Today I went here and the cashier, her name is Mahina (or Mehina can't remember), but she wasn't pleasant and had her phone on top of the register which she used freely during my transaction. I am not a fan of this Jamba Juice. The employees are not customer friendly. Don't get me wrong. I've been here numerous times and each and every time I order a Jamba Juice here I am always having to complain and tell them they made it too watery, to chunky, or it doesn't even taste like what I ordered. This is the nearest location to me from my home so that's why I keep coming. But Every time I am hoping they will make it right. I mean that sucks! I absolutely love this place because it cured all of my pregnancy cravings last year but lately, they have been out of a lot of items. Three times in a row I have ordered something on their menu and they were missing either kale, pitaya, and/or pineapple so that means no green smoothie or the new backyard bowl (a new fave of mine). Some of my favorite menu items include the Aloha Pineapple, Caribbean Passion, and the new Backyard Bowl. My husband swears by the Red Gummy from the secret menu and now occasionally gets the sausage wrap. They are pretty quick when making orders and most of the time the smoothie is perfect. I've gone so many times that I know which employees are great at making smoothies (I don't know his name, but the guy with the amazing eyebrows is my favorite:)). I forgot how much I missed Jamba Juice. I always order the Razamatazz. I'm sure everything else is great, but I'm predictable and I get the same thing every time and it was as good as I remember. Then I made an oopise and got a sammich. It was ick. I had the gouda apple sammich on raisin bread and it wasn't very good. This was my second time here. I thought it was slow the first time, because one of the workers workers were fulfilling a fundraiser order. BUT... I'm sad to say I was proven wrong. This place doesn't seem so busy in the morning. But the service is really slow. Like they are super busy. Anyhow, second time here and just like the first time, the service was really slow. I ordered 2 medium orange dream machines with immunity boost, a feta wrap and a bacon and egg wrap. The orange dream tasted great.(sometimes we get the sour orange flavor ones.) but I wasn't to fond of the feta wrap. It was pretty much hard. Not sure if it's supposed to be like that or the worker had it in the oven thing too long. The bacon(or was it sausage?) and egg wrap was ok, not much flavor to it. Made a run to this location tonight and I'm happy I did. I was in an out in under 8 minutes because there was no one else in there but me. Perfect because I needed to put my son to bed soon and needed something fast but someone what healthy. I do like how you can earn points from your purchases at all location by punching in your number but I with you could get points per dollar spent or every $10 because if it's based on visits I feel like I don't get my points as I should since some places machines are broken and not working. Luckily this one was working and I'm close to earning a free drink! The person working was very helpful and efficient and made my drink quickly! I personally like the layout and feel of Jamba Juice because of he bright colors and the different options they have. After numerous visits to this location it's become a regular visit for us when we go to the shopping center. We usually go here before visiting taco del mar to get yummy tacos. Each visit the staff are friendly, although sometimes I feel I'm being rushed when I am inputting my phone number for my reward points. The service each time has been fast with the drinks remaining consistent. I have also tried the online ordering (you get 2.00 off your first time when you use coupon on yelp) We arrived at the pickup time to have our drinks freshly made awaiting our pickup. It was a pleasant experience and we only had to know what we ordered to pickup. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst jamba I have been to. The only thing in my order they got right was the effing pretzel. Asked for no coconut in the bowl, there was coconut in the bowl. Asked for a protein berry smoothie, was given the pomegranate smoothie. There was no granola in my bowl when I even asked for extra granola on the side for both bowls and only got it for one. I don't understand how my order got so messed up when she even repeated it back to me not once but twice. And to top it all off the one bowl was so watery I couldn't even eat it with a spoon and the other bowl was only halfway full. For prices so high the quality or even quantity should be there. I was not impressed by this Jamba Juice. I placed an online order for a Chunky Strawberry Bowl (which by the way, does not give you an option to choose the 16oz or 24oz--it automatically chooses the 24oz for you) with chia seeds to be picked up at 1130. I ended up coming around 9, and politely asked if I could pick up my order now. I showed them my confirmation email with the order number and the location. However, the girl insisted that no order came in. I then pulled up my credit card account to show that my card had already been charged. So she made the bowl and after leaving, I realized that they did not put chia seeds in the bowl and the smoothie part was watery. I am so disappointed in this Jamba Juice. Today I went into Jamba Juice and ordered as I would normally and had a $3 off coupon and thought this would be a good time to use it. I am very disappointed on how the employees handle my situation. My ordered was not made and after 30 min I went up to the young lady that was making drinks and could not make her attention. So I went back in line and asked for a refund and explain my situation all I got was "uhh ok", I also asked for my $3 off coupon back. I do appreciate MOD for giving me a full refund but I only asked for what I paid and just the $3 off the next time I choose to go back. Today around noon I went to get my usual peanut butter mood as well as get smoothies for my kids. I was served by a tall dark skinned boy, who seemed in a rush. His name was Devon if I caught the tag right. He was rude and rushed me to order. He went to make my drinks and had an awful attitude while swearing about to the other team members in front of my kids. It took about 8 minutes before I could get my smoothies (only three) even though I was the only person in the store. It ruined my whole experience and when we got home to try it, I didn't even have peanut butter in my smoothie and there was chunks of bananas. It ruined my whole day. My kids wouldn't even drink their smoothies either because they were so gross. Never coming again. Train your employees better and maybe I will try this location again. I'm disappointed! I ordered a large Purely Orange with a double shot of whey protein and an acai bowl. A large purely orange plus the protein powder is going to be more than just one cup. You'll need a small cup for the little bit that the double shot takes up. (Hope u can understand that). The guy making my pure with a dub poured the remainder out... The rewards machine don't work. I've had 11 points for about 7 months and I go to Jamba Juice 2x a week. I've been to other Jamba where I get points so I know there was something wrong with their machine. I finally got my reward, $3.00 off..so I decided to use it and the cashier said it didn't go through. So I checked my Jamba Juice app and my reward was gone. Never too crowded either so it doesn't take too long to whip up my smoothie and I'm on my way. Secret Menu Item: "Pink Starburst," I get it just about every time I come to Jamba, with the only exception being when they have their seasonal piña colada drink, in which case - I get that! It taste just like the name implies - a pink starburst! I add in a whey protein boost to all my drinks for a little protein boos! (PS... The whey protein boost makes the drink "fluffier" than normal; thus, when I order a small, they always put it in a medium cup so none is wasted.)
