During the process, my BCM failed -- an extremely rare issue according to multiple mechanics, and something no one could have predicted. Even though the cause was unknown, Ron immediately took full responsibility. He spent more than five hours working on it that first day, and another four hours once he figured out the solution. He never once tried to walk away or shift the blame. Instead, he doubled down on making it right.
