I locked myself out of one the rooms in my house and I couldn't pick the lock myself (after almost 2 hours of trying). Keys4u was the fastest to respond to my request. This is a repost of a review I wrote in September that I had deleted because the business owner assured me that the locksmith in question had been terminated. After checking this page this weekend, it became clear that she had not been terminated and he had told me that to get me to delete it. Research of CA law confirmed what I suspected, which is that licensed and bonded locksmiths have a duty to determine whether the person requesting access to a home is legally allowed to do so. So enjoy! A few weeks ago I was out of town for work and my neighbors were watching my dog for me. They lost their key to my place and called Rambo Locksmith. Sivan of Rambo Locksmith came right out and put a NEW LOCK on my door without speaking with me or requiring any proof from myself or from my neighbors of the ownership of the apartment/lease. What kind of locksmith does this? Apparently if you'd like a new house, just call Rambo Locksmith! They will come open up any house you want and put a new lock on it so when the owners return, they can't get in and you have the new key! Voila, easy as that! Sivan had told my neighbors that the lock she installed would be a copy of the one that had already been there (so all previous keys would still work). However this was not the case. Only keys that Sivan made work. When I got home and realized I could not ACCESS MY OWN APARTMENT, we called Sivan and she came out and had the audacity to tell me that "my [previous, original] keys were made incorrectly" and gave me her card and let me know that I can call her any time! What the actual F? So not only are they operating outside the bounds of the law, their work is also subpar. All in all I'm not sure how any of this was legal. Thanks for everything Rambo! read more

These guys seriously came to my rescue. I could not get my front door working and I was so scared to sleep at night without a lock. I had tried three other companies that wanted to charge $350. Idan cane right over and got to work. He was here within 15 minutes! Didn't charge anything extra for emergency service. It was not an easy fix and it took him two hours to take off the panel and re-key the door properly. He was half the price of the others and so cool and a trustworthy guy. My dogs were bothering him and he didn't even flinch. They loved him.
