Darren (the owner) helped me with the reservation based on my needs, and his crew showed at my father's Scottsdale address with great communication...even my father was impressed... The crew then delivered to my place in Chandler in less than an hour... The crew helped me adjust the furniture in their desired place, and I appreciated that given my disability issue. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when I need to move things. Darren and I even connected after the move to make sure things went as he expected....A very nice extra touch.

"Don't trust the 5 stars" So I hate leaving a bad review for a business, I really really do. I've…read morepondered today wither i should do so. The conclusion i have came to is yes I should. So i noticed the 5 stars they had good ratings so i called. I had a small move. A two bedroom apartment on the 3rd story. I was moving a bed that sits on a frame. 2 dressers, a cubed stand, a love seat a crib, small beauty desk and about approximately 32 boxes. 1-2 hrs in: The movers arrived at my home at 9:48am. Two men in a Silverado with an enclosed trailer in tow. I show them what needs to be moved and they slowly begin. The night prior i moved all the boxes into the living room for East access. About an hr in, i look in my living room and about 7 boxes had been moved. I walked downstairs and asked if they would like water. They said yes and asked if i could run to the store for Gatorades and one mover asked if i could pick him up some food. He offered to give me cash but i advised i would pay. I got back with the drinks, and breakfast sandwiches for both. I walked to the second landing and about 10 boxes were sitting there. NONE OF WHICH WERE IN THE TRUCK. 2-4 hrs. During the 3rd hour i began to get nervous. Most boxes pre stacked and made easily accessible were still lingering. The guys were talking by the truck as my stuff still sat there. I went to my truck and as i was walking back i seen one of my kitchen boxes tumbling down the stairs. My neighbor caught it on his camera as well. On the 4th hr of a two bedroom move they said we are going to need to make a 2nd trip. So we head to the new location 7 min down the road. They proceed to pull up and begin work. They dump everything in the kitchen and random items in the garage. This takes an hour and a half to do. With easy access. 5-6 hrs in. They close the truck and head back to the apartment. The items left are the bed couch and crib, small dresser and beauty desk. They take almost another two hrs with this. I began to carry items down the crib, drawers and clothes to put in my car. I walk upstairs at one point and a mover is going though my cabinet looking for food and drinking my wife's drinks without asking. I have them wrap up there. I left some items behind because i did not want them to take another 6 hours. When we got to the house. I had them unloaded they took my bed upstairs and that was it. I asked them to put everything else in the living room and that was fine. They quoted me 7.5 hrs and said they will take off 30 for all the breaks they had. Total was $823. I was quoted 4hrs worst case 5. Got their money like a dummy and they left. I should have calculated the time. It was only 6 hrs they had been moving my small two bedroom apartment. I left them to go they the money. My friends showed up and said the same hungry fellow was rummaging through my pantry. Bring your own food dude. Aftermath: i noticed immediately boxes were opened and items were broke and damaged. I called the owner, and he was somewhat friendly and game me a $99 deposit back. But as the day went on, more and more items were broke and damaged. I will be following up again on this. But please don't trust the reviews. And if you have anything bigger than a coat closet. I would avoid at all costs. The $99 back was not enough to cover the broken items. I will be following up with the owner unless he wants to follow up with me first. Sorry for the long winded explanation, and i hate leaving this for a small business. BUT I pay for a service that i expected to be completed and charged for the correct amount of time. I would hope they would expect the same thing if this was flipped. And i would have hated to see the time and cost of going up the stairs. The last movers that moved us in. 3.5 hrs for the same stuff the same time of year.BUT... they had to go up the stairs.

If you enjoy being talked down to, this might be the company for you. Asking reasonable questions…read morewas met with sarcasm, "lol"s, and a condescending lecture about their 20 years of experience -- as if that excuses unprofessional communication. Instead of explaining policies clearly, they implied I was trying to "cut corners," suggested waivers for damage caused by their process, and generally spoke to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Experience in an industry doesn't give you a free pass to be rude. There are plenty of movers who can protect furniture and communicate respectfully. I'd recommend choosing one of them. I'm updating my review after the owner's public response, which contains several inaccuracies and omits important context. Unfortunately, that response further demonstrates the exact issue I experienced: dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional communication. For clarity, this was a potential move within the same apartment complex, from one building to another. I reached out with questions about logistics and whether a truck was required for such a short relocation. At no point did I ask the company to arrive "unprepared," skip protective equipment, or endanger my belongings. I asked clarifying questions -- that's it. I was repeatedly told "yes" regarding bringing a truck, but instead of a clear, professional explanation, the responses quickly became condescending and assumptive. My intent was repeatedly mischaracterized as trying to "cut corners," lower costs improperly, or force unsafe practices, none of which I stated or implied. Those assumptions were made about me, not based on anything I requested. The tone of the messages escalated unnecessarily. I was spoken to as though I was being unreasonable for asking questions, and the conversation included sarcasm and "lol" responses. Regardless of how common a business practice may be, professionalism still matters -- especially in customer-facing communication at the very beginning of an interaction. Because of that tone, I decided not to move forward with this company. The job never progressed beyond messaging because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. That decision was mine, based on how I was treated -- not because the company declined the job. After I left my one-star review reflecting that experience, the situation escalated further. The owner repeatedly contacted me through messages and then called me directly, despite no service ever being rendered and despite the matter already being over. I was then accused of trying to harm the company, questioned for having few prior reviews, and personally insulted by having my "ignorance" referenced. That continued contact and personal commentary was inappropriate and crossed a clear boundary. To be very clear: * This review is not retaliation for being refused service. * Reviews are not limited to completed jobs -- they also reflect customer interactions and professionalism. * I am not responsible for a business's "livelihood"; I am responsible for sharing an honest account of my experience. A company can have years of experience and prior positive reviews and still mishandle a situation. This review reflects my experience from start to finish, including the communication before any job was booked and the behavior afterward. Unfortunately, the owner's public response and continued contact only reinforced my original concerns. I stand by this review. I have also left documentation below.
