He said he had to order the key asked for pictures of the key asked for Vin number, etc., etc. said he'd have it this Saturday. My wife works in Bakersfield. Started 3 days ago to get replacement keys made for our RV before we leave town. He asked for pictures of the keys so he could check his inventory. Sent the picture, no reply about the next day service he said I could get. I keep contacting them to find out anything. He works out of a mini mart. No answer to my texts. I think I was taken by 24/7 Locksmith Services. When I called I was quoted $29 for a service charge. The new lock cost $399. It took Yossef, the tech, 5 minutes to change the lock for which I was charged $120. In total, it cost me $548 for a new lock. I do not recommend their services with such exorbitant pricing. read more

Honest Local Locksmith: A Rare Thing in this World This locksmith let me know that the spare F.O.B. key, I purchased off of Amazon, was-in-fact compatible with my vehicle, and programmed it at a deep discount compared to paying for new F.O.B. key and program. A previous locksmith who viewed spare F.O.B. in-person, came up with a separate conclusion: " that it wasn't compatible" and wanted me to pay full-pop. Maybe it was a mistake, I.D.K., (who knows? Well many of us know & believe God always does) but, what is--certain--is that this locksmith is highly skilled, knowledgeable, unduanted, humble, dilligent, reliable, and honest.
