2013 Honda Accord, remote key 4 button Programmed and Cut-In Today is Feb 8, 2023 I had a 2013 Honda Accord remote fob on the fritz and needed to have it serviced. I called Keys4u and spoke to the owner Sivan and she was very nice and polite, and was able to make room on her schedule to meet me here at my home. Once on site they first tried to see if it was something simple to fix and not have to replace the entire key,. Unfortunately for me they did their best to clean and service the remote fob it but still ran into the issues with the fob not properly working. Prior to having Keys4u out, I had purchased a pair of blank non cut nor programmed keys for my 2013 Honda Accord from Amazon sold by USAREMOTE, they overnight this free with Prime account. Sivan was very helpful in getting a car key created and programmed for my wife's car. We needed to have a backup key for just in case. My wife has a Honda with the key and the fob combined. I was very surprised and elated when she had the near identical one, like almost the ones you get from Honda. This one came without the Honda logo but that was not a big deal for us at all. She got to work immediately and was done in about 45 minutes. We were very impressed with her work. She explained to me what she did and updated us throughout the repair. Scam, Fraud, Dishonest! I am a Disabled Veteran and this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They showed up two and a half hours late, then tried to double the price for their service. They showed up without the proper keys or remote for the job. They were on the phone the entire time just talking away. It took them so long they had to jump start my car because they'd worn out the battery. Almost 3 hours to cut a key and program a remote. They ended up breaking the remote and super gluing some part on the inside that they later stated was defective and didn't tell me about. The remote stopped working as soon as they left. When I called to complain they have nothing but excuses. When I asked for a refund because I have to have somebody come out and do the exact same thing they just did nothing! This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with do not use them! read more

Came within 20 minutes for a lockout (and it was on a holiday!) Recommend calling Rambo Locksmith first before calling anybody else, if you are in a time crunch, as they answered my call on the second ring! They have the quickest response time of any locksmith I've ever called, and will get someone out to you ASAP. Prices are competitive. With other companies in the past I've waited an hour for a response, and up to four hours for them to arrive. With Rambo Locksmith the whole thing was done in under an hour. Mor was my technician and she did an amazing job, she was quick, efficient, and professional. When I told her I felt uncomfortable without a mask, but my mask was locked inside, she even offered me a new mask she had on hand. As far as the one negative review, I would take it with a grain of salt. I've worked customer service and there's always that one unreasonable customer who will never be happy, and you can recognize them because their review will somehow manage to list literally TWENTY different problems. The owner tries to call her to resolve her issue, she's upset about that. At the root of her rage is that, "it didn't cost $20" and she knows she's being ripped off because her, "husband has an Ivy League education." She seems to be confused about how locksmith's operate in terms of making home visits. You get what you pay for, and in the case of an emergency locksmith you are paying for convenience! read more

I thought I locked my keys in my car, so I originally just called for a lockout. Keys 4u was quick to respond and quoted me a flat rate based on my location and car make/ model. Theycalmed my stress a little there. With most locksmiths you never know what they will charge you until you get your car unlocked. Sivan arrived promptly and even gave a call when she was close. She made me feel comfortable. Then when she unlocked my car and the keys weren't in there ( they must have dissolved or something?!? ) she offered to make me a key for the same price as the dealership quoted. There was a little issue with my programming, but she would not leave until she got it perfectly programmed. I even got 2 fobs for the price of one since one didn't quite work right.
