They confirmed it would be on with audio. We arrived around 3 p.m. and watched the first match. Service was slow, but we stayed for the second game. We had about 15 mins into the 2nd World Cup game before they changed some TVs and the audio to the UFC prelims, they even took the Rangers game off of the only two TVs playing it before that game was over for karaoke. When we asked the manager if the soccer audio could be turned back on, she said they had to go with whoever was requesting the sound the most. That was frustrating because our group wasn't the only one asking for the World Cup audio, and we'd already been there for hours. As we were speaking with the manager another woman came over requesting the same thing as us. I understand the manager had to make a decision, but I don't agree with how it was handled. The Facebook post promoting the restaurant to watch the soccer games (which has since been deleted) advertised UFC but never mentioned karaoke. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning.

It came out with a barely toasted bun and chicken that tasted like it had been fried in old grease. Not appetizing at all. We also ordered cheese fries, and they were undercooked and just drenched in queso - more like a bowl of cheese with fries tossed in, rather than properly melted, crispy cheese fries. This isn't a one-time experience either - we've tried several times hoping it would improve, and it just hasn't. If you're going for drinks and to watch a game, it might be okay. What ended up being an even better surprise, though, was the staff. Jay, the manager, and Tiff, our server, absolutely understand what great customer service looks like. From the very first visit, they've made us feel genuinely welcome and consistently go out of their way to make sure we're well taken care of. That kind of hospitality keeps people coming back.
