I can't say enough great things about Jarom! We just closed on our first home. We changed out locks on our garage doors but wanted them re-keyed to a single key. I'm amazed at the service. I called Craig MAYBE two hours ago to ask about installing a new digital deadbolt and having all of our locks rekeyed as we just moved into our house. It wasn't an emergency, and coming from LA where it takes forever to get anything done, I suspected that he might be able to come out within the week. He set up an appointment for tomorrow, which was a pleasant surprise. He then called about an hour later and asked if I was available as he had some time before his next appointment and was in the area. He said he might not have time to actually do the re-keying but just wanted to see what was involved with the new deadbolt we wanted to have installed.
