Highly Recommended! I recently lost the only key to my older Honda Fit and needed a completely new key cut and programmed from scratch. Ron gave me a quote upfront and honored it, even when additional complications came up that easily could have justified charging more. After getting the first key made, I asked him to cut a second key. During the process, we ran into some mechanical issues with the vehicle that had absolutely nothing to do with his work. Instead of rushing out the door, Ron spent extra time troubleshooting (3hrs! For reference this was suppose to be a 39-45minutes job) and trying to help solve the problem. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and transparency. He took multiple videos throughout the process so I could see exactly what he was doing and understand the challenges he was running into. Then came the part that completely blew me away. Because of the extra time and inconvenience, Ron insisted on giving me a discount. I told him it wasn't necessary because he had already done great work and fulfilled everything he promised. But he wouldn't take no for an answer. In fact, after I had already paid him, he literally reached into his wallet and handed me every bill he had on him to make sure I received the discount. I've never seen anything like it. His exact mindset was that he cares more about doing the job right and earning his customers' trust than taking money he felt he hadn't earned. Personally, I think he earned every penny and then some. In a world where it's hard to find honest, trustworthy service providers, Ron is the real deal. So if you're looking for a locksmith who is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely cares about his customers, give Ron a call. Small business owners like him deserve our support. read more

I had all of the locks re-keyed at my home in Corona -- 11 locks in total, including multiple French door sets and an ornate mortise entry set. Jonathan handled everything professionally and efficiently. He was punctual, courteous, and explained the process clearly. What I appreciated most was that he worked through a variety of lock types (standard deadbolts, decorative levers, and a large mortise cylinder) without issue, and left everything working smoothly on one master key system. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise add-ons. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and exactly as requested. I now have peace of mind knowing the entire property is secure. I highly recommend Keys & Locksmith Corona and especially Jonathan for anyone in need of re-keying or locksmith services read more

I called Keys and Locksmith Corona because my home safe wasn't working. One of the employees showed up and realized the reason it wasn't working was because the batteries I used were actually old batteries. He replaced the batteries with a set of new ones, and my safe worked. Then, he proceeded to charge me $100 for 4 Amazon batteries!!! They would not take anything less than $100 for 5 minutes of his time, and they are located 5 miles from my house. Charging $100 for $2 worth of batteries and 2 minutes of their time is criminal; that's not how you treat your customers, especially ones that are in the same city as you. I would suggest using someone else. read more

I got locked out of my BMW the other day while at Baja Fish Tacos in Corona. After Googling "locksmith in the area," I found Keys & Locksmith Corona and decided to give them a call. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The person who answered the phone was incredibly pleasant and understanding of my situation. She even went the extra mile by three-way calling Ron, the technician, while I was on the line. Ron asked for my car's make and model and assured me he was just 16 minutes away. True to his word, he arrived exactly on time. Ron introduced himself, and within 10 minutes, he had my car unlocked--fast and professional! He also suggested making a copy of my key to prevent future lockouts and shared that his business is family-owned. What impressed me most was how transparent and customer-focused he was. He told me they pride themselves on offering the lowest prices for BMW locksmith services and even encouraged me to Google competitors to ensure I was getting the best deal, offering to match any lower price I found. If you're in a bind, this is the locksmith you can trust. Their promptness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers make them an easy 5-star recommendation. Thanks, Ron and team, for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience! :) I have you on speed dial. read more

I want to share an experience that truly shows the kind of business Ron Mor runs at Keys & Locksmith Corona. Ron came to my home to program a second key for a 2021 Ford Transit Connect we had just purchased. During the process, my BCM failed -- an extremely rare issue according to multiple mechanics, and something no one could have predicted. Even though the cause was unknown, Ron immediately took full responsibility. He spent more than five hours working on it that first day, and another four hours once he figured out the solution. He never once tried to walk away or shift the blame. Instead, he doubled down on making it right. Ron went above and beyond: * He located a replacement BCM * Spent thousands of dollars out of his own pocket * Paid for all the programming himself * And didn't charge me for the second key fob I originally called him for We split the cost of the BCM itself, but everything else -- including the time he clearly lost from other jobs -- he covered without hesitation. He did exactly what he said he would do, every step of the way. This wasn't my first time working with Ron. He previously programmed a key fob for a rare van I own, and the customer service was excellent then too. That's why I went back to him, and this experience only confirmed that I made the right choice. If you're looking for a locksmith, stop searching. Keys & Locksmith Corona is the only choice. Ron runs his business with integrity, honesty, and a genuine commitment to his customers. Thank you, Ron -- you truly are the best. read more

Oops! Who knew all of this could happen that lead to me needing an emergency locksmith!!! Who knew the bedroom closet in our new house had a lock, and that our toddler would unknowingly play with it and turn it to the lock position, and that days later a fly would need to be locked in the closet until the next day so it wouldn't sneak into my ear while we slept... long story... The fly went into the closet, the closet is in my room, I needed to go to sleep, and I can't sleep with insects in my room because one time a fly went into my husbands ear and we had to go to urgent care.... So I shut the closet door to keep in the fly till the next day. Next day went to open the door to get dressed. Nope!!! The door Has a lock??! We have No key... Bottom line.... these guys were the only ones to respond fast and friendly, and with a quote, and could come immediately that day! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Now, onto replacing that door knob!! read more

My 2009 Honda accord has been having issues for a while, both with the key fobs and the door lock, and both were fixed today! Ron was super helpful and nice, he explained why the issues might be happening and offered several solutions. He made me a new key, which worked perfectly in all ways except for the door lock was still broken, so the car couldn't be manually unlocked from the outside. He then made a test key and worked on the door to fix this problem as well!! In total, the service was much more affordable than at most places and the whole process was very quick, being done within an hour.
