HAS to be under new management, cause 3 years ago cost me $650 to move from Gilbert to San Tan Valley, I believe 4-5 hours. Moved Back Gilbert and yesterday it took these 3 then 2 kids 12 hours to love a 1600 square ft home, and they charges me $1900 and dropped my dryer down the stairs snapped two panels off it. and scratched the entertainment center beyond words. never ever pay this people $.01 penny. it's not worth it. read more

I'm hoping leaving this review gets the company's attention. We recently trusted valley firefighter movers with our move one mile away from our current house to a new build. The guys were very nice. However, our brand new front door was damaged (a piece of wood chipped out of it), they lost a piece to our fridge, they scuffed up numerous walls, and left stuff at the old house they said they had on the truck. As a fellow first responder we wanted to support this company but now after we moved and paid we are not getting any response back to how they are going to fix the damage caused to our brand new home. They came and tried to put some paint on the door and it looks worse than before. We are so disappointed in this company and how they are handling this situation. We hope that someone can reach out to us and make this right. read more

We hired Valley Firefighters to move our household goods from Sun Lakes to Casa Grande. Of the four men that were assigned, none were firefighters, only one was an experienced professional mover, two were learning and one was completely useless. The plan was to use their truck and one that I rented. We ended up having to rent a second truck at the last minute. Their time estimate of 8-10 hours turned into 13 hours and the $2200 estimate turned into $3300. If you'd like to support your local firefighters, hire professional movers and donate to the firefighters with the money you'll save. read more

I am so impressed by Valley Firefighter Movers. They were running a few minutes late due to accidents on their route, I got a timely call. Brady and Seth were efficient, PATIENT and finished within the estimated time quoted. I highly recommend this company which supports our first responders. Plus, their pricing was the most reasonable of several companies to which I spoke. My move involved the relocation of a first floor 10x30 storage unit into a second floor 10x15 storage unit. I needed to rely on Brady to make things easily accessible. My spacial perception is challenged plus I have a broken arm. No worries. Brady professionally moved and relocated items several times to accommodate my needs. Plus, he and Seth were happy to help me repack some items and tape boxes, etc. Moving day and a broken arm don't work well together! I have been so stressed thinking about todays move. Used them for a move last week and everything seemed to go good. They even mentioned some damage that occurred on our bed platform that occurred by mistake. Now the reason for my three star rating. They damaged the floor in our old home and they did a terrible job putting the patio umbrella base together. They said that the base does not go back together and left it. I spent 30 mins today and put it back together. That 30 minutes did include cleaning up sand as well since they ripped the bag that carries sand. Now back to the floor damage; they didn't say a word about it and I didn't even see it until after the fact since I was busy moving other things myself. I would have recommended these guys but with these issues I wouldn't. read more

Good movers. Not great. Was late to job and not good with packing. Very expensive. Move from Maricopa to Queen Creek cost over $800 dollars over $400 deposit then over $400 after. Did not put items in place, they just piled in various spots. I would not again and do not recommend. read more

Used these guys for a local move last week. I was completely impressed by their professionalism, hard work and helpful attitude! We had a 6-man crew that was able to move a 3 BR house, including furniture disassembly, a gazillion boxes and plant the works ( including RE-assembly) at our new house in only 3-1/2 hours!
