I live in a new Lennar build here in Ontario so I was worried how wiring would work when it came to installing ethernet ports that extended from one room on the second floor to the guest bedrooms. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Their prices were more reasonable than another company that I contacted (who was ALSO very well rated) and the team came out and did pretty much what was promised. I totally forgot to drop a review after the service. Well, here it is, a year late. This was for an existing 11-camera POE outside camera system spread out over 3 commercial properties. The former system's cams were dying in place at a fairly fast pace. The original installing company was ghosting me, so I found Ricardo. He was here the following day. All cams and the NVR were replaced. Existing cabling was used. The price was fair, the install zipped along nicely, and when I told the business owner next to me, he had the guys show up the following week, as he too was suffering from ghosting , no service after the sale on his system, which had been installed quite awhile back. Now that I've used it for awhile, I have a couple of locations where I'd like to step up the resolution with a higher-end cam, and then use the two pull-offs in new locations. read more

I had an existing system with a camera that I wanted/needed to be moved immediately. I called Ricardo and got his voicemail, and I also left a Yelp message, and within an hour he'd gotten back to me. Due to his existing schedule he wasn't able to come out that same day, but he said he could come first thing Sunday morning (the very next day) if I was willing to pay a little more.
