Emailed Mo requesting to replace the defective FOB, he instructed me to meet at a job site. Upon meeting up, he scolded me for contacting him by email rather than calling him. He opened the FOB and the battery was missing, which I was totally unaware of. Told me that I was being played and someone took it out. Said he can replace it for $95. We needed to get an extra car key and remote made. Called and got a quote over the phone. Went to the address listed, but it's not Foothill. Called the phone number and Mo answered. He met us within 10 minutes. I explained what I needed and he cut the key immediately and ordered the remote. I made a partial payment pending receipt of the remote. Mo called a few days later that he had received the remote and I could meet him in Temecula. I was waiting for my son to get home, but Mo told me that if he had a job close to us that he would come by the house. Great experience with Foothill!!! My husband first called two locksmiths that did not bother to call back after they said they wanted our business. We needed to have the ignition fixed on the Honda Odyssey van of our daughter. We didn't understand why businesses wouldn't even give the courtesy of following up after saying a technician would call us back. Frustrating!! I needed a copy of a Ford Transit key made ASAP. This key had a chip and a special cut to it, so it required some expertise. I called around and stopped by two Ford dealerships to get quotes. Each were well above $200 plus one of the dealerships let me know it was going to be at least two weeks because they were going to outsource the process. I reached Mo from Foothill Lock and Security early in the day, and I let him know I had to shop around and get the ok from the boss before I could pull the trigger. I called Mo back at 3pm and he let me know he could do it the same day and come to my place of business to program the key for the vehicle. He drove from Fallbrook to Wildomar and did a great job. I left the office before he arrived, but I put him in contact with my boss and I was informed of when he finished and I checked with everyone today at the office and they confirmed he did a great job.
