I lost the "ignition key" to my 2003 Toyota sequoia, towed it to the dealer who wanted to charge me over $1500 to replace everything from the ignition cylinder to the computer! I called Santiago to redo my ignition. Because my key would not turn. He came out and fixed my ignition but in the process of fixing my ignition he broke a part on my car that would not allow the key to be read. Most likely my immobilizer and he did not have a reprogramming machine to fix it correctly and reprogram my key . Man instead of saving money it's going to cost me more. Very unsatisfied with his work. Very upset. I shouldn't have paid him. But I did. After a day Santiago came back and fixed the issue.
