Jack Wires had a masked crew of two who were very conscious of preventing Covid transmission (this being August 2020). They wore masks all the time. They put Ethernet tips on all the bare Ethernet cables (inside and out), mounted the external cameras (bullet and dome), tested the connectivity (every camera worked the first time), oriented and locked the cameras. Very accommodating service. I wanted to place the NVR by the TV in the living room, but the TV sat against an outer wall. My options seemed to be running a bundle of cables from an inner wall to the NVR or tearing out drywall or stucco to get all of the camera wires down through the outer wall. We found the solution in placing a conduit (that could be painted) along the fireplace chimney that comes from the addict, fastened to the stucco and then through the stucco into the living room. No large holes to be patched later and with an LB box at the top and bottom, future wire can be easily installed. The cost of this extra work was very reasonably priced. I found Jack Wires on YELP, and Ricardo picked up the phone immediately when I called. He told me his price and said he could get me on the schedule for Friday (2 days away). I sent him a deposit to hold the time. He was great with communication and showed up promptly. I had a Swann 8 camera system that had taken years of heavy rain and weren't functioning well. I had bought what I thought was a Lorex 8 camera system, but it was only 6 cameras. Ricardo cleaned my old Swanns and added them to the Lorex 6, and I still have 8 cameras. Entire process only took about 2 1/2 hours. (When I had the Swanns installed by another company it took all day, and I think he had to come back a second time.)
