Sundays they close at 8:00 pm weekday they close at 9:00 pm, I had the acai bowl and it was okay the blueberry was mushy, the strawberries were fresh and also the bananas. My wife had the kale & ginger with a boost and she enjoyed it. My family has been coming to this Jamba Juice since my kids were little. We've watched them grow up with these smoothies, from elementary school treats to celebrating their recent graduations. We've stayed loyal through management changes and years of service, but what is happening now under the current leadership is a disgrace to the brand. The Failure of Management: I've been around long enough to recognize Michael from when he was just a regular staff member here. I am frankly stunned that he was promoted to a leadership role. Even years ago, it was clear he couldn't handle the pressure of a rush. If you look at the recent reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who has noticed his temper. It is a massive failure on the part of the owners to promote someone with a documented history of unprofessionalism and a lack of emotional intelligence. Performative and Toxic Behavior: Michael's behavior is the definition of "performative." When the store gets busy, he completely unravels--slamming equipment, barking orders at his team, and creating an atmosphere so tense it makes your skin crawl. Then, he'll turn to a customer and "flip a switch," putting on this fake, forced smile that is an insult to our intelligence. We can see exactly how he's treating the staff the second his back is turned. It's a "walking on eggshells" environment that is uncomfortable for every family in the building. The Breaking Point: On our last visit, we watched him berate a young girl on the register. She was doing her job, but Michael was so aggressive and condescending that she was visibly on the verge of tears while trying to serve customers. As a parent of kids who have worked service jobs, it was infuriating to watch. No young person should be subjected to that kind of workplace bullying, especially not from a "manager" who is supposed to be leading them. Quality is a Direct Reflection of the Chaos: You can literally taste the stress in the product. Because the environment is so hostile and chaotic, the quality control has vanished. Our drinks have been inconsistent, poorly blended, and clearly rushed. A leader who stays cool under pressure ensures a good product; a leader who slams things and yells ensures a failing business. Final Verdict: We've supported this Jamba Juice through my kids' entire childhoods, but we won't be back to witness this level of mistreatment. It's a toxic workspace and a shadow of what it used to be. Until Michael is removed or replaced by someone who actually knows how to lead a team with respect, our family will be taking our business elsewhere. I stopped by yesterday morning while on vacation with my family, and there was a young man in a blue shirt who seemed annoyed as soon as we walked in. He made us feel uncomfortable by slamming things around and rushing us at the register. Every time I tried to look at the menu, he interrupted with, "Anything else?" in a very impatient tone. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I believe his name tag said Michael, it started with an "M". I also noticed him yelling at other workers, even when the store was busy. I don't usually write reviews like this but lived in Kalihi growing up and never had problems with this location because I use card. But, my sister bought a bowl with cash that was $14 something and got 89 cent change back and my sister gave her $20? The girl who was at the register that gave her change looked new, never saw her before. Got a call from my sister, she told the girl at the register that she gave her wrong change but the girl said "nope I didn't" with attitude. Girl never like give her the right change (I don't know if it's because my sister looked like a kid that's why she mistreated her like that or it was because it was busy and she's under pressure) but me and my mother had to come down in person. Came in and seen the guy who looked like the team lead for the day at the register. I've seen him couple times when I have ordered stuffs. My mother told the guy what happened and was super understanding and he just refunded the whole thing. Just want to say just because my sister is a kid, no need give attitude. Who ever is working there right now at 7:40 gave attitude to my husband and complained about taking our order because he said they close in 20 minutes. With lots of free, shared, covered parking, I easily found a space and walked into a nicely air conditioned, clean Jamba. Service was friendly as I asked about the balance of the card and ordered the Vanilla Blue Sky Bowl - because I've never had one before (and have always wondered how it was)... Well, I think I like the taste of acai better. Vanilla is a bit bland, but looks good for photos. The fresh strawberries and blueberries added a tart flavor and the granola gave the bowl some crunchy texture... This was a healthy snack and tied me over until lunch! I am very upset about the way I was treated in this store. I first came in the store and I walked in with the cashier giving me the eye. She was very rude. I had three separate orders. The employees are young and the crazy thing is the girl cashier that took my order loudly said "you know that girl ordered like six times. The employees here are ratchet and have no respect for their customers. Also when I got my orders. My family and I ate our Jamba Juice and it tasted absolutely horrible. The Acai bowls that should've been sorbet was old and frozen. They got my order wrong. All my family members that ordered and ate this Jamba Juice said it did not taste good at all. The energy in this store from these employees give off sassy energy. The ambiance was cold and matter of fact my change that I got was wrong. I received less change than I was supposed to. I asked for extra thick on the açaí bowls it was soupy. The pretzels I asked for cream cheese for all four pretzels. I only got two. The attitude of these employees need some training because the way that I was treated is unacceptable. I like coming here because it's really convenient and there's always a lot of parking. It's located right by pandas express and by subway. So if you're also getting other food you can definitely place your order or just wait and go food hopping. It's near the entrance of kam shopping just make sure you enter through the McDonald entrance so you can go left or park near the bank area. If you enter near longs you'll have to go all the way around. Honestly their açaí bowls aren't my first choice but when I'm craving one they sure hit the spot! The only reason why I didn't give them the full 5 stars is because when I order the açaí bowl, I almost waited like 30 mins for mine. It does not take 30 mins to make a bowl. I even placed my order alone. I think it's because they where also making someone else's order with mine. I love the primo bowl! As for smoothies, I only get the strawberry dreams, nothing else!! This JAMBA JUICE, Is a decent size Jamba Juice with about 6/7 chairs and a bar style table along the window towards the entrance of the store. It is not as big compared to the Jamba Juice Location @ Ward area. Parking / Lots of free parking *Which is always best for free parking. Private lot and a shade parking as well under a parking structure. No card to hold, just enter your phone number and email and you will be sent offers sporadically throughout the year. The best part is a totally free Smoothie during your birthday week. Upon arrival I looked for the Amazing Greens smoothie which is described as tasty blend of super greens, pumpkin seeds, peaches, lemon and bananas that delivers at least 11g of protein, 2.5 servings of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables to help power your day. An excellent source of Folate, Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Manganese. Surprisingly, it was not on their menu but listed on the Jamba Juice Hawaii website. I asked the server if he could make it and he didn't know if he had all the ingredients but he checked with his supervisor and they did so they whip one up in minutes. This year I discovered my new favorite flavor: Pumpkin Smash!! The pumpkin spice base used in this smoothie is a wonderful way to add a little spice to your life! It's a seasonal Fall flavor, but I really hope they'll still make it year round. If you're a big fan of pumpkin pie, I'd definitely recommend trying it. Blended with non-fat frozen yogurt, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and real pumpkin, this creamy smoothie is such a flavorful treat! I went to the Kam Shopping Center Jamba Juice, and the workers there made it the perfect texture - creamy and not too watery like I've had previous smoothies from Jamba. It originally called for reduced fat dairy milk but I substituted it with almond milk. You can also substitute it with soy milk if you prefer that instead. My other favorite Jamba flavor: Matcha Green Tea Blast Smoothie! Another creamy treat. Caveat is that it's pretty pricey. I remember when Jamba Juice used to be below $5, but now the small size is almost $6! They seem to always have coupons/discounts or people give me gift cards, so I'll still keep coming back. If you have more than one person but only want to buy one smoothie, I suggest upgrading to a medium or large and asking the workers to split it between two cups. They'll do this for free, and you'll probably end up getting even more than you would've in just a single cup. read more

If I could put no rating, I definitely would. I always come to this Jamba Juice because it's close to home. And I know how things are because I use to work here before so a few things made me upset. Recently went there, I asked for two chocolate strawberry bowls with EXTRA bananas, granola & chocolate chips. I stood there for a little over 5 minutes just for THREE different people to charge me for extra. You would think before putting people on register, they would know where everything is? But I guess not. It was so unbelievable that three different people had to help me for a simple bowl. Second, my boyfriend and I took the bowls home and as we were eating it, it wasn't even blended well. I was chewing on blocks of ice and frozen strawberries. And I'm sure when they pour the mix into the bowl, you can definitely tell that it was not blended well. Did they fix that? No they just continued to make it. Lastly, I called today to place a phone order & instead of taking my order, the lady on the phone told me that they never take phone orders. Excuse me? Since when? I worked there in 2015 and we took phone orders. I placed a phone order multiple times here within just this year. So I asked since when do you not take phone orders? She said always. And I was like "really? I placed one the other week." Then she proceeded to saying that they aren't taking it now because they're busy. I understand people are in line but her initial response should've been that but I guess not. I once came here and had an unpleasant experience. Usually when this happens I don't return. Well my love for Jamba and this prime location made it hard not to come back. However, after my experience tonight I am definitely coming back again. I experienced superb customer service from Ty one of the employees in the back. Our order was taken by Dino and also helping with our order in the back was Deziree. All gave great custome device but TY went above and beyond for us! We order to acaí berry bowls both specially ordered. One with no strawberries sub granola, on the side. The second was no bananas, no blueberries sub granola, on the side, a sour dough pretzel, and an apple cinnamon pretzel. It's a nothing too crazy but I could see the confusion it could cause. Ty confirmed my order with me and communicated with me as she made our order assuring she was not going to get it wrong. This shows recognizable customer care. SUMMER IS HERE! And as always the best thing to cool off is to get an ice cold smoothie. Growing up I always though Jamba Juice was a healthier alternative for a healthy snack. Little did I know, it's not such truely a healthy drink after all when I started being health-conscious about my diet. All the drinks are pretty much high in calories and in sugar so basically it's like a meal replacement. So I hardly drink Jamba Juice because of how its prepared but since it's the only other "healthier" option in the area for a smoothie, this would be my go to spot. So instead of getting the regular popular drinks, I always get the Jamba Light smoothies just to make myself feel a little better on the calorie counts. I like the strawberries wild, make it light version that has 1/3 fewer calories, carbs and sugar that the regular classics. It's just as good as a regular strawberry smoothie. But I'm a little health conscious at times so I try to always get drinks that has the least amount of calories. They also can make items off of the secret menu if people know about it. I've tried the white gummy bear and that's pretty delish! Pretty hefty in calories but sometimes you gotta treat yourself to something good. Customer service here is pretty quick and friendly.
