The young gentleman that helped me did such a great job and copying my storage keys even shaved it down like the original key which was thinner. I useto go to homedepot or lowes just to get copies but they're not as skilled as this guy at this locksmith. It's such a shame there's so little of these type of skilled locksmiths now but I definitely will keep coming here for as long as they stay open. On top of their great customer service, he didn't seem to get upset when I accidentally tore down their display by trying to reach for a key chain that was at the top of their shelf. Service member came to my property, & left a tremendously difficult to remove tire skid at the front of my home driveway. As well as a little yet annoying pothole in front of the driveway that was dug up by his work truck's hitch. I understand mistakes happen when on service calls but taking accountability to those mistakes is huge. I called the 'owner' a few days after his visit and he let me know he'd take care of the pothole. I assumed he'd stand behind his word, and allowed for a full month to get a response. I was locked o it of my apt at 11pm in Chino, I called since they have a 24/7 hour service and I spoke with a guy, and never introduce him self...I still don't know who I spoke to till this day. He then said they will be there with in 30minuts but to txt him the address. Which I did, but did not receive any confirmation that her received my address. I then called him back 10mins later to confirm he received my address. He then said to wait and he will tell me. He hung up. He then txt me 5mins later that he is sending me some one els because they are out of the city, but will be here another 25mins. An hr called and he never picked up any of my calls or txt back to get an update. So please don't do any business with this guy! It is not worth it!, terrible customer service and shady vibes. His price was fair & reasonable but he was very fast. He was able to come out right away and I appreciate that. I paid him $280 for a new key & the key doesn't work!!!! I let him know & he said he would check it out on Friday. Never heard from him. Reached out again Monday and he said he would come out Tuesday and NOTHING. So thankfully my 3 year old who was the one who hid my key in his fire truck ending up giving the original key I lost back to me. So pretty much I paid this guy $280 for a key that DOESN'T work. So I had this guy come out after being recommended to him. I asked if he can program/copy a key to my car which he only did one of 2 . He looked like he was having a problem program my key instead of saying so, he goes on an says that I needed to replace a part that wasn't letting my key program . To top it he sold me a spare key for $40 when he charged the person who recommended me $10 for a spare .. long story short I went to another key smith and for the same price this guy charged me ($180) I got 2 functionally working keys with no part needed . Made an appointment for 530 Wednesday evening, received a text message that he was dispatching one of his employees to fulfill that appointment but it may be 630 or 7 PM instead. After many phone calls unanswered many text messages not responded to no one ever showed up to the location of the car we needed re-keying. Called another locksmith made an appointment for the following day only to find that the car had been stolen the previous night. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS TO ANYONE. The programming for the remote key was quick and you sure aren't going to have any hangouts about being it if his mobile office has anything to say about this. So what if the remote key has no functionality? (Mine doesn't!). I just made a phone call to Eduardo to let him know and he is going to look at the fob.
