I had a great experience with Locksmith Doctor. Gary was a very nice, sweet guy and incredibly easy to work with. When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently. On top of that, he was great to talk to...and even my kitties liked him, which says a lot. 5/5 - The Only One Who Answered! Locked out late at night and after calling four other "24/7" locksmiths with zero luck, Locksmith Doctor was the only one who actually picked up. I called at 12:30 AM, and Gary arrived within the hour. He quickly inspected the issue -- turned out our 3-point lock was jammed because of a tiny pine cone stuck in the bottom latch. I just had Garry out to my house yesterday and I am so happy with the results! I had two lock sets that needed to be replaced. One was for a broken handle on the side door of my garage. Garry said this one was a bit difficult to get out, but he got it out! It's so nice to see brand new handles and deadbolts and they work great. I scheduled the appointment with Garry and he came out the next morning, and was in and out of here in just about an hour. If I had more locks to be replaced I would be calling him immediately.
