These guys are legit! The builder of my home put on some not so nice looking front door hardware and the door wasn't closing right. They came out and were honest and suggested having the builder come out to address the door closing and correct that issue before they did any work. I'd don't have suck luck. 5 stars for being responsive. I wanted to rekey my back three locks to the front door. Was told "no problem...but I need to charge $20 to pick each". I agreed After a lot of time passing, only ended up matching back locks....charged full price - $139. It would have been better off replacing locks at Home Depot. Only advice- shop around and make get micro on exactly what you will and will not pay for... Ok- since we are now debating...I was told it would be no issue on making the back doors to match the front...gave him front key. Did not happen...would have been nice knowing well Before we were two hours deep. Should have just gone to Home Depot and buy two new locks. Lesson learned. read more
