I will never use this company again. I lost the key to my car. And I call this company to come help me get a new key fob for my car. First guy comes out here for about 30ish minutes and remembers he forgot a tool he needed to use. So he goes out to get it. He calls me back to let me know another person was going to come help so cool. She comes here and starts doing her thing and she is trying to figure out what's going on and why the key won't pair. And mind you while all of this is happening the car alarm goes off every 10 minutes for 4 HOURS . I live in a small tight community so everybody is hearing the alarm go off. So we are getting complaints about the alarm going off so much. She then asked me for tin foil to help make the process go by faster.... After the 4 hours are up and they aren't able to figure out what's going on I decided to send her home. We had to pay $200 for them to do absolutely nothing. The whole time she's sitting there on the phone talking to somebody and smoking cigarettes. There's no reason for the "service" fee to be $200 when absolutely nothing was done or fixed. We were scammed. If I could put less than one star I would. If you don't want to be scammed then don't use this company. read more

My son handled this for me when I was away and was told to pick a lock without any instruction from them on dimensions or anything else. When they came to install this is what they left me with. I called her and asked that they come remove the lock and I would buy another one. She would not give me my money back for the lock and she wanted to charge another 100 dollars to install a second lock that I had to buy. read more
