This was my first time ordering a Cappuccino Blast from this location. I usually go to the Kam Shopping Center location and always have a great experience. I also normally order a large, but today I decided to get a small. I'm pretty glad i didn't not get a large. I ordered a small Caramel Cappuccino Blast with Jamoca Almond Fudge. Unfortunately, the employee who made my drink added way too much caramel. All I could taste was caramel, and it completely overpowered the rest of the drink. I thought only a few caramel swirls were supposed to be added. I'm not sure if the employee was new, but someone should train them on the correct way to make this drink. It was so overly sweet that I couldn't even finish it. It was a very disappointing experience. Customer service was good so i'll give a 2/5 read more

Baskin Robbins ice cream store at Ala Moana shopping center is a relatively new addition to Ala Moana. I remember at least twice that I came here for ice cream because I thought having ice cream was an easier cheaper choice than buying actual lunch in the food court. And so, I found myself here at this Baskin Robbins ice cream store in the heart of Ala Moana shopping center, near center stage on at least 3 separate times. I just found the time to file a review after so many visits here. Each time, it was either on a chill Saturday or Sunday, since I normally am at Ala Moana for shopping or playing a Pokemon Go event. Sometimes, both on the same day. I would come to this Baskin Robbins store because I was craving ice cream and not wanting to overspend on a real lunch. Maybe ice cream was a better choice at the time, especially due to budgetary constraints, but it did taste good and definitely was delicious. An ice cream treat is good anywhere and anytime. Every time I come here, a nice person is behind the counter and waiting for my order. At least in my experience, it was someone of high school or college and usually a female. I would generally look at what's in the freezers in the store and pick what was in there. My favorites would be the general chocolate or something with chocolate in there. Very rarely I would get something that's not chocolate to sample or treat myself otherwise. The overall experience here at this Baskin Robbins ice cream shop is quite nice. The only issue with this store is when you see random people come in and ask for samples. More than 2 samples that kind of bothers me. But then again, you can't mess with free. When I come here, I usually buy a small pint that's close to $10, which is basically like 3-4 scoops of ice cream that's tightly packed into a pint sized container. A large size is close to $15 and I definitely can't finish that on an empty stomach. While the single and double scoops aren't enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, a smaller pint container that's around a price of a plate lunch is more palatable for me and it fits the bill. Baskin Robbins is one of those brand name ice cream brands that prides itself on being the best at what they do. In my experiences here, the staff here is friendly and awesome. There usually isn't a line generally, so you can get your ice cream purchase pretty quickly. For the most part though, it's nice to grab ice cream here. There's a couple more ice cream spots in the Ala Moana shopping center, with Hagen Daz being the one in the food court near by, but I generally favor Baskin Robbins, due to its simplicity and being cheaper than their competition. And so, if you love ice cream, consider this Baskin Robbins location if you are shopping or want that ice cream fix in Ala Moana shopping center. Baskin Robbins ice cream is priced fairly and competitively. You can get a decent amount of ice cream for around $10 if it's in a take home pint. If you don't want too much calories or just prefer a smaller size, you can do the single scoop or double scoop. Best bet would be to buy the larger container for added value and you could always save it / freeze it for future use too, which is what I did on some occasions. This Baskin Robbins location is located inside the Ala Moana shopping center next to center stage. It's physically located at 1450 Ala Moana Boulevard in Honolulu. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, you have a wonderful option of parking in Ala Moana shopping center. Best bet would be to come here early enough to secure the best parking spot before the mad rush comes in. And if you are like me, many bus routes start or end service at Ala Moana shopping center. You can choose the right one that's for you. And of course, there's always Uber and Lyft if you require that service. And so, if you love ice cream without the fancy, consider Baskin Robbins for your daily ice cream fix. I promise you won't regret coming here. I recently discovered this location when decided to walk around the mall. Usually I just do my errands & leave. I was greeted by friendly staff who didn't mind me tasting a few options to make my selection. This is where I discovered May's Flavor of the Month - Pistachio Chocolate Bar. Despite tasting other options, I usually I rotate among 3 favorites. I've found a new favorite & hope Pistachio Chocolate Bar is added as a regular/recurring flavor. I didn't catch their name but the person that made my mangonada here was so sweet and truly excited to be able to create the best looking and tasting drink they could! I asked that they make it pretty because I wanted to take a picture of it and they made it their mission, I could see them focusing and giving it their best. The mangonada was actually really great now to be clear I'm an island girl but I'm also a California girl so I can't say it was a 5 star mangonada considering my standard is La Michoacana but for a Baskin-Robbin's version it was a hit! I love Baskin-Robbins and all their diverse flavors. When my son was younger he would want an ice cream birthday cake from here every year. I usually go to the one across Washington Middle, but now I'm glad they have a location at the mall. I've already been here three times. The workers are very friendly and offered me samples every time. I usually go for the mango or jamoca almond fudge on a sugar cone. Sometimes, the hubby and I would split a sundae. The other night my nephew wanted to go to Shibuya for dinner . Afterwards of course dessert time finally got to check out the new Baskin-Robbins inside Ala Moana shopping center . Located ground floor next door to Cookie corner . Fast and friendly service they have only one table for dinning. So probably you'll need to eat your ice cream outside or in the food court . Welcome to Ala Moana Center, the largest outdoor mall in the world! Baskin-Robbins has opened its 13th location on the Island of Oahu! I had an easy time finding free parking at the mall at 10am. The Grand Opening was advertised as starting at 11am, but there was a long line when I arrived a little after 10am.. Regular Opening time is 10am... The line moved quickly because there were several people taking orders and filling the orders. The slowdown probably happened because there was only one cashier. She was pleasant and did her best! She stayed calm and remained efficient! I asked my order taker if there were any vegan options. She left to ask someone and returned with the answer: no...there are no vegan flavors. However, i saw a non-dairy option: lemon Sorbet. I ordered a single scoop in a sugar cone. It was tart, cold, and sweet in a good way! The cashier gave a goodie bag to each paid customer... only 500 bags were made. I was thrilled with the contents: stickers, pen, zippered pouch, keychain, sunglasses, and beach ball! Yippee! We all scream... Congratulations on your grand opening as today December 8th it's official and you can find them on the street level of Ala Moana Center right beside the center stage with an amazing neighbor hearing of the Cookie Corner. The vibe is so nice and festive with balloons and even a Waffle cone mascot as we gather to celebrate its opening in the mall so now that getting a scoop of cup of cone or an ice cream cake and even a free scoop on your birthday is conveniently found here and today the first 500 gets a goodie bag which makes it even sweeter. The question is, what did I get? Finally reaching to the counter before I even get a single glance of what's available, the staff asked what would I like?... I don't know lol! Plastered right outside is Winter White Chocolate which is their current seasonal flavor and gave it a try, but it was okay then I see there's also eggnog and peppermint as well, so it was a peppermint for me in a waffle cone of course though I usually get scoop in a cup it just had to be a wafflecone of course as it looks nicer ha ha ha but as I started eating it, it cracked, which is the reason I usually get a cup ha ha ha ha!! The staff and everyone is very pleasant and knows what they're doing and it all went very smoothly and efficient... I must eat my cone as it's cracking and dripping, but yummy and festive! Baskin Robbin an iconic ice cream parlor has survived years of changes and it's so nice to see this location at the main level near the cookie corner. On opening day we got there about noon. Sadly no more swag but there were so many happy, friendly employees! Menu is the same but with several seasonal offerings. Inside is bright, clean with a bunch of ice cream flavors. Great location! Love this Baskin Robbins! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They are all quick to serve and the store is always so clean. 1 table seating inside but lots in the food court. Lots of flavor options and toppings. The cones are my absolute favorite! Prices are just as reasonable being in the mall. They are located near center stage by Jungle Fun and easy parking area near by. The store is fine. Good people. I'm more upset that we ordered an ice cream cake that was available online and get a call the day before we are to pick it up saying they don't have it. No real alternatives other than a generic photo. Also have to go in the store for the refund. Not exactly the service I'd expect but guess I gotta get a boring cake since I have no options. The company should make sure there inventory level is better to fill customers requests. Definitely not recommended placing any orders for cakes. read more

Talk about the worst service I've ever experienced! My friend Amy and I with our 4 kids decided to walked over from D&B's and go get ice cream from BR. We didn't realize when we walked into the store that they were closed. After all there were people in the store and the door was open. I got to the staff and right off the bat he (this young boy with long hair) says to me "we closed and u have 30seconds to order or you'll have to leave!" I was trying to hold it together because if I didn't I woulda ripped him a new one! So, I ordered quickly and got outa there before I do something I'll regret.
