I had an old slot machine with a busted lock and everyone I called either wasn't interested or wanted $50-100 just to look at it. But when I called The Key Guy, the owner Julio picked up right away and was actually eager to help. He asked me to send him some pictures, then called me back right away to tell me it was a simple job. He was upfront and honest about everything and gave me a great deal! Not only that, but I found out Julio is incredibly knowledgeable. He's been in the business for years and even teaches his own locksmithing classes. We scheduled 3 PM he showed up at 11 PM to duplicate a key for my jeep wrangler. He insisted to get paid via quick pay Zell or without me seeing the car. I was stupid enough to fall for it. Be aware this un responsible man Took my steering column a part and broke it. He did not even bother to put it together. After calling him he promised to show up next morning and fix it but he never showed up and never took his phone again. He ran with $180 away from me!!! Huge thanks to Julio from Lock Masters for going above and beyond and went the distance(literally) to get me a key made for my E46. A lot of people said it can be done, and it was a struggle but Julio would not give up until the job was completed. Julio is an absolute find! Most of the locksmiths in the area are call centers that dispatch an available vendor they work with and then charge you a premium. The Key Maker, and specifically Julio, is not like that. You call them, and They answer. He doesn't waste time and values being up front with you, providing you additional value in exceptional service. We had a horrible experience coming home late at night. Cold, raining, and coyotes roaming outside, we were locked out. In a game of roulette down the yelp searches, we came across The Key Maker, and lucky for us, Julio answered and delivered! Most of the others will give you a 30 to 45 minute or more timeline with an outrageous fee even before providing you an equally outrageous price estimate, and then scare you about what to expect.
