One of the employees showed up and realized the reason it wasn't working was because the batteries I used were actually old batteries. He replaced the batteries with a set of new ones, and my safe worked. Then, he proceeded to charge me $100 for 4 Amazon batteries!!! They would not take anything less than $100 for 5 minutes of his time, and they are located 5 miles from my house. Charging $100 for $2 worth of batteries and 2 minutes of their time is criminal; that's not how you treat your customers, especially ones that are in the same city as you.
