5/5 - The Only One Who Answered! Locked out late at night and after calling four other "24/7" locksmiths with zero luck, Locksmith Doctor was the only one who actually picked up. I called at 12:30 AM, and Gary arrived within the hour. He quickly inspected the issue -- turned out our 3-point lock was jammed because of a tiny pine cone stuck in the bottom latch. He fished it out, tested everything, and just like that, the door worked perfectly again. Service was $175 -- honestly, a small price to pay for peace of mind and a valuable lesson. I had a great experience with Locksmith Doctor. Gary was a very nice, sweet guy and incredibly easy to work with. When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently. On top of that, he was great to talk to...and even my kitties liked him, which says a lot. I just had Garry out to my house yesterday and I am so happy with the results! I had two lock sets that needed to be replaced. One was for a broken handle on the side door of my garage.
