Thank you, Don, for coming on a Sunday. I reached out on Yelp to a few other 5 star locksmiths and he was the fastest to respond with accurate pricing. No frills! He came and fixed my broken doorknob that locked me out in 20 minutes. Excellent communication and pleasant to work with! Believe the 5 stars! read more

I called All Locked Up for help on a pocket door lock. I was concerned since I'm sure no one has pocket doors anymore but I absolutely love ours! I read all the great reviews & knew this was the business to call. Don was so helpful I sent him a picture & he walked me through how to get the door unlocked. I will definitely use his service to replace the lock WITH an emergency unlock latch! read more

Don hasn't actually done any work for me yet but I am trying to get a new key cut for my 03 Cadillac CTS and Dawn is extremely friendly. He is very empathetic and understanding and his prices are unbeatable. I've gotten multiple quotes now and he's the only one that's relatively affordable. Don was very responsive on Yelp and when we were able to chat on the phone he was very helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was able to come to our new house and re-key it. Don was great to work with. He gave us a quote over the phone, scheduled quickly, and stayed communicative even when he was running a bit late. He still came out around 7pm and handled everything without hesitation. He rekeyed our home and installed new locks efficiently. We especially appreciated his honesty. He let us know the new locks we bought were already keyed the same, saving us unnecessary work and cost. Quick, professional, and genuine. We'll definitely be calling him again as we continue updating our home. read more

Extremely quick service. Prompt response and was out within a few hours of initial inquiry. Moreover, very fair prices.

Reached out to the business and we agreed to a time and cost. I texted him to let him know that was available for the appointed time but he text me back to say he forgot an event involving his child and wanted to reschedule for 7pm on the same day. I understood and agreed! 7pm rolls up and I did not hear from him, so I texted him for a status. This is when he tells me that he's running late and could we do it later or tomorrow. My answer was no! As a professional, I don't let my clients guess about whether or not I'm going to show up or not and if I have to reschedule, I'm moving heaven and earth to keep the commitment in appreciation of their time and commitment to me. This vendor did not! read more

Don had quick responses, quality work, and good value. Made the replacement of my door handle very easy.

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst locksmith experience I've ever had. the owners name is Donald. I prepaid for him to rekey my lock. It's been 6 months and he's held my cylinder hostage. Ive never had someone do this to me ever. It's a real life horror story honestly. I can't even install the door I wanted for the last 6 months due to his insane delays and excuses about my neighborhood being gated so he can't get in. Contact me on yelp if youve been through the same and we'll do a class action together. I'll pay everything. I have a few grand to throw at this to shut this guy down read more

Donald was amazing i thought I needed to rekey my cylinder but Donald checked it out. It wasn't necessary was he was able to cut me two new keys and program new remotes and was very quick reasonable very professional. I would definitely use him again. read more

I wish I contacted all locked up first. I got locked out of my house in this heat wave at approximately 11 am. Foolishly I contacted the first company I saw on Yelp, which was NOT all locked up. But I should have taken the time to look harder on Yelp. Anyways the other company strung me along for 3 hours and when it was time for them to come they were a no show so back to Yelp I went with the 104 degree weather and I came across all locked up. I contacted thr company and they were available to come right then and there. The service technician was very nice and understanding of the situation given we had an infant outside locked out with us the entire time. Within 40 minutes we were back inside with the cool AC. We really appreciated the help and not to mention the price was more competitive than other companies. read more

Don came out today and replaced my key fob. Don was very kind, knowledgeable and very fair prices.

I am so heart broken. I usually don't leave bad reviews because as a business owner myself I understands how hard it is. I had Donald come and replace a couple doors for me with the same key. As well as fix a lock at the door in the back. I notice while he was there that the previous owner left a lock box but no keys. I asked if he can rekey that for me. In which he said yes and drilled a hole. He said he'll come back and do it for me. I trusted him. Paid full amount for everything. Safe to say he never came back/ and I figured hey maybe he was busy cause things happened so I reached out to him. Not once. But 3 times... and unfortunately he did not hold his end of the deal. Unfortunate. But I do not recommend him. As he is very kind and nice. He did not keep his word and to me, in the professional world. That's speaks volume. Keep in mind, this was LAST YEAR... read more

Donald came out to fix our commercial door, quoted us a price, which we agreed to, but as he was fixing it, it turned out to be an easier job than he expected, so he charged us less! What??? First time that's ever happened to me. Not only is he an honest, hardworking individual, but he is also very knowledgeable about everything from commercial locks to car key fobs. The kicker is that he responds very quickly to your texts, and is upfront about his pricing, which is very reasonable. I asked for a couple of his business cards because I now have my go-to guy for all things locks. read more

We locked the door to our master restroom. Of course, the only key is located behind the locked door. I went on Yelp and did a search for a locksmith. Don, owner, provided me with an estimate and an arrival ETA. Once Don arrived, I showed him where the door was locked. Within minutes, he was able to unlock the door. He called it just like Babe Ruth. Thanks again Don. We'll refer you to our friends and family. read more
