Highly Recommended!…read more I recently lost the only key to my older Honda Fit and needed a completely new key cut and programmed from scratch. Ron gave me a quote upfront and honored it, even when additional complications came up that easily could have justified charging more. After getting the first key made, I asked him to cut a second key. During the process, we ran into some mechanical issues with the vehicle that had absolutely nothing to do with his work. Instead of rushing out the door, Ron spent extra time troubleshooting (3hrs! For reference this was suppose to be a 39-45minutes job) and trying to help solve the problem. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and transparency. He took multiple videos throughout the process so I could see exactly what he was doing and understand the challenges he was running into. Then came the part that completely blew me away. Because of the extra time and inconvenience, Ron insisted on giving me a discount. I told him it wasn't necessary because he had already done great work and fulfilled everything he promised. But he wouldn't take no for an answer. In fact, after I had already paid him, he literally reached into his wallet and handed me every bill he had on him to make sure I received the discount. I've never seen anything like it. His exact mindset was that he cares more about doing the job right and earning his customers' trust than taking money he felt he hadn't earned. Personally, I think he earned every penny and then some. In a world where it's hard to find honest, trustworthy service providers, Ron is the real deal. So if you're looking for a locksmith who is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely cares about his customers, give Ron a call. Small business owners like him deserve our support.

Jonathan handled everything professionally and efficiently. He was punctual, courteous, and explained the process clearly. What I appreciated most was that he worked through a variety of lock types (standard deadbolts, decorative levers, and a large mortise cylinder) without issue, and left everything working smoothly on one master key system. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise add-ons. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and exactly as requested. I now have peace of mind knowing the entire property is secure. I highly recommend Keys & Locksmith Corona and especially Jonathan for anyone in need of re-keying or locksmith services

Call them to help open and replace a mailbox lock this morning for my rental property, at the time…read morethey are not able to give me a quote before seeing the mailbox but they are available to go same day so I ask them to come. Others quoted me around $250 -$300 for the job but they can't go same day so I assume it will be around the same cost with near by companies. I was very wrong. The technician from Tom's requested $295 just to open it and it will be another $285 to replace the lock. Since the pricing is way deeper than I expected, I asked for a discount but the technician told me only the owner can decide on pricing, so I call the office again and spoke to a lady, was told the owner will call me soon. No call from owner and later the technician called and asked for the premium of $580 saying he let me know the price before the job, so now that it's finished it's only fair that I pay the full price. Tried hard to negotiate and got it down to $550. Notice, the "boss" never call me at all or I don't even now if this "boss" ever exist. Technician called again and mentions he must wait for a confirmation screenshot for payment before he leaves. I was pressured to pay before I can even negotiate with the boss. I later check the other reviews and found out many others were in the same situation, paying way over. If for anything, I guess you are paying for convenience for this company. Again, $550 to open and replace a mailbox lock. I wonder how are they able to get a 4.2 stars on Yelp?
