I wish I contacted all locked up first. I got locked out of my house in this heat wave at approximately 11 am. Foolishly I contacted the first company I saw on Yelp, which was NOT all locked up. But I should have taken the time to look harder on Yelp. Anyways the other company strung me along for 3 hours and when it was time for them to come they were a no show so back to Yelp I went with the 104 degree weather and I came across all locked up. I contacted thr company and they were available to come right then and there. The service technician was very nice and understanding of the situation given we had an infant outside locked out with us the entire time. Within 40 minutes we were back inside with the cool AC. I shopped around for different locksmiths kn yelp to do a service request and no one came close to Don's price. Not only was he responsive but also arrived at the time as promised, working around my schedule. At first I thought I'd have to go to him with as low prices as he offered but no, he's Mobile and comes to YOU! I thought I was smart and would save a few bucks so I ordered a couple of new keys from ebay for my daughter's corolla. After he cut the keys he tried connecting them to the car but it turned out that the board on both were damaged and not responding to the car's ecm. Most likely damaged when thru the mail as they were sent in a flimsy envelope. I then was lucky that Don also carries many different keys for cars so he was kind enough to give me the option of returning the bad keys and getting new ones and he would return again later. But I opted to just purchase from him to make things easier for everyone and he even gave me nearly 20% discount on the keys. He was very patient and empathetic. He could have charged me for having to do the same job on the keys twice due to an issue I caused but, like a real man, he stuck to his word and price. The keys got done on both of my cars.
