We were down to 1 key fob for our Lexus and wanted a second one just in case anything happened to the original fob. Their prices were significantly lower than what a dealership would charge for an OEM key. Note: their standard quote includes a programmed aftermarket key, but does not include a replacement emergency key. Everything works exactly as the original key does including the keyless entry, trunk control, etc. The job was completed quickly (within 30 minutes) and tested before payment was requested. Eli came out within an hour of calling. I had to re- key my locks. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He explained everything. Different types of locks and charges. He told me a few safety tricks too! Like crooks can photograph your key then go home and figure out the cuts on the key! He said your key is your password. Don't leave it out for others to see!! Price gouging company, do not use!! The person that came totally wasn't helpful. I just paid the service charge for the person to show up and had him leave. He wanted to charge $180 for re-pinning, plus the $69 for showing up. As a reference, similar service quote I received was between $75-$95. Never use this company. Asked for a quote to get a key cut, got an outrageously high price of $140, told him, I didn't need it programmed, just cut and he never responded again. Apparently getting simple blank cut is not a service offered here unless you are also willing to pay exorbitant programming prices you don't need. We just moved in and had a lot of work done to the house with many people going in and out. Somehow we lost our mail keys and we were able to get help the next morning, which was great. We were given a quote by the owner and agreed to it. The locksmith was about 10-15 minutes late. Before he started work I triple checked the price I was given. He told me it was going to be about $150 OVER what I was quoted. When I questioned him he was also moody saying "I don't make the prices". Once he started his work, I emailed the owner saying if I'm going to be charged $250+ for new mail keys/lock then you need to tell the locksmith to leave since I had a quote from somewhere else for a quarter of the price. The owner personally called me and reassured they weren't going to charge over my quote and the job would get done. The owner also had me go outside and hand the locksmith my phone to talk to him which I thought was strange when they should be able to contact each other easily?? Owner took care of the problem, but my conversation with the locksmith afterwards was very awkward and he was complaining about not getting his "full pay" and reiterating "I don't make the prices". This is the worst place to get a key from!!! Called them in October for a key for my car in less than a month the fob fell out of the key. Been trying since October to get them to either give me my money back or fix the key and they have done neither. Been fighting with my credit card company since October to get my money back or to get a new key with no luck. I would never never never use this company. Faulty merchandise, and no respect from the owners to get it resolved. Do yourself a favor. If you need a car key go to the dealership. This company will take your money and give you faulty equipment... To tell you the truth the lady that came out to help me with my key finally, after my review, wouldn't leave until I took this original review down. She stayed in my driveway and called me and said you still haven't taken down that review. At the risk of something happening to my house, because she came to my place of living...
