Is it not working?" I went in today Sunday 6/5 at 1048a and I accidentally ordered my Jamba at the Kailua Village location online and when I finally had to approach the only female employee in there (didn't get her name) to let her know I had a mobile order she couldn't find it. To my error I realized what I did wrong and she looked at me and just said "oh yeah!!! That's not here". So I'm currently heading to Kailua to retrieve my drinks and returning to my home in Kaneohe. This is the worst Jamba Juice, I have ever gone to. Not only was their register offline this week, I wasn't able to purchase a gift card, was turned away and asked to return another time. I returned a few days excited to try their new pumpkin crunch bowl, but it was a melted mess, soupy and banana slices were at the bottom. The taste was good, but presentation awful and couldn't eat it as soup. Waste of time and money! It wasn't busy and had adequate staff, just poor training. Service here tends to be ok to poor. Mango-a-go-go- :yummy and my daughter loved it! Chocolate mood: was ok. My wife liked it because it was chocolate but was a little too icy for my taste. Turkey sausage and egg wrap: super hot, nice and melty. Not huge but was enough. Roasted chicken sandwich: again, not huge but tasty enough. Overall was a good stop, we left satisfied.
