omg this person is a nightmare! my husband lost the keys to his truck and made the mistake of calling this "locksmith" who showed up with no key fob and sat around for 8 hours doing nothing and tried to charge for it. all he did was rip the panel out of my husbands door and leave it like that for two days until he came back. Then he came back with a fob and an attitude like we were forcing him to be there. I've met 15 year old girls with less sass. 4 people had to deal with this guy and all of us have been cracking up at how horrible his customer service is. I called to have a locksmith come out and make me a key for my truck on Sunday night, this guy Dan calls me and asks when I'm available I tell him Monday preferably in the morning, he tells me I'll call you tomorrow around 9 to let me know when he can come by, I get a from him at 8:40 am confirming the service. A few minutes later he tells me he got a flat tire that he's getting taken care of and his arrival is 11-1, I tell him no problem, later he texts me at 1 saying he's finishing up(at the tire shop or whatever) I text back okay, I wait till 2:30 to text him ETA? No answer I call no answer finally at 3:30 I'm fed up and I cancel. These guys are quality and really helpful in a nice time where you're in a squeeze. My son locked his door on accident and left his key in the room. He was frantic.! Be very careful about this guy. I got scammed by him. Needed some locks changed, he charged me $500 for something that took him less than 10mins, I guess it's my fault for not checking on YouTube first. However the annoying part is that he requested for some down payment to order some locks, these are very common locks that cost about $7 a piece. He has since then refused to come back to complete the work and also coming up with an excuse. I know it's on me for letting myself get scammed but be careful not to pay him until the job is 100% done. If he tells you he will have to come back, I recommend finding someone else. read more
