We were down to 1 key fob for our Lexus and wanted a second one just in case anything happened to the original fob. Their prices were significantly lower than what a dealership would charge for an OEM key. Note: their standard quote includes a programmed aftermarket key, but does not include a replacement emergency key. Everything works exactly as the original key does including the keyless entry, trunk control, etc. The job was completed quickly (within 30 minutes) and tested before payment was requested. Would highly recommend and would use them again should the need arise in the future.

Our front door wasn't locking properly, the afternoon was turning into the evening, and the thought of having a poorly locked business door didn't seem like a reasonable thing to leave to the following day. From the beginning, Erin was extremely communicative and professional. He gave us a window of time for his arrival, and when he realized he would be arriving toward the later end of that window due to picking up parts for our job, he actually called to let us know and gave us an updated ETA. That kind of communication makes such a difference, especially when you're waiting for someone to come out to your business. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Being able to get our lock problem taken care of that evening saved us a huge headache and meant we didn't have to leave our business unsecured overnight or worry about coming back the next morning to deal with it. He is a business owner who is clearly committed to his work, and it really shows in the way he treats his customers.
