Greeted right away. Staff is nice and polite. They offered to try flavors and I tried the pistachio chocolate bar! There a bar to sit at or one table. We sat at the bar table and ate! We ordered the warm fudge brownie sundae. It was delicious!

I didn't catch their name but the person that made my mangonada here was so sweet and truly excited to be able to create the best looking and tasting drink they could! I asked that they make it pretty because I wanted to take a picture of it and they made it their mission, I could see them focusing and giving it their best. The mangonada was actually really great now to be clear I'm an island girl but I'm also a California girl so I can't say it was a 5 star mangonada considering my standard is La Michoacana but for a Baskin-Robbin's version it was a hit! Thanks for taking the time to make my drink pretty, it's the little things.

I love Baskin-Robbins and all their diverse flavors. When my son was younger he would want an ice cream birthday cake from here every year. I usually go to the one across Washington Middle, but now I'm glad they have a location at the mall. I've already been here three times. The workers are very friendly and offered me samples every time. I usually go for the mango or jamoca almond fudge on a sugar cone. Sometimes, the hubby and I would split a sundae. They'll ask if we want nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. The answer is always yes. Get their app...you can get some good deals.

The other night my nephew wanted to go to Shibuya for dinner . Afterwards of course dessert time finally got to check out the new Baskin-Robbins inside Ala Moana shopping center . Located ground floor next door to Cookie corner . Fast and friendly service they have only one table for dinning. So probably you'll need to eat your ice cream outside or in the food court . I ordered their Cookie Monster it was delicious. Bits of cookie dough , chocolate chip dough and chocolate sandwich cookie pieces. Little on the sweet side so if you're diabetic I would not recommend lol . Support local

    12.8.24 Grand Opening!

Welcome to Ala Moana Center, the largest outdoor mall in the world! Baskin-Robbins has opened its 13th location on the Island of Oahu! I had an easy time finding free parking at the mall at 10am. The Grand Opening was advertised as starting at 11am, but there was a long line when I arrived a little after 10am.. Regular Opening time is 10am... The line moved quickly because there were several people taking orders and filling the orders. The slowdown probably happened because there was only one cashier. She was pleasant and did her best! She stayed calm and remained efficient! I asked my order taker if there were any vegan options. She left to ask someone and returned with the answer: no...there are no vegan flavors. However, i saw a non-dairy option: lemon Sorbet. I ordered a single scoop in a sugar cone. It was tart, cold, and sweet in a good way! The cashier gave a goodie bag to each paid customer... only 500 bags were made. I was thrilled with the contents: stickers, pen, zippered pouch, keychain, sunglasses, and beach ball! Yippee! Thank you for a wonderful experience! It was nice to meet Coney, the mascot! I enjoyed the festive balloons and backdrop which made a great Instagram opportunity!

We all scream... Congratulations on your grand opening as today December 8th it's official and you can find them on the street level of Ala Moana Center right beside the center stage with an amazing neighbor hearing of the Cookie Corner. The vibe is so nice and festive with balloons and even a Waffle cone mascot as we gather to celebrate its opening in the mall so now that getting a scoop of cup of cone or an ice cream cake and even a free scoop on your birthday is conveniently found here and today the first 500 gets a goodie bag which makes it even sweeter. The question is, what did I get? Finally reaching to the counter before I even get a single glance of what's available, the staff asked what would I like?... I don't know lol! Plastered right outside is Winter White Chocolate which is their current seasonal flavor and gave it a try, but it was okay then I see there's also eggnog and peppermint as well, so it was a peppermint for me in a waffle cone of course though I usually get scoop in a cup it just had to be a wafflecone of course as it looks nicer ha ha ha but as I started eating it, it cracked, which is the reason I usually get a cup ha ha ha ha!! The staff and everyone is very pleasant and knows what they're doing and it all went very smoothly and efficient... I must eat my cone as it's cracking and dripping, but yummy and festive! Thank you!

Baskin Robbin an iconic ice cream parlor has survived years of changes and it's so nice to see this location at the main level near the cookie corner. On opening day we got there about noon. Sadly no more swag but there were so many happy, friendly employees! Menu is the same but with several seasonal offerings. Inside is bright, clean with a bunch of ice cream flavors. You can still ask to sample an ice cream flavor which is cool. We ordered cotton candy flavor which was sweet, creamy, dreamy. Yummy and a great dessert option or snack!

It's the kind of spot you're most likely to discover while wandering in or out of Ginza Bairin, following a luxurious tonkatsu meal craving something cold and refreshing. The setup is refreshingly no-frills: medium styrofoam cups, flavors handwritten in Sharpie, and two separate freezers dividing ice cream and sorbet. The texture runs on the firmer side, which actually works in its favor -- your scoop holds up beautifully in the island heat and doesn't melt into a puddle five minutes later. Given the generous portions, you probably won't be refreezing leftovers anyway. The tropical fruit sorbets are the clear stars, made with fresh fruit and bursting with natural flavor. Mango, lychee, and guava taste vibrant and authentic -- bright, fragrant, and not overly sweet due to the natural acidity from using real fruit. Beyond the classics, there are some fun and unexpected options like corn cheese, durian, and avocado for the more adventurous palate. The standout for me, though, was the Kona coffee ice cream. It avoids the common trap of being cloyingly sweet and instead leans into a rich, dark, nutty undertone with an intense coffee essence that lingers in the best way. It feels grown-up and balanced -- deeply satisfying without overpowering. Whether you're looking for the perfect palate cleanser after tonkatsu or just want a cold treat while strolling through Waikiki, Henry's Place delivers simple, memorable scoops that taste like they're made with care. Another colleague and I jumped at the opportunity to tag along on a Friday early afternoon. Located down Umi Street not too far from neighboring New City Nissan on N King Street, Samurai moved to their current location in 1995 serving Maui style sherbet, popcorn and other local snacks. They also expanded to Samurai Snacks Aiea for an impressive 20+ years before closing its doors in May 2023. We arrived shortly after lunch time where we pondered at the menu wondering what to get. It's not fancy here at Samurai - - the storefront is basic and nothing fancy with a few seats patrons can sit on if they decide to eat their treats on premise. Morale has been low at the office so I decided to get some convenient prepackaged 4oz assorted Samurai cups to cheer up the staff. My colleagues also picked up some bags of buttered popcorn with mochi crunch and furikake for an informal office party to welcome the much needed weekend. Because we were already there, we also got some soft serve cups to cool down before heading back to the office. My colleagues had the classic strawberry and blue vanilla swirl and I selected the mango. My colleagues enjoyed their selection but the mango didn't live up to my expectations. The color was vibrant and enticing but sadly the mango flavor did not come through. Each cup came with a sugar roll cookie that was delicious. After our cold treat we headed back to the office with our surprise for our colleagues where it was a big hit. There were many happy faces standing in line grabbing some popcorn and a 4-oz cup of Samurai. Overall, a much better experience with Samurai that's deserving of an update with higher marks. It has been noted in my books to stick to flavors I'm already aware of and avoid trying new ones for that possible disappointment that often happens to me.
