We got the Acai Superfood (banana, blueberries, organic quinoa puffs, organic cacao nibs, organic goji berries, organic hemp seeds, organic chia seeds, granola, honey) M $14.95 and the Acai Monkey (banana, peanut butter, organic cacao nibs, granola) M $12.95. They were both good, but I liked the Superfood more. I loved the crunch from all the seeds and berries, especially the goji berries. Those were sweet and crunchy. The peanut butter from the Monkey actually blended very well with the acai. While they were both good, they weren't exactly my favorite acai bowls. I like my acai frozen like sorbet. Don't usually come to this Whole Foods location but since I was searching for Oat Milk it saved me an extra trip which is a helpful thing being on crutches is exhausting. I don't do Yelp reviews but after starting my food blog recently on ig reaching 20k and after my visit to the Lanikai Juice inside of Whole Foods Kakaako I felt compelled to actually do a review because the service at this location was amazing and got me interested in Yelp. I too work in the service industry as a waiter in a fine dining atmosphere so I have a good sense what hospitality should be. I don't normally shop at Whole Foods but I decided to try some organic options. Stopped by Lanakai Juice inside before heading out and was immediately greeted with a smile by a girl named Natsuko. I've been to other Lanikai Juices such as Kailua, and Kahala, but Natsuko's upbeat personality and patience was something new to me at a place like this! Even though I asked tons of questions (because I'm not very versed in healthy living lol) and ended up just going with an Acai smoothie, she was nice and patient the entire time. Her coworker, Moe? I love Lanikai Juice. I've been getting açaí bowls and smoothies for a decade(?) yikes, I'm old. I usually go to the kahala location. I've also been to the Kailua and kakaako locations. This Lanikai Juice locates inside Whole Foods probably has the shortest lines and wait. Prices are a bit high. It's almost $10 for a medium regular (classic) açaí bowl with honey, but it's soooo worth it. I find myself craving one at least once a week. They have other bowls and smoothies and juices, but I honestly just get açaí bowls now. Service here has been pretty ok, nothing great, but I'll keep coming back here because I've never had to wait in line. Spent $25 on a small size green juice with a double shot of ginger and a small smoothie for my son. My drink tasted like 80% plain water and barely a hint of ginger. I tried my son's smoothie and it was just as watered down. This was our 2nd time. 1st was great and we got what we ordered. 2nd time was definitely ripped off and I tipped well ahead of time so I was pretty disappointed. Since 1997, Lanikai Juice has been expanding its reach from Kailua, O'ahu while bringing their fresh, healthy and delicious smoothies, cold-pressed fruit juices, fruit bowls and fresh fruit juices. This isn't the first time that we've ever stopped at a Lanikai Juice location but I can say that this location is certainly more convenient for us townies. Located in the newly opened Whole Foods Market Queen, we found ourselves stopping here for a fresh fruit juice break before heading into the market to purchase some meat for a family cookout. We walked over from our nearby apartment but there is an attached WFM parking structure with entrances and exits on Queen and Kamake'e Streets. We like that this site is open and bright with at least 4 employees behind the counter so the lines move quickly. From cashier to juice bar workers, everyone had a smile on their faces and greeted us as we walked past them. We sat at one of their dedicated tables with barstools to enjoy the healthy and flavorful beverages. Today, we ordered a DR. GREEN smoothie and GINGER SNAP juice. We placed our order and within 5 minutes, our beverages were ready and that was with 3 other people's orders ahead of us! We both enjoyed the flavors and consistency of our beverages. Their beverages are naturally sweet and there seems to be more REAL fruit or vegetable in it than at its larger chain competitor. They even have a cold-pressed juice cleanse program or Wiki Wiki Detox much like the one found at Ala Moana Center however, these juices are prepared locally and fresh. You can customize your program by the number of days you want to do your cleanse for. Prices range from $45 - $210. There is also a discount on every 2 bottles that you purchase. This one is located inside Whole Foods store on the right side as you enter through the main entrance. We tried Golden Glow and pitaya smoothie. I chose Golden Glow because it has tumeric which supposed to be good for you and it's one of those spice that I rarely consume. I was afraid the drink will be strong because it also has ginger but it turned out nice and smooth. Pitaya smoothie was also refreshing. You just gotta love the beautiful hot pink color. I come here at least 5 times a month. Anyways great smoothies, bowls and juices and usually great customer service but a little brown gremlin was working Friday afternoon and they don't know customer service. So first, I'm walking into the store the gremlin store worker is walking out and instead of opening the door for customer who's coming to spend money at your establishment she ducks around me and lets the door close and doesn't even say a word and I'm looking at her like gremlin manners? I know you work there. Anyways, I continue to order my smoothies. Mathew was there and he was very helpful and had wonderful customer service so thanks to Matt feel bad he had to work with that gremlin. Gremlin comes back don't know what she was wearing because I thought you were supposed to wear A shirt that has the name of your establishment. It's wearing Nike clothes and Jordans at work but I guess that's just me. So gremlin comes back and helps the next person doesn't even offer to help Matt so she ends up making the food and smoothie of the people that came in after us then continues to help the next person. What do you know gremlin has a friend. She hugs her and then gives her a discount, bottom line is doesn't really seem like Gremlin is there to help make money for the company at all it seem like all she was doing was trying to dress up and play and I mean I guess I understand because how would a gremlin know manners and customer service?
