Chuck was extremely quick to respond. My in laws accidentally locked their bedroom door with the keys being inside the room so that's why we called Chuck. Our van's ignition lock finally gave out today and we couldn't even insert the key to start it to get back home. We called Pomona Locksmith right before closing and explained the situation. Chucky went above and beyond. He kept his shop open well past business hours so we could tow the van over. Not only was he incredibly patient and accommodating, but he also got us back on the road faster than the estimated time and at a very reasonable price. If you ever need a locksmith, I highly recommend Pomona Locksmith. Outstanding service and truly someone who cares about helping people! read more

Excellent company, and an excellent customer experience! I initially contacted Chuck to get a quote on rekeying 7 locks. He was easy to reach and his pricing was reasonable. He assured me that scheduling would be easy as soon as I was ready to move forward. When I scheduled the appointment, it was Chuck's son Pete who showed up to do the job. Pete was on time, professional, and very friendly. After reviewing all of the individual doors, he had the information he needed, and after about an hour, he had all of the new keys done (including the duplicates I'd requested.) The experience was exactly what I had expected. I'd hire Pomona Locksmith again in a heartbeat. read more

If you are looking to best locksmith in the area, look no further. Chuck is the man! Here are some objective reasons why Chuck is the best: 1.) He took on the job: I called him at 4:59 PM on a Friday, and according to Yelp, Pomona Locksmith closed at 5:00 PM. I figured I missed my chance since I already tried calling another locksmith and they said they couldn't come out until Saturday (although they could do an emergency call for an additional $100). Chuck said "no problem" and was at my house in 10 minutes. 2.) He has the best prices: I had an issue with my garage door, at other places were quoting me $250 + to come out, open the door, and make a key. Chuck did this for LESS than half that quote and made me two keys. 3.) He has experience and is friendly: The man said he's been in business for over 40 years! He solved my issue (picking the lock and making me keys) in like 15 minutes! And he's one of the nicest businessman I've ever met. Really enjoyed talking to him. Thanks Chuck! There's only one locksmith company I am using and recommending from hear on out! And that's Pomona Locksmith! read more

This is an incredibly belated review but HIGHLY recommend this business! I needed someone to rekey the lock for our business door that had been out of commission (due to lack of keys). Chuck drove out, rekeyed the door, and provided multiple spare keys for under $100 which was above & beyond what the other services were quoting. Thank you again!! read more

Chuck quickly replaced my theft damaged cylinder lock mechanism on my 2017 Honda Civic EX with new Honda dealer parts in less than 20 - 30 minutes, re-keyed my (mini) keys stored inside both my remote and everything was working fine after he completed repairs. All other locksmiths in or around the Pasadena area which had very nice stores or shops wanted me to schedule an appointment because they require two employees to replace the driver door key cylinder lock on my car and up to 6 hours of service time. I pulled up to Pomona Lock and key 30 miles away and it was well worth the time and money saved. If you need a professional, come here. Thank you!!!! read more
