Chill it's my scoop... After a long day at work I realize that I had my free scoop that was about to run out of time to redeem and scooted over to this Kalihi location in the Kamehameha Shopping Center which I normally don't visit as the parking can be quite challenging though on this visit I did get lucky and found one right beside the shop. Walking in I do love the layout of this location as it's nice and bright everything was clean and the friendliest staff the gentleman was patient as I was indecisive with my choice but did get me a huge scoop of Matcha...lol which was delicious and I really appreciate the generous offer of this sweet treat. Thank you! read more

Not bad. Nothing special about it. Wish there was more unique flavors but it's a chain store so I get it. Still some good ice cream though!

Recently visited the Baskin Robbins PC# 348547 location at 1620 North School Street in Honolulu, HI. Would like to thank and acknowledge the two employees working there named Mae Ann and Richard. They were both so helpful, personable, and respectful to me. Their store in the Kamehameha Shopping Center always have great deals and discounts on their products that they share with loyal customers like me. Highly recommend getting your ice cream items from here. At other store locations in town, I find the prices to be quite higher and don't readily share unadvertised discount information to consumers like me. A great store to visit because of these many reasons. Their wonderful service made me a believer to change my store location. read more

10/19/25 2pm- just had a late lunch and wanted to top it off with some ice cream. There was a short wait because one of the staff was taking a phone order but the customer service we received was so awesome. They had the flavors we wanted too. This just became my favorite Baskin-Robbins location. read more

Located inside Kamehameha Shopping Center in Kalihi, this Baskin-Robbins is my go-to for a sweet treat. The shop itself is fairly small, and it can get crowded; especially during peak hours but the staff is usually super friendly and keeps things moving. My favorite flavors are Matcha Latte and Green Tea (when available), but I also love Strawberry Cheesecake, Cookie Dough, and Cherries Jubilee. So good! If I'm skipping the scoops, I'll grab a Cappuccino Blast; creamy, cool, and the perfect pick-me-up. Whether you're craving ice cream or a frozen drink, this location always hits the spot. read more

Located in the Kamehameha Shopping center next to Times supermarket and a lot of other businesses. We both ordered the mint chocolate chip ice cream and this time I was dissatisfied with the taste and creaminess of the mint chocolate chip, some how it seemed not as creamy as before and more like ice milk and lack the flavor. I thought it might be me? But my wife ordered the same thing and said it wasn't like before? Don't know if they change the recipes or cutting back like a lot of other products to keep within the price point, but if they did their quality has gone down. With this heat they had lines out the door, but the staff was efficient and courteous to get them in and out quickly. Hope this was an isolated incident, because they have build up the name and products they carry! read more

This BR is located in Kamehameha Shopping Center next to Times & T-Mobile. There handi parking right in front, so super convenient for those with the placard. It's pretty small inside, and has about two or three two-seater tables available. Not really a place to "dine in". There are some outside seating along Times though if wanting to eat right away. There are lots of flavors available and also other options like milkshakes, cakes, coffee, brownies. When I was pregnant I always craved the browny sundaes here. Anyway, the ice cream is always YUMMY! Can't go wrong with ice cream and the different toppings. They offer a small sample if needed, but with COVID, idk if they still offer that. The service is great. Whenever we come to buy cakes, the girls there makes sure the writing is legible and it's nice. The girls itself are nice too. They smile and welcome customers in. Not once have I had bad service, & hoping not to ever. Anyway, definitely come get your dessert fix here! read more

I am a frequent flyer to this location. I always order pistachio almond with extra almonds. Stephen makes it the best! I try to go on the days Stephen is working. As I enjoyed eating my ice cream, I watched Stephen tend to other customers. He greets customers, prepares ice cream to each customer's preference, and he works quickly. You can tell that Stephen enjoys his job. I saw kids super excited about their ice cream! Go to this location and find Stephen. You, too, will be giving an awesome Yelp review. read more

Ohh-wee Baskin-Robins @ Kamehameha Shopping center is located on the EWA wing of KAM shopping next to business like (T-mobile and Times Supermarket) if I do RE-CALL this same location was the location of the OLD TCBY yogurt spot that shut down business long long time ago. Honestly I'm not a big big fan of BASKIN-ROBINS ice cream but as of late been coming here for their POLAR PIZZA it's like a ice cream cake shape in a pizza style and honestly It's SO GOOD, I like their CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH flavor it cost about $23.99 it's good to share among 5-7 people. I also their their Cookies and cream flavor and it was okay to me. Parking - This location has lots of parking so you don't have to worry at all for parking and plus side of about its Free parking (Yah-You). As of now during this pandemic times, their allowing only max of 5 customers at a time inside of Baskin-Robins and yes of course need to WEAR MASK at ALL TIMES when entering store. read more

Hubby and I came here for ice cream. It's buy one ice cream cone and get one half off per the app. I decided on chocolate royale with chocolate chips inside. It tasted like a rocky road except without the nuts and everything. The chocolate wasn't too rich. It was creamy. Hubby said the cone was stale. Mine was okay. It still had a crunch. That is why I always get my ice cream in a cup. I will get a cone if I know the cones are fresh. There's tables inside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. They even sold drinks. Not sure how much that is. I would get ice cream at any Baskin Robbins. Every location has different flavors. I didn't see my favorite which is ube but it depends on the location. We were in the area and my son kept bugging me to come here. He had heard about the Creature Creations and wanted to try it. They have three creatures to choose from: mermaid, unicorn, monster. You get to pick one scoop of ice cream to put in the decorated cup. The ice cream is topped with sprinkles and a candy that goes with the creature. He chose cookies and cream in the monster cup. I picked the pumpkin cheesecake in the unicorn cup. They were a little sweet for my taste, but he loved them. He preferred the pumpkin cheesecake and traded with me. It had a nice, but not overpowering pumpkin flavor with a hint of cinnamon. read more

Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream on a sugar cone! It was T-Mobile Tuesday and one of the weekly specials for customers was $2 off a purchase at Baskin-Robbins. Right away, I knew that I wanted pumpkin ice cream because it's seasonal (it's not always available). I chose to go to the Baskin-Robbins at the Kamehameha Shopping Center in Kalihi because it's near the Honu Bakery where I wanted to get a Choco Bear cake for my brother in law. Parking is free in the shared lot. It kind of tricky because of the one-way traffic pattern and tight parking spaces... just go slowly and pay attention! In the shop, there was a father and son before me which gave me time to snap a few photos. The cozy store was tidy and well air conditioned! Service was efficient and pleasant! I got my Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream on a sugar cone. It was challenging to juggle my phone, face mask, and ice cream cone because the ice cream began to melt - and eating in the shop isn't allowed. Sorry my ice cream dripped on the plastic holder and on the floor! I ate it quickly outside and enjoyed each bite! Thank you to T-Mobile for the Autumn treat! I was really looking forward to this special pumpkin flavor! read more

Yummmm.... this is a 3 days late review.... just need to recognize the crew that was working that evening!- they were so helpful!!! One of markers that starts customer service is just the welcome at the door or upon entrance - that's perfect! I would definitely recommend visiting here for a special treat! 31 one flavors is where it's at - why the 4 stars and maybe it's just my thing - limited on the sherbet and no daiquiri ice or any flavor ice. Overall Parking is ok there are stalls I recommend the roof top as there is always space. Cleanliness of place is awesome including the ice cream freezer there is no dipping of other ice creams!!! Totally go for it!!! Enjoy the sweet treats! Thank you again for a wonderful experience- definitely will be back soon! read more

Baskin-Robbins - Totally happy fat cells dance!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Kalihi, Hawaii

"A favorite ice cream shop in the heart of Kalihi" This is our go-to Baskin-Robbins (BR) location when we have to get a frozen treat. Not the closest location but for easy access, lots of parking and a friendly staff, you can't beat what they have to offer. Located in the Kamehameha Shopping Center at the foot of Kamehameha school, it's a long time tenant of this bedrock shopping center of the Kalihi community. I was introduced to BR when our school band visited the mainland in California, back in the day. The concept of 31 flavors was mind boggling. So impressive to an island bound kid from Kaimuki. For a national chain, they offer great specials like their recent Love & Kisses Sundae for $5. A February special for Valentine's month, you get a triple scoop sundae with Love Potion #31, Very Berry Strawberry and Cherry Cordial with Kisses ice cream flavors. The sundae is topped with the obligatory whipped cream, nuts and three Hershey kisses for each scoop. Now if this doesn't say "I love you" I don't know what does :). A great way for us to share a sweet experience at the end of Valentine's week. On the months that have a 31st day, they have a $1.50 single scoop special. A great treat especially during the summer months. On those days it can get pretty crowded but the times I have seen them in action, the staff has handled it quite well. Patience is the key. BR Kalihi is definitely a good option when you want a cold, sweet treat and are in the area. read more

This Baskin-Robbins location is smaller than most. The flavor variety, the ice cream cakes and othermarrangements however are like most. The parking is plentiful (located in the Kam Shopping Center) The pricing of their products are cheaper than the newer ice cream delicatessens The service is good, employees are personable and helpful offering you a chance to sample first, before making your selection. $1.50 per scoop available on the months with 31 days, on the 31st day! This is quite the deal! Flavor of the month also available, giving you a chance to try their new concoctions Yup! A definite repeat for me!!! 42/100 Yelp Review Challenge Los Angeles read more

HORRIBLE absolutely horrible service. I am SO happy I didn't call in time for a fully custom cake otherwise it probably wouldn't have been done. I called last night at 7:03pm to inquire about a cake for my boyfriends birthday tomorrow. The girl said it's too late to make a custom which is fine. I asked what they had and if she can put it on hold she said yes. I asked for the 16 person size cake with mint chocolate chip (which SHE said they had in stock). She took my information and said we can pick it up at 11 tomorrow. My friend went to pick it up and said they had ZERO information or cake on hold. Nothing. Nothing at all. So he was forced to buy the BIGGER MORE EXPENSIVE cookies and cream cake they had in stock. UNACCEPTABLE. I expect to hear from this company soon or I'll be messaging their office. read more

Super convenient location at Kam shopping center. Super easy to go in, purchase a cake, have writing written on top and to get out. Great prompt service! They're usually packed on the 31st of the month thanks to their $1.50/scoop deals. I can never walk out with just a single scoop. If you buy more than two scoops you get a free waffle cone! The waffle cone isn't free if you're not dining in according to the worker. He was really apologetic about that. I respect them, even though it was the kind of news I didn't want to hear after buying 6 scoops of ice cream. If the business has some policies, I understand you have to follow them as a worker. Was a bit bummed about the no longer free waffle cone, but I'll live. Wish I saw that ad before they put it in the container. I am still crazy about all their ice cream flavors, and the service is genuinely polite. Parking: It can be a challenge in kam shopping center. read more

Baskin-Robbins is one of the places I can recall while growing up. It was a treat to have their ice cream than the usual brands sold at your local supermarket I ate as a kid. Note: Haagen Daz and Ben & Jerry's didn't exist. This location is the nearest one to my home and I'd stop here when wanting a sweet treat. This is a tiny store that has their ice cream flavors showcased along with pre-packed containers and ice cream cakes. There's about 2 small tables if you wish to eat there. If you go on a regular day they're not that busy and the staff are friendly and attentive. My favorite flavors are green tea (matcha) and cherries jubilee. As a creature of habit I tend to navigate to these two flavors. With the $1.31 per scoop special on the 31st day of the month and I make an effort to stop by. It's hard to turn down a good deal! I find myself doing a double scoop in a cup. Such a great deal! The downside on a busy day is the service. With the anticipation of more foot traffic they have more staff but they're not customer service oriented. While waiting in line I noticed about 6 staff (5 girls 1 boy). Most of the girls huddled together talking and laughing while one girl and the only boy was servicing the customers. I was going to make a comment but didn't want to waste my energy. It was such a shame. Ice cream is consistently creamy with a large selection to choose from. Look out for seasonal flavors! Because they are located in the Kam Shopping Center Ewa side, lots of parking. Cards accepted here. read more

LOCATION: Kamehameha Shopping Center. Right next to Times supermarket & radioshack. SETTING: a small little store that is right in front of the parking lot. you wont miss it! it has lots of ice cream signs on their door and windows, yum! a couple of chairs to enjoy your ice cream inside. not too many, BUT, there are tables & chairs on the outside also. AC inside of course so the ice cream wont melt lol and it is very bright! ICE CREAM: lets get to the good part! :) they have 31 different flavors. cant remember them all but i know they have 31 lol there is a small, medium and large cup or cones OR wafer cones to choose from! I got their cookies n cream & chocolate chip cookie dough (2 scoops). it was, of course, DELICIOUS! i could eat all the flavors if i could, but dont want diabetes haha they even have cookie sandwich ice creams! where the cookies are the bread and they put ice cream in the middle. how great does that sound? yummmmm! oh! cant forget that they sell ice cream cakes also! for that special treat or day! I don't go to this Baskin-Robbins location that often, but it's the closest one located to my office ... so if I'm seriously craving something, this is my Baskin of choice. Since it's in Kam Shopping Center, there's an allotted parking lot so there should be plenty of stalls for you to choose from. I think the first time I actually came here, though, was to try the limited-edition donut ice cream sandwich made with real Dunkin' Donuts and your ice cream flavor of choice inside. I had a coupon for it via the Baskin Robbins mobile app, and I wanted to use it before it expired. The girl had some trouble getting my QR code off my phone for the coupon, but it somehow worked after numerous tries. I was just relieved because I wanted to take advantage of the deal. Donut Ice Cream Sandwich: The donut was one of the smaller varieties from Dunkin' and it didn't taste as fresh as I remembered, but it's the closest I'll get to Dunkin' for now because we don't have them here in Hawaii yet. But, the chewy, moist texture of the donut blended well with my rapidly melting ice cream. I chose my favorite ice cream flavor--Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate--for this concoction, and it came with one topping, so I went with hot fudge. It was a completely messy and sticky thing to eat, but I'm just glad that the girl gave me this sandwich in a cup so it was slightly less cumbersome. It would have been even messier if I had to eat it with my hands. Peanut Butter 'N Chocolate: This flavor reigns as my favorite from any Baskin because it sports the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate flavors. The ice cream flavor itself is a rich, creamy chocolate, but it has chunks of peanut butter and a velvety peanut butter ribbon through it. I love this flavor so much that it's hard to deviate from it. Pralines and Cream: This is one of the other flavors I enjoy because it's creamy and full of caramel. This flavor features vanilla ice cream mixed in with praline-coated pecan pieces and a caramel ribbon. It's gooey and sticky, but sinfully sweet and I love the crunch from the pecans. OREO Cookies and Cream: Cookies and Cream used to be my favorite flavor as a kid, so I still get it from time to time because I love how this flavor is generously studded with OREOs. They definitely don't skimp on the cookie portion, which I really love. read more

ENTER ONLY IF YOU ARE DESPERATELY WANTING ICE CREAM So, the ice cream is perfect (the one star), but everything else needs a lot of work. 1. This specific locations smells like spoiling milk. I have a very sensitive nose, and i could could smell it when i first walked in. The workers need to change out their mop bucket or cleaning bucket of water when it gets milky because all you are doing is wiping down the floors with watered down milk. 2. It doesn't hurt to smile to the customers. The late night shift of girls have that "hurry up i want to go home" face on. It make me feel uncomfortable to ask for samples and it makes me feel like i am rushed to make a decision. 3. Turning off lights while customers are eating. It was rude that you turned off some lights before warning us about the time. I fee like it would be more considerate for them to say, "excuse me, we are going to be closing in 10 minutes." Give us a warning and we would gladly leave. Don't be shutting off the lights and rushing us out. Overall, this is the closest ice cream shop near my house, and the new young girls here are giving this place a bad name. When you think of an ice cream place, you think of happiness not bitterness. I hope to update this rating because I plan to bring my little niece and cousins here and I don't want them to have a bad experience. read more
