These guys and gals always have my mobile order ready before I get there. Always. (Unlike other locations where I go to pick up and they didn't even start to make my order.) They know how to mix their smoothies because there are no chunks. Best of all, the staff is always super nice and friendly. Our go-tos are the Mango-a-go-go, Matcha Green Tea, and Aloha Pineapple. A medium Orange-C Booster really helps if I feel like I'm coming down with a cold; any signs of a cold are gone the next day. Ask to have the cups split to make your buck stretch. I know people drink Jamba Juice as a meal replacement. I sometimes am guily to that respect. I hardly go to Jamba now, since its like buying an Slurpee from 7-Eleven (FULL OF SUGAR). Yeah. After he tried his drink, he didn't like it. So I went back in with him so he could ask for another kind of drink. He was nervous but he asked. The girl was nice and said she had to ask. I was never a fan of Jamba Juice in the mainland. I never really cared for it actually. But since i'm trying to be healthy, i came in a few times being that it's down the street from my house. I'm actually surprised that this place isn't packed. At least all 3 times i've been here. Usually Jamba Juice is crowded. The shop is clean & the employees are friendly. Their service is quick. I'm in & out in 5 minutes. Lately, i've had this obsession with trying fruit & vegetable smoothies. Jamba Juice offers 3. I tried 2 of them and enjoyed it! I tried their green smoothie & the one with the beets! So good! Refreshing & healthy! I also tried one of their acai bowls...the kona berry one. I enjoyed it as well. This is one of the worst Jamba Juices on this island. The service is inconsistent, the drinks/food are inconsistent, and their machines are inconsistent. One day their credit machine doesn't work, another day their reward machine doesn't work. I pay and wait for my order, only to see them start making it AFTER everyone behind me receives their smoothies. And when I get my order (acai primo bowl), it is only half full?! Workers don't know how to answer calls. I try to call to ask if there's a shortage of ingredients on my order before i drive there because gas is expensive! At least once or twice a week I go there, there's a shortage of ingredients on my order and they'd ask if I want to substitute. The prices went up again without announcing. I come almost everyday if not this location, then the one near my job. Price went up today and I just came for the same item the day before. I even showed my bank statement but the workers don't know anything. It would be nice to at least be informed, but nawww they wanna be sneaky. I could easily make my own, but I buy after work for convenience, although now it's getting way out of my budget comparing to convenience, I'd rather just spend an hour of my Sunday shopping for ingredients and spend 5 minutes to make after coming home from work. I've been coming here for about 6 months now. and never had to wait 12 minutes for a smoothie and there was only 3 people ahead of me waiting for there smoothie. When there regulars are working they whip out smoothies like today looks like they had a new girl making smoothies cause I never seen her before. Jamba juice is not water, it is sugar in a nutritious disguise. 2) Add a jamba juice on top of everything you normally eat thinking it will, like a vitamin supplement, make you healthier. It will not. 3) Drink a jamba juice for dessert, thinking it will make you skinnier than cake. It will not. Though this depends on how much cake you usually consume. It was not a success. As for your smoothies, I've been waiting for you to introduce vegetables and you finally did! Quaking with the anticipation of being able to trick my children into drinking their veggies, we skipped on down to your store and ordered up a Berry UpBeet and Apple n' Greens. My children LOVED them and I felt like I was giving them something nutritious. Sure it would be better if the veggie juice was fresh, but hey, it would also be better if we lived on a commune and ate carrots from the dirt and sucked on cows udders. Super unsanitary. Terrible customer service. I believe I talked to the manager that worked there. She had terrible service along with her other workers. I ordered an açaí bowl with the granola on the side. And they put the granola in a bag, to me that's unsanitary. All the other locations put the granola in a cup, and shouldn't all locations be the same? This is the usual Jamba Juice that I hit up. They're ok, but easily toes the line of three stars. I say they're about a 2.75 to a 3.5, depending on who's working. I seriously don't understand how sometimes I can have a pretty good visit and others are just... WTF. One visit could be normal, the other could involve someone trying to clean a little to close to my open acai bowl. Definitely off-putting to see that happen. Other than that, Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice. You get what you get and what you normally get is pretty good. I can't be swayed either way with this one, so definitely just keep it on the three star middle of the road rating for this. read more

I don't usually write reviews for chains, but I was really happy with my experience here! I came in on Friday around 11:30 craving something cool for my sore throat. No line! I saw that they had a Friday deal where you can get any Creamy Treat Smoothie for 50% if you buy one smoothie at regular price. I wanted to pick up an acai bowl for my sick cousin and asked if the deal worked for acai bowls...the guy at the counter wasn't sure so he punched it in the system and it did! Awesome! I left spending less than I expected to, not waiting in line like I expected to, and the smoothie making guy also happily packed my acai bowl into a big paper bag :D They also have different deals now on weekdays. Nothing surprising here. It's Jamba Juice. Today I walked in and they had some apple muffin sample for me to try. God! That thing is amazing! If it's possible to make a healthy muffin then make it taste great, this one might be close to that. I also tried the Fruit/Veggie smoothy - Apple Greens. They're employees are really pleasant and willing to help if for some reason you've been under a rock for the past 20 years and have never ordered a smoothie ever. I've made many large orders here as well and they're very good about having it ready to pick up on time. I recommend ordering Power Sizes and having them split them into two cups if you want to treat a large group of people. The individual orders come out fairly quickly as well ... This Jamba Juice location is conveniently located right within the Kamehameha Shopping Plaza right next to of course, Starbucks. The staff and customer service is pretty good. It is often busy or busier I notice in the afternoons of course during after school and pau hana after kine times. Since it is in the Kam Shopping area, the parking near the area can be really tight. It is also right next to McDonald's, Longs Drugs, etc. It is typically a small Jamba Juice just like most Jamba Juice locations. I don't really know that else to say haha. They have just a few table and seating areas. The interior and design of the location kinda reminds me of the ones in Aiea. Some of my favorite flavors are matcha green tea blast, orange dream, banana berry, peanut butter mood, etc. read more

I didn't realize they close at 9:00 and walked in a couple minutes after that. The door was still open and there were quite a few people in there waiting for their orders. I stood in line for a couple minutes looking up at the menu and decided what I was going to get. Then all of a sudden one of the Jamba Juice employees says "we are not taking orders anymore because it is after 9". I stood there in shock because I thought they closed at 10. I thought, "what?!" Then he repeated again, "we are not taking anymore orders because it is after 9". Another gentleman was waiting ahead of me, closer to the front of the register. And he asked them, "does that mean me too?" The employee said yes. If I'm not mistaken, that man was in the store before the store closed. I didn't know they were closed. Why was the door still open if they were closed??? The Jamba Juice employee could have said it in a nicer way by first of all apologizing and then explaining that they were closed. He could have said, "I'm sorry guys but we are now closed so we are not taking any more orders for the evening". That was terrible customer service. read more

Wow walked into the store today to get some Jamba Juice. I had to wait for the girl at the counter(her back towards the front counter) maybe about 30-45 seconds she turned around to greet me. I ordered a Blue Gummy. The girl asked me what's in a Blue Gummy? I told her not sure but I always order it. The girl said is it like a red gummy. I said I believe so. She said is it just substitute the strawberries for blue berries? I replied I guess so. I think new employees should study the Jamba Juice secret menu.
