There were cold water stations everywhere too, so it was nice in this Texas heat! This was such a great place to stay and I'm really glad to have gotten such great service so I don't have to continue thinking "here we go again.." when we stay somewhere.

For an appetizer, we got the spinach artichoke dip. It was okay -- pretty average. It tasted mostly like cream cheese, so if that's your thing, you'll probably enjoy it. It wasn't bad, though -- we did finish it. My boyfriend had the fish tacos and said they were phenomenal. I, on the other hand, ordered the half chicken, which was unfortunately way overcooked and really tough to chew. For sides, the zucchini was excellent, but the "loaded mac n cheese" was horrible -- easily the worst part of the meal. I actually had to send it back. They did take the chicken dish off our bill, which I appreciated, but we still somehow ended up with a $90 lunch bill -- for just one meal, an appetizer, and a couple of drinks. Definitely felt overpriced. All that said, our waiter was very nice, and the place itself had a nice, chill vibe. Just wish the food had matched the ambiance -- and the price point
