We highly recommend Affordable Lock & Key! After our hallway closet door got locked (With no key to be found anywhere) We called to schedule with them. Connor was able to come over that afternoon. He was very efficient, and incredibly kind and patient when my excited toddlers kept saying hi and trying to watch him work. He was even able to rekey the closet door so we don't have this problem again. The price was competitive compared to other nearby businesses that I called for a quote. Thank you, Connor/ Affordable Lock & Key! read more

Rob and Conner were absolutely amazing! Quick to respond, on time, quick to complete the job, and just a great dad/son team!!! Just moved to Temecula and needed all my locks changed. Sent Yelp messages to other locksmith companies and AL&K were quick to respond. They gave me their pricing, stuck with their quote, got to my home early, and gave my boyfriend and I different options with no pressure or upwelling - just facts. Conner took a moment to welcome us to the town, offered referrals for other services we needed as we're new to this are, and was super kind and genuine as he spoke about my new City. Glad I have Conner and Rob on my vendor list for other lock issues I come across, and just as a contact in general. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Out of 5 stars, I'd give them 2000! read more

The Best Lock & Key service hands down! Amazing Customer service and very professional & efficient! I have dealt with other locksmith's before, but Connor is one of the best in the business! Honestly! He was like hopping over a locked gate like a rabbit (lol), assessed the situation and preceded to change all the door knob locks like a pro! I mean if I had called someone else, they probably would of nickel and dime'd me and sucked up every red cent they could like the past locksmiths. Connor actually did so much more, and only charged me the bare minimum. Service with a smile! Awesome personality & great work ethics! He saved me so much money and worked so fast! I recommend Connor for all your locksmith service! Thank you Connor for helping me today! You gave me peace of mind and I truly appreciate how understanding and kind you were towards me! read more

Wow!! What a pleasure to do business with a company, and individuals, who are responsive, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. The list could go on. If I shared everything that went right about my interactions with this company this review would be pages long. I communicated with both Connor and Rob. Rob came to fix what I thought was a broken lock. To my surprise and joy Rob determined it was faulty keys. This job could have been hundreds of dollars but Rob was honest and fixed the problem at minimal cost. Thank you Affordable Lock & Key, a pleasure doing business with you. read more

These guys are legit! The builder of my home put on some not so nice looking front door hardware and the door wasn't closing right. They came out and were honest and suggested having the builder come out to address the door closing and correct that issue before they did any work. They didn't charge me to come out for that initial visit. I appreciated the honesty and got the builder to correct the door issue and then affordable lock and key came out and put in my new hardware. They were very easy to communicate and worked quickly and effectively. I'm very happy with the results. read more

Connor was absolutely wonderful. Friendly knowledgable and fast. I would recommend him any time

I'd don't have suck luck. 5 stars for being responsive. I wanted to rekey my back three locks to the front door. Was told "no problem...but I need to charge $20 to pick each". I agreed After a lot of time passing, only ended up matching back locks....charged full price - $139. It would have been better off replacing locks at Home Depot. Only advice- shop around and make get micro on exactly what you will and will not pay for... Ok- since we are now debating...I was told it would be no issue on making the back doors to match the front...gave him front key. Did not happen...would have been nice knowing well Before we were two hours deep. Should have just gone to Home Depot and buy two new locks. Lesson learned. read more
