We called J & J Lock and Key after reading all of their 5 star reviews. We were moving into our new house and needed all of the locks changed and a smart lock installed. Joel was very helpful when we were deciding exactly what we needed. Joel was very punctual and worked so efficiently even with all the chaos surrounding him that comes with moving day. After installing all of the locks, he had us try each one to make sure we were happy with them. They all worked perfectly. I highly recommend J & J Lock and Key to anyone looking for a fast, honest, and professional locksmith. read more

10/10! Joel was awesome. I needed to some locks rekeyed on a house and Joel came and saved the day. He was polite, kind and very knowledgeable. I was traveling in from out of state and he was there waiting for me at the house ready to get the job done. He took about 20-25 minutes to rekey 3 locks, accepted credit card and sent a receipt. It was easy to request a quote from on Yelp, very honest and priced fair. Thanks Joel! read more

Joel helped me with a tenant eviction and sheriff lockout. He was, simply put, amazing from start to finish! Prior to the date for lockout, he called me as soon as I contacted him and walked me step-by-step through what to expect. He called me the day before to confirm and was even earlier than I was to the appointed wait time! Once the property was cleared, he got to work and made sure that every possible lock was changed, including the community Mailbox. His prices are very fair!
